This was a fantastic, FANTASTIC episode.

Shinichiro Miki did an amazing job, particularly at the end.

Decent enough. It's a shame Sunrise can't animate worth shit.

VAs don't make the show.

No, but they certainly help.
>>
Arguably the single best episode in a Gundam series of the 21st century.

Now, with the power of imagination, let's try replacing Rockong with James instead.

Meowth would be Haro.
Jesse would be vowels-tan.

Like that's a difficult feat.

Well he did blast off.

...again.

Should I pick up Gundam 00? All I've seen is Wing and Seed/Seed destiny. (I'm guessing those really aren't the 'good' series)

Depending on who you ask, SEED is all right, Destiny is shit. Wing is... run-of-the-mill, it has some interesting stuff.

00 starts out really slow, but has been really, really picking up lately.
