The orbital ring only requires tethers about 300 kilometers long which is technically feasible with common material like steel, but ridiculously straightforward with better and already available material like kevlar.

I'm disappointed Trump is getting into it with Iran at all. They are not a global terror supporter, Hezbollah is regional and is only interested in Israel. If you live in Israel then yeah sure you could say the fund terror but not if you live in America or Europe. Iran are not our enemies, Shia are not our enemies, SUNNIS are our enemies. Most people on this board already know and understand this but most normies have no fucking idea. It's all Israel pushing their agenda.

Even having said this I'm very happy with the Muslim ban and hopefully they get it back up soon. Yes, it would be better if Saudi Arabia and Pakistan were on there but at least its a start. All it will take is one attack with their fingerprints on it and they get added to the list. Even with the Iran bullshit as long as he has the Muslim ban, builds the wall, and deports 11 mill illegals then he's still a godsend for North America. And it sets a precedent that others will follow in the EU and elsewhere.
