All I got out of that was he thinks anime in America shouldn't get too big, fansubbers should GTFO, and that Hollywood isn't a big deal.
Watched the whole thing. He says he thinks fansubbing is great, because it allows people to share what they love, but sometimes it's used for bad things. I think he means that people sell fansubbed episodes? Who knows.
