Is there an art book or something out with the images from R2's ending, or were they just made on the spot for it?
Its called CLAMP
The stills are by CLAMP. As far as I know they're only in the ending sequence.
The BDs/DVDs are supposedly gonna have them as extras on... proper... card shit I guess.
CLAMP's production drawings
but...but, there aren't any bandages or eyepatches! Surely it isn't CLAMP!
There are Geasses instead, also you can superimpose people from TRC, XXXH, Chobits, CCS, and most other CLAMP series right into those pictures and they will fit like magic, just turn C.C.'s hair black and eyes brown and you have Yuuko
...Did somebody say, "eyepatch"?
Could you imagine if the show's animation more closely resembled the concept art?
sage for code geass
Seriously. Why didn't the Emperor order Suzaku to rip Lelouch's left eye out? I mean being the cold hearted bastard that he is (like father like son, LOL) I'd imagine that's what he would have done. My theory is that the Emperor is testing Lelouch, toughening him up to see if he can become the scumbag son he wants to take the throne. I mean Odyesseus is undecisive, Schniezel is too nice, Cornelia is a woman... It'd be quite logical for the Emperor to hope for an equally cold hearted bastard to succeed him.
Add some MANLY stubble and maybe Lelouche wouldn't be a woman.
If Lelouch's eye was ripped out, then he wouldn't have his geass, thus would be useless to C.C and wouldn't be used as bait.
Stills are by CLAMP? I didn't know that CLAMP use CG in their artwork...
I agree with you on every count except Schniezel being too nice, he is just about as nice as Lelouch is (that is not very but he seems like it to his underlings you get attached to his charisma) Basically Wakamoto has his money on Lulu vrs Schniezel in the succession to the throne
>Lulu vrs Schniezel
Probably not in Knightmares, but if they have a good old fashioned sword duel in the Britannian throne room surrounded by fire while the Palace is collapsing around them, I'd watch it.
Emperor probably thinks Schniezel might be too soft. He had a prince's life, but Zero got thrown out onto the street and learned how to let hate sustain him.
