But it's a trap.
>Cage of plotholes
worst than LOST they never got home in the end because they were in another time
Don't worry OP, it got axed so its ending ended up being completely shit.
Well he's a Touman himself when it comes to punching adults in the groin so why the fuck not.
Miyauchi best girl
FUCKING DROPPED my pants.
Should I pick this up for the trap?
Sure, if you don't care disappointing endings.
Disappointing is an understatement
Somebody explain the endings...
What the fuck just happenned in last 3 chapter
Good, because it was a shit series anyway and nothing was resolved.
It got axed
If you can accept going in that it's a pretty good mystery but you'll never get a satisfying answer.
In more ways than one.
Time travel ending. It was one of the more commonly predicted endings.
The plane went missing and everyone assumed they died. The parents then built an artificial island as a grave.
Basically, the entire island was an uber-rich grave for Mina and the rest of the class. They recreated the dinosaurs based on her past drawings, so naturally she had a bunch of drawings of the dinosaurs. It also explains why her name was on the central pillar.
Eventually the island went out of control and everyone who lived their died. Years after that, the plane which travelled through time crashed.
I'm not saying it was well done but honestly there weren't many theories that could explain all the MYSTERIES EVERYWHERE that was going on so the ending wasn't very surprising.
So why did Akira's mom decide to make dangerous-as-fuck animals?
>I'll build an island so my son and his friends can land there safely and have fun adventures
Yeah, and get terrorized by land-gators and King Kong and sabertooths and Hyenazillas?
Maybe his mom competes with Ragyou, Gendo and Rosa for the "best parent award"?
I wish there were some doujins, She was delicious.
The idea was that they were working on cloning to bring all of the passengers back to life eventually, right?
This ending and GANTZ's ending, which would you prefer?
I can't choose between time traveling while moms/dads unintentionally kill their kids or hollywood tier ending where everyone die because the author want to plus VAMPIRE
I always just assumed it was because Mina liked dinosaurs and her dad wanted her grave to have dinosaurs. That also makes a lot of sense though.
My god was it so fucking bad that we didn't even bother to remember the details? That's just depressing. I remember following the series weekly for the last 3~ years before it was canceled and I always looked forward to it but then it just faded into obscurity because of the god awful ending.
Why the fuck did they let the asshole fake doctor join the group again?
Also 1 highschooler vs 1 chimera lol
And who the fuck is hades?
Why were the researchers killed and why did they use such a handful way?
This manga was a fucking waste of time.
Were there any? It did get cancelled and end in 3 chapters.
>the god awful ending.
I still don't know what people were expecting. It was Nipponese LOST 2: Jurassic Park Boogaloo.
There was a lot of talking in those last 3 chapters though.
I always held hope it'd stay serialized long enough for a more fleshed out ending but it didn't happen.
At least the girls were soft.
I'm surprised rapist-kun actually survived the whole thing
Took you long enough faggot.
No one found out. Lucky fucker too, get on the bad side of someone in their situation and it's easy to suddenly disappear.
>tfw boner during rape scenes
The only guy on the whole Island who had his priories straight
I was expecting some sort of mind control when the myxomycete parasite showed up but nope, it got axed.
It lead up to the most satisfying panel in the first 50 chapters as well.
I felt bad for his mom in those last chapters. She never got to see her son again, and you could tell just how much she loved him.
So I looked up the artists and it seems he had another work that ran for two volumes and then got axed as well.
Poor guy. But I do agree he should have kept Cage of Eden short(er).
this manga is amazing until the end
Dude should just start drawing porn for his ow stuff at the point.
Dude should just start drawing porn for his own stuff at this point.
Oh that's what happened. I was like WTF at the ending it felt like that last chapter was rushed.
The bad thing is most of the good scene are left too the boring childhood friend girl, who everyone admires for her big boobs and all the good interesting girls have their scenes in the background of her most of the time in low quality.
The manga failed because it delivered it good ecchi scenes most of the time for the worst char.
Aaaand dropped. Thank god someone warned me
I think there is only one actual rape scene with rape happening and that was a flashback.
I am not even sure if the rape actually happend, I think the assaulters accidentaly killed the girl befor anything happend.
I think she was raped and killed afterwards, just never showed it explicitly.
God damn it, Japan. Even in the middle of a distress...
Huh? Didn't the plane crash in the future? How can they bring back the passengers to life?
The author was obviously going for a huge scale clone experiment thing of the killed passengers, and the island jurassic park thing was meant to be a cover up, with the chimera's being failed clones.
Then the axe came and we got this plane landed in the future bullshit.
The series was pretty cool up until the bro died. Then it turned to shit.
As >>102246890 said, it was just suppose to be a fun place for them to visit when they eventually arrived in the future. They didn't know some psycho was gonna eventually set off some chemical weapon that kills the human race.
Was it rape?
manga turned to shit when people stopped dieing and power of friendship got kicked into overdrive.
Why would you read this knowing it was canned?
>i was a clone all along.
cliche as hell but would have been better than fucking time travel.
Man... Wasn't it like NOT an island though. They climbed super high up and shit and found that they couldn't even see the inland.
Yeah, this part was great.
>manga turned to shit
yes edgelord, it turned to shit.
at the beginning it was a great manga.
>interesting and unique story
>right amount of fan service
>people actually die
On another note, did the author ever explained how he wanted it to end?
Man I had such a great time marathoning this, I loved the shit out of it. Then that sudden shit ending came and ruined everything
Why are you faggots complaining about the ending? It got cancelled.
It was your own fault for reading this illegally online instead of buying the actual volumes.
That dead broken arm and mangled leg chick in the monkey pit ;_;.
>right amount of fan service
RIght my ass, it was way too fucking much pantyshots and ecchi shit in an otherwise serious manga
what other manga has teens stranding on a mysterious island with dinosaurs?
I liked the amount of fanservice. It was everything else that sucked dicks.
>Buying manga before it's complete
But then it might end up with at shit ending.
You see the circle.
The trap was the worst character.
I really wish they didn't axe this shit. I was enjoying it.
Wait what. He tried to rape her again later on and succeeded?
Do I get to see that girl naked? this is important, I`m not reading this shit if I don`t get to see her naked!
I found it surprising because I felt that the similarities to LOST was simply amusing and ironic.
And then it happened.
lost in space + swiss family robinson + kiddies
Cage full of shit. If you want a survival manga, go read 7 seeds.
Isn't the mangaka doing a new manga did a scanlation group pick it up?
You did yourself a favor
It's even worse. The kid is a trap.
But the dude died!
"Let's spend billions to make an island because I saw it in my dream!"
"Let's put dangerous prehistoric creatures for the children to land safely"
What the hell was the mom thinking?
When chapter do we learn someone killed the entire human race?
I thought it was something along the lines of the island's human settlement falling to pieces, not the entire human race.
Yeah, it's pretty normal to abandon an island you put billions of dollars into cloning dinosaurs, then literally never check up on it.
There was a fucking bioweapon contaminating the island. That's too big a liability to go back to.
I really don't see the problem here.
Who was the masked guy?
They would have patrols around the island to make sure ships didn't accidentally land.
Do you know how much trouble they would be in if someone landed there. There's no way they don't have at least some kind of surveillance.
You got a point.
Bioweapon was a misnomer. It originated on the island, from the labs. Something went wrong, standard bio-chem setup for a story.
I didn't even like the manga, fuck if I care about the logic in it.
>That abrupt ending
And nothing was answered.
>Time travel ending. It was one of the more commonly predicted endings
I thought most people who considered time travel thought they'd gone into the past, rather than the future?
I kind of had the impression that it wasn't really axed, but the author decided to end it. I got that idea from some comments/announcements made around that time, but I don't remember what they were.
The first and last time I ever read a completed series without doing a little research first.
Glorious glorious murder gang rape.
Initially yes, but by the time they found the towers it made more sense for them to be in the future.
Why does the author's stuff always get rushed endings?
