Let's spoil the crap out of this ep. It's a good ep.
Final boss of the series, Shurara (voiced by NORIO WAKAMOTO) has defeated the Keron platoon and taken the Keron Star! Or has he?
Turns out Keroro was wearing a fake while the real one was in the wash.
To the Hinata house! (The house is completely destroyed).

After destoying the house, rummaging through the laundry, and meeting Pururu, we finally find out Shurara's secret. He's actually an old friend Shirara, who found a Kelmet which gave him massive powers, which he's using on Keroro because he... well was Keroro and fucked Shirara around.

And I forgot to spoil that pic but what the hell.
Keroro regains star, Kelmet goes apeshit and starts inflating. Turns out it's a planet eater, which will eventually eat Earth, because that's what it does, being a planet eater and all.

Occasionally, but not that often, especially with storylines. IE, Shurara isn't in the manga.

the new mech has the power of THE POWER!

Final boss of THIS series. Like how the timer thingy is the last boss of the currently subbed series, and Garuru Platoon was the last boss of the series before.

The leaders of Keron-sei decide that the Keroro Platoon has taken too much time to conquer one backwater planet. They recall Keroro and commence a full-scale invasion. Earth's defenses and civilization collapse completely within 30 hours before the might of the Keron Space Armada.

The Keroro Platoon members are branded as traitors to the cause. Dororo goes into hiding with Koyuki. Tamama is captured, brainwashed and sent to kill Keroro - he fails and is killed by Keroro, his dying wish to see the planet he called home one last time. Kururu sacrifices himself in exchange for Saburo's life. Giroro dies while defending Natsumi and Aki from angry mobs who think they're Keron sympathizers.

With Dororo's help, Keroro escapes from his prison within the Keron mothership and appears before Fuyuki to say goodbye. He then returns to the flagship and activates his Kero Ball's self-destruct mechanism, initiating a chain reaction with the mothership's anti-matter core and utterly wiping out the invading forces.

11 years later, Earth has found peace again. Dororo dies with a smile on his face, basking in the idyllic happiness he had cherished and longed for.

Fuyuki is a mangaka, and the manga he draws is titled Keroro Gunsou.

And once again the day is saved, thanks to the Keroro Platoon!
Pururu takes Shirara back to planet Keron, no more godly Wakamoto voice :(
Natsumi is mad because the house is still destroyed *cue laugh track roll credits*

And that's it for this ep.
