Would you sign the contract, /a/?
if you do, you must be the guild cum toilet
Also, season 2 when?
>season 2 when?
When Akatsuki gets more then one line.
But Akatsuki is a shit
>not pinning down Shiroe and violently taking his virginity instead
>you must be the guild cum toilet
Sound too good to be true. There's always a catch with these things.
you do know that she canonically molests shiroe in his sleep right?
Season 2 after Kanami OVAs.
>Molest the guy while in his sleep.
>They were actually awake all along.
Ahh, brings back memories.
>SAO sucked so we must shut down any competition
Garry Stu fags are the worst
Does Log Horizon change drastically after episode 3? It feels too much like an otaku wish-fulfillment fantasy for my tastes, but if undergoes a dramatic change, I might still be interested in it.
Keep going, it develops some intrigue and a solid story line. The pacing is pretty good, but not fast by any means, and the character interactions are less superficial and more "how does this drive the plot" oriented.
Who are you quoting?
You should watch a few more episodes, first arc is a quite different compared to the next ones, maybe you'll find the it more intresting after they return from Susuknio
Do they pay the memory cost if they are revived by magic in the field?
At what point are they offered the devils bargain? Before or after magic revival is no longer possible?
I imagine they do, but not to as great an extent.
After the body vanishes, but before it reappears in the cathedral.
Same point when you'd lose experience in an old MMO, once you're totally dead and can't be rezzed.
Isn't is selling pretty well for an NHK show?
I think even if they revive in magic , they lost a little bit.
When they die in field , their memory begin to lose little by little.
Except when you read book 6, you see how it actually happens. It's not just some gradual loss.
Not in a year or three at least OP
You would think that the Princess would be disturbed by this, but then again, I guess she wants to remove goblin also.
I hope next fall.
It was a very comfy watch
Klearly, she can sense Krust's troubled soul underneath that facade.
Why can't humans and goblins just live in peace, /a/?
oh , yes?
I'll read again.
Cursed souls, forced to be reborn for eternity only know how to hate.
>must be the guild cum toilet
I take it that's in one of the books that hasn't been translated.
I wish she'd just get it over with and become his girlfriend, but instead we've got the author playing the love triangle and the "protagonist doesn't notice the multiple girls craving his d" cards.
Shiroe's probably something like fifteen years older than Minori anyway.
Anybody playing anything? I just quit RO2 today. Falling asleep thrice while grinding is a good sign on how great a game is
That makes it even better.
Do they still get periods in Log Horizon?
I tried it once.
I have never before played a game that was trying so hard to imitate WoW without it being WoW.
Needless to say, if you go into it expecting the RO experience you're going to be sorely disappointed.
>trying so hard to imitate WoW without it being WoW.
What do you mean, /a/non?
>Would you sign the contract, /a/?
No I don-
>if you do, you must be the guild cum toilet
Where do I sign ?
If you fuck them yourself instead of using the emote, they get pregnant.
Are their babies Landers or adventurers?
Over skill is fucking a male character and getting him pregnant.
They're a new class of character. Called 'The Breedened'
Wait Rudy's sub class is adventurer?
Doesn't that mean he is nerfed as fuck compared to other adventurers?
What do you mean, Landers aren't weak to begin with, they just level slower due to exp penalty, which is why they seem weak. The Adventurer sub-class fixes that and gives him all the perks a normal Adventurer has.
It means he doesn't get any other subclass, so sort of yes. On the other hand, he's powerful for his level since he actually trained up the skills himself instead of instantly learning them through the system and he is ridiculously overpowered for a lander.
>Can do damage equal to people several levels higher than his own.
Actually he's not stronger than others of his level. Sorcerers are just stupidly strong as a damage dealing class, they rank up there with Assassins in terms of damage.
He also has no knowledge about Earth so is severely disadvantaged socially, culturally and mentally to other adventurers
Consider him one of those player builds that focuses on primary stats rather than bonus effects/debuffs/etc.
Essentially he gets higher base damage. In the MMOs I have played, they are damn dangerous if you are not ready.
But as a Lander he probably has lots of knowledge about Lander culture that could prove useful.
Akatsuki has been looking depressed for 5+ episodes now.
Isn't it SandLeaf?
Her only use so far was to hold the Griffon's rein. And a whole volume is dedicated to her feeling down too.
Is ninja beneath the robes doing something she shouldn't?
So what the fuck is this? I'm catching up on the anime right now. I've read the novels.
How the fuck is she telepathically communicating with Rudy before he's an adventurer? Also, this cunt is the worst part of this entire thing.
She's probably not, hence why she noticed as well.
What shits me is that the last two episodes have been all about how much of a faggot Rudy is. I wish he'd just shut up already.
Rudy was previously holding his hand to his ear, and actually responding to her.
Anyone else just not give a fuck what a bunch of level 25-30 newbies do?
Party chat. It's not that landers can't communicate telepathically, it's that they don't have a friends list so they can't /whisper. Check the Adventurer subclass' feature list.
I can't wait for book 8. Scrub Horizon adventures, this time they get the entire book.
Then maybe party chat works for the landers as well, or something. Not much of a stretch.
Though the entire fact that he was in a party is another matter I guess.
What's wrong with a Lander being in a party? Never played a MMO, or any game for that matter, where a NPC joins your party?
It's an educational show, anon. How else are kids going to learn how to manage aggro?
Well... yeah, I guess there were things like that in PSO2.
The worst part is, they seem to have the intelligence of small children. Like the worst fucking batch of newbs around. I hated dealing with people like that in video games, I don't want to watch it.
But the book wasn't meant to be educational. And it still has their retarded adventures.
>intelligence of small children
But they are.
They're not THAT young. They're at least teenagers. And Rundel is like 20.
Who gives a shit
A level 40-45 could just use his auto attack to wipe their whole party
They're only around 14~16
I cleared vanilla wow raids when I was 13 as a healer, and still topped meters. That's surely harder than doing some retarded dungeon.
They learn things on their own, they don't rely on their elders except when there's no other choice, they're willing to take risks and whilst they don't know how to play MMOs they're eager to learn. What is it, exactly, that bugs you about them?
That's nice, but was it within the first few days of you starting your very first MMO? And did you fight with your actual body?
That's all great and dandy, but it doesn't make for an entertaining watch.
Why do you think they're called scrubs?
Indeed, now if only the author would stop writing about them.
I fail to see the downside, so yes.
Unfortunately for you, they're heading west in book 7~8 (towards Minami), so they're probably going to end up playing an important role.
Who's ready for some Minori suffering next ep?
If only it was rape.
I don't understand what use they are
Just enlist a couple of 90's to log horizon
Why, Shiroe isn't trying to make a guild that's for doing raids and shit. He's making a home for him and his friends.
But they do top meters. They all (except Rudy because he's a fucking Lander) know roughly what to do, but none of them have ever actually done it before. This arc was about their first taste of real party combat; generally the first multi-player dungeon/instance in an MMO is specced for players around level 20.
I'd rather enjoy useless ninja suffering
>Hating on low levels
Its like people forget that they were lowbies once too.
Besides, taking a newbie under your wing could result in them being your best bud in dungeons once they hit the level cap.
That is gay house
Power is the only thing of value in that world
Download for volume 7 is up?
All I got are what's been posted on 4chan, which isn't very much at all.
Well, going by the file name it should be up. Guess I'll go look for it.
>Power is the only thing of value in that world
Then its good that Shiroe is the most powerful player in Akiba
>can delete a character if he wishes
>can destroy your life using blackmail
>can send you to the cathedral repeatedly thanks to his 3 secret police force that rivals Hitler's
>can destroy an entire state using his unlimited gold hack
I want to bully Minori.
Lets see how long he lasts as dictator
>The anime cut off the additional Marielle X Naotsugu beach scene. AGAIN
WHY Japan? Why do you hate best elf and best bro?
They've been cutting out Maryelle x Naotsugu since ep 1, why stop now!
Because NHK's target audience inserts as scrub horizon?
Can't show a normal developing heterosexual relationship in my kids show. Its strictly lolicon country
>saves her master from molestation by a triffid
>assassinates almost half a PKer party to protect her master
>saves her master from drowning
>monitors a group of slavers for her master
>helps her master free slave children
>withstands groping by pedophilic accountant for her master
>performs secret intelligence gathering operations in enemy territory for her master
>keeps the horrible truth about exp loss secret for her master
>stands by to protect her master even when she wants to fight elsewhere
>keeps monsters and players away from her master whilst he performs black magic for some ugly harlot and her crew of scrubs
>holds the reins for her master
>Japanese educational TV show teaches children to play satanic MMOs, encourages little girls to love older men
>Fights a raid boss with only one continuous backup support for her master
>promotes pedophilia and bestiality
>You will never be treated like a lowly dog by Isuzu
Shiroe didn't even know that guard had gone rogue.
Learning things on your own is nice and all but not taking or giving basic advice is goddamn stupid. How much faster would the team have learned how to play if a random higher lv player with an endless bag of popcorn was watching them fight so that he can explain what went wrong?
Hell, I can imagine Shiroe must be different degrees of pissed.
"I left Akiba for a short errand and already, all hell breaks loose!"
"You had one job Akatsuki, ONE job"
Guard was possessed by a sword of a raid boss.
And it was following in her mission to protect the city while he was gone.
Removing the "no-PK ban" and letting in stray monsters on a player city does not really constitute protecting it.
Its essentially "getting rid of the rats by setting the barn on fire"
Team noob was doing that shit at least a month or three after going back in. Isizu and minori are the only ones without combat experience compare to the rest since Tohya was stuck grinding higher lv mobs, Rudy solos, and serara got her practice in at rapetown plus whatever she was doing before the training camp.
Well, the big boys with the big minds are off catching ducks leaving just the girls to do the decision making
But it was shown Isuzu was stuck grinding together with Tohya in Hamelin. She felt like shit and Tohya had to support her on his shoulder.
>We will never have Femdom doujins with Henrietta and Shiroe
>We will never have a fatalpulse doujin featuring the scrub horizon
>We will never have vanilla doujins with Marielle and Naotsugu
>We will never have Victim Girls doujin with Raynesia showing her "gratitude" to each adventurer individually
>We will never get an Isuzu version from pic related's artist
Well there was also Soujirou but he's an idiot so no different from the girls.
I was talking about in terms of knowing the game, as in before the Catastrophe. But nothing after the Catastrophe helped them really learn the game and to work together until the summer camp.
>There was a raid boss, we panicked and accidentally the town magic barrier
>but we think its gone now
To be fair, Souji maxed his STR, DEX, CON, and CHA.
He needed a dump stat somewhere.
Unfortunately, it had to be his INT.
>We will never get an Isuzu version from pic related's artist
Low blow, man.
You sick disgusting deviant
Considering how badly they flunked that dungeon hey clearly didn't and they specifically weren't told anything other than good luck unless you're counting minori withholding her notebook information.
They've been cutting everything not scrub horizon out for a while. You'd think they were as useless as minori.
My mistake then. Just minori had no combat experience post apocalypse,
Actually Tohya and Minori had the basic tutorial AND training with Shiroe before the apocalypse hit. Since they're a duo they presumably at least understood the whole basic healer x tank combo.
Serara was with a PARTY doing a quest when the apocalypse hit so she clearly had at least that first party where a person tells you the basic idea of your role if you didn't read the job description itself.
Isizu as noted earlier was in the grinding party at hamelin so she knew all about properly buffing.(the -hate song is worthless in a good group and even in hamelin it would have been useless which is why she didn't think of that dumb song during the dungeon raids)
I wonder how good at sex Landers are. What if they're stuck in a missionary-only no-female-orgasm kind of mindset?
Think of all the Lander NTR whenever some adventurers with hot dicking overskills come by for their quest rewards.
I'd prefer ShindoL
Gotta purchase that Kama Sutra Emote Scroll from your local high level scribe anon
>We will never have vanilla doujins with Marielle and Naotsugu
This one hurts
Was there any other way to kill the guard?
Next Log Horizon OP: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Z36hHTwi4M
Souji was capable of hurting the guard even with the magic circle online.
Unless you got something better than an armor that gives landers power equivalent level 110 powered by ancient Alv magic
>Actually Tohya and Minori had the basic tutorial AND training with Shiroe before the apocalypse hit.
Yeah but that didn't help them at all for the current situation, Nao had to teach Tohya what a tank is supposed to do, and Shiroe had to force feed Minori info on duties.
>Serara was with a PARTY doing a quest when the apocalypse hit
No, she wasn't. She was only there starting to TRAIN for a raid quest, they haven't actually done anything yet.
>Isizu as noted earlier was in the grinding party at hamelin so she knew all about properly buffing.
No, she doesn't. If she did she would've known to use the proper buffs at the start, and in ET, -hate buff is a must, good party or not. It's been noted that a singe Assassinate will draw aggro unless the Assassin (and by extension, any high dmg spell Sorcs use) runs all their -hate skills and the tank is super good.
-hate is a shit buff. You want to clear hate you make sure the monster is too dead to hate you.
It only comes in handy when fights take too long or the tank sucks. It's like you didn't notice hordes of people going wtf at the idea of a -hate spell being anything more than useless.
I'll take your word on the serara part since im not in a reread the novels again mood for at least a month or three.
Nao gave him general spirit of the lion protect everyone at all costs type advice. He didn't give advice like skill usage and whatnot as it wasn't needed. He already knew how tanking worked. It's why he knew back in hamelin that the problem was he was trying to tank hate from a guy 5x his level. That other high level samurai should have walked up to tohya and explained actual mechanics hints although really Rudy was the one who should have been told about relaxing damage until after the tank has hate.
All of this could have been solved via watching them fight 1-2 mobs outside and then saying why it went to hell so that they adapt.
Didn't he die right after?
Look at this WoWcasual
>It's like you didn't notice hordes of people going wtf at the idea of a -hate spell being anything more than useless.
What? I only remember everyone (as in the readers, during the live translation thread) going WHYYY when it was revealed that she had a -hate buff all along. Only reason why Isuzu thought it was useless was because she though "MORE DMG IS BETTER, THIS DON'T KILL SHIT".
Clearly you need to play more MMO's where hate generation/negation is stupid easy
"isn't stupid easy" I mean. Fuck, guess it's time to sleep.
Never played WoW. The party setup they had just sucked. It was the only situation where dropping the hate the mage generated was actually theoretically useful. two healers, tank with provoke/taunt type moves that don't have a range as far as the only dps is going to be when any hate taking is inevitable. two healers, most of the bard buffs only end up benefitting half the party at best usually. It was a disaster from the get go.
It was split between that and the realization that it's shouldn't have been a useful song in the first place. even one more DD would have meant the mobs would die before hate became an issue. The party setup was essentially designed to make everything into long drawn out fights harder than they would in a somewhat more optimal setup.
If you've ever had a fight where the other DD went down and it was only one melee class left whittling down a decently strong mob should hopefully remember how much longer it causes everything to be.
Somewhere in Japan, somebody is shipping this
Akatsuki is the most useless and annoying character in the show.
I am sure she is a fatty irl
I bet you don't even watch the show.
>Still using the same shitty gear
This is why they're scrubs
>Rundel Haus! How dare you call yourself and adventurer!
>If you want to be an adventurer, show the conviction to live!
>If you want to live, you must sign this contract, and bear the responsibility of being a guild member of log horizon.
>It will also permanently change your name to McScrotum HugeFaggot; you'll be the guild cum dumpster.
>Being an adventurer isn't as glamorous as you think it is, do you want to live?
I wonder if the other driver is Roe2. They got the same ahoge and same hoody patern.
anyone else bothered as to why all the lowbies in log horizon look like kids?
isnt this a game where you have to design your avatar pre-apocalypse?
i guess the otaku culture during that time must have transformed all the new players into moe loving pedophilic otakus.
old players like shiroe and co made adult characters because they watch good manly anime like jojo's and hokuto no ken
Is that Shiroe?
The game is supposed to be like 20 years old or something stupid. Most of the newbies would be kids who are getting old enough to be interested in it along with a only smattering of older people just getting interested.
It was only made so in the anime for the sake of story telling
And only the qt elf look like a kid on the other scrub team
Why are you guys calling Krusty a scrub?
Dunno, when I've read through the threads I've run into a few times. He seems like a good player.
Why was there a fucking emote?
Nope, Fuck guilds I always doing stuff solo if I could.
You're doing it wrong.
Not really, he's just lost a bit of utility rather than combat prowess. Srcibe/cook/maid etc. aren't really going to help in battle.
Or it might just be that all the older people knew how to level up and party up on their own and thus never needed any mentoring and are already level 50s or something.
There seems to be a lot of talk about stuff that got cut out.
Been wanting to start reading the novels when the shows ends. Is it worth it to start from the beginning to see what I've been missing out on? How many volumes have been adapted so far anyway?
Yes. Six out of seven
Krusty x Raynesia
>Fucking your cat
>Log into your qt fem summoner alt
>Check your list of summon contracts to try summoning something
>Remember you have a contract with a tentacle monster
It hurts to live sometimes
>not taking a bath in your undines
>can delete a character if he wishes
>can destroy an entire state using his unlimited gold hack
what a nerd
i want to hang out with her and discuss strategy and do theorycrafting
>Roe2 and Henrietta each try to outscheme each other
>After months this leads to lesbian hate sex.
A-are you me? or the other person?
I wanted to get into Aura Kingdom, but I'm too lazy to grind in yet another korean MMO.
So right now the only game where I get to interact with other players is Puzzle & dragons.
>when I was 13 as a healer
>as a healer
No wonder then
I never knew /ginviting a NPC could be so good
I feel like Scrub Horizon exists mostly so that in arcs like the previous one we can have some action interspersed between political bullshit.
I want to fuck lenessia so bad
And what's the backdraw then?
Ever since Dungeon Fighter Online closed in America I've had a big MMO shaped hole in my heart. I've never found anything like it ever again.
I just want to bully her. Everything about her personality makes it seem like she's made for bullying.
>Rundel refuses but Miss Isuzu then proceeds to use his hand to make him sign anyway
was this shit actually worth watching? I watched the first episode and it seemed like an extremely boring cousin to Accel World and SAO
Are you joking or is this actual LN shit we're talking about here.
Maybe the newbs have kid avatar, and they grow as their level rises.
Ever since I saw the ED, I had my eyes on Isuzu. I was sure She and that blond dude I didn't know his name yet were to remain minor side characters.
How can I ever begin to describe the joy I felt these last few episode where they got so much of the focus?
I fucking love Freckles the bard!
That all depends: do I get to be a cute girl cumdumpster? Also,
I've heard a game called ArcheAge Online is comeing out pretty soon.
I signed up for beta.
It looks pretty cool.
Check it out for yourself though:
>was this shit actually worth watching?
Yes, but you should stick to SAO. LH has too much story elements for faggots like you.
>Everything about her personality makes it seem like she's made for bullying.
It makes me mad how right you are
Holy shit thats adorable
LH is wordswordswords, politics, fantasy world-building with some according to keikaku.
probably not for you
There's more where that came from.
Unless Mamare goes full Narita/Kamachi, I'd say Winter.
Actually it's more like Stalin than Hitler.
It had to be done.
>you now realize that the founding fathers were literally in the same position, having a new world and the wish to do better than the old system, and trying to make a good place for everyone
Sad where it has come to from then.
Laughed outloud in an empty room. SoL where Rudy complains about his name being terrible while she sees a dog chasing his own tail when?
Something about those knees is making my hips move on their own.
Oh God my heart...
Because Indians totally didn't exist right. right?
Did you also know only 13 of the people in america supported the revolution at best? Did you know the people who didn't support the revolution hard enough got kicked out? Somehow that "everyone" seems to be missing a few people.
1/3 i missed a /
I think I'm becoming a weeabu because lately I've been enjoying all this japshit a lot more.
>slowly breaking into a smile while the camera rotates around her face
very cute 3D. wow.
Did not know that sorry.
I'm not actually American, so I think that's forgivable.
I just like the idea.
I'm personally more interested in getting my hands on that soundtrack by Takanashi, but I just can't find anything.
What kind of pantsu do you think roe2 wears?
Nice, but UMD best ED of the year. OP goes to LH for sure!
no worries. I was just being snippy since the general narrative for american history likes to gloss over bad things via pretending the people were never there.
>signing a contract with a half jew
You dumb fucks you need to finish the job of your lander forefathers and get wipe these half alv abominations off the face of log horizon before they enslave us all.
fuck you, manifest destiny
So novel bros, does the fact that Shiroe can turn landers into adventurers ever get out? how hard does shit hit the fan ?
Don't listen to his lies.
The the chosen people are our greatest ally and We should be thankful to them for defending us in the middle east!
The only reason Im watching this is for more Maryelle and Naotsugu stuff, yet theres been fucking nothing, what the fuck Niptendo
>you now realize shiroe is like those glitch exploiting russians who find out all the game breaking secrets and exploit the fuck out of them and hoard the knowledge to themselves.
>dat rudy in the pv
10/10 would treat as a dog
Plus all the throwaway side characters, like the crescent moon guild, become more important and get more screentime.
>Hurr he looks so sad
>Check the Adventurer subclass' feature list.
Can someone link the chart?
>And Rundel is like 20.
I turned 22 today and I'm dumber than the level 20s.
>Actually it's more like Stalin than Hitler.
Stalin didn't kill 6 million goblins.
>We will never have Femdom doujins with Henrietta and Shiroe
Good. I don't want femdom anything with Shiroe, unless he's like one of those rich billionaires who pays prostitutes to step on his balls.
>implying he isn't log horizon's richest jew
Indians were landers. Royalists were scrubs who didn't get gud.
The show as a whole is less about the adventures they have and more about how people adjust to living in that kind of world. The first arc doesn't show that very well, though.
>gloss over bad things via pretending the people were never there
There's tons of anti-American propaganda in schools, though. Every year for thanksgiving they teach you that Christopher Columbous committed genocide against the savages.
I'm an anime only dude but I thought the first 3 episodes were really good at introducing the main characters, and setting up the world and stuff. It was nice to see them go on a regular quest before anything else.
What's the deal with the mage guy? Does he show up again in the story? Was he just some NPC whose job it was to teach people about magic, or does he have another agenda?
And do we know anything about members #10, #11, and #12 of Log Horizon yet? Or is it still a mystery?
He shows up again in book 7. He's a total bro, he jokes around with Nao and stuff.
No new LH members yet, probably won't be one until book 8.
>implying he wont massacre Akibara later so that nurenha feels kinship with him.
>local high level scribe
There is actually a better subclass suited to producing the Kama Sutra.
>not fucking your cat
Fuck you bitch. America #1 up in this hemisphere.
It was really good, but not an MMO
>Re-gun member of Log Horizon
>must be the cum toilet
Gender switch to a female and I'm fine. Immortality and a good dicking. What more can you wish for?
Whatshisname lost EXP when resurrected in the field in that example scene. Either this is an error or you lose exp on getting KO'd and memory when respawning.
one of the times when a gender bender is terrible
You don't necessarily need to add somebody as a friend to /w in most MMOs.
>Also, season 2 when?
But google says S1 isn't finished yet
Does this character ever show up? Or was she logged out of the game or whatever.
She's in China making her way to Japan[as far as translated material goes], she's probably a lot farther by now.
Started off from Rome.
Novelfags said she in Europa, heading to Japan.
Logged in a different country.
>tfw she is rule 63 Ezio, journeying across the ancient world searching for knowledge and truth and planting the seeds of new brotherhoods along her path
Propably appears in the last books to hog the MC status and defeat the big bads of Elder Tales.
>>Still using the same shitty gear
>This is why they're scrubs
I had an excellent weapon when I was level 50 that some thought of as shitty, but it fit my playing style and I was giving more hurt then I was getting. What's shit to one build might be gold to another, and you'd know that if you really played the games.
I can't listen to the OP without thinking of that one Nedroid comic
They're going in the wrong direction, then.
gear doesn't always tie to external appearance or something it seems, as shiroe gets better stuff but still looks the same. character profiles shows characters equipping stuff that doesn't match up with what they're actually wearing visually as well.
>they're in united EASTal
>heading to holy empire WESTlande
I've seen MMOs where you can transmute the appearance of new gear to match your old stuff if you really liked it or something.
Do you know where Minami is, and where Akiba is?
>Do you know where Minami is
It's south, obviously.
Wait so I don't get something, do people look like they do in real life or not? If not, why doesn't everyone become a little girl?
Hey now. Soetimes raw stats are more important than defense.
it's still sad as shit that the tank hasn't upgraded though.
My guess is that it's because all their old gear was given to em for the training camp and they haven't found/bought new stuff. it gets hard to find midlevel gear in games where everyone capped their level as people usually npc old gear (or send it to hold on a mule)once it's hard enough to find people willing to buy the gear. I also notice that important pieces of gear tend to be expensive so they were probably being cheap little shits and not saving their cash for proper gear. You see that happen all the time when you make a party and suddenly notice you're the only one with gear even close to within 20~40 levels(scarily it can get worse) of their current level.
Shiroe's appearance changed when he got new gear. wtf are you talking about?
Worst part is Miss Isuzu, she plainly sucks.
Everyone else just sucks less.
So, that's a no.
>Akihabara to Osaka
I don't think so.
Only facial features shifted closer to match what they look like in real life, it's not an exact copy. Racial features take priority.
Goddamn, was my shitty joke really that hard to get? I even used lower case M in minami to make it more obvious
>expecting /a/ to be able to into Japanese
this is vol7. he has gotten better (phantasmal equips) by now he almost looks the same as the vol1 outfit. fluff around the neck removed, copied over the emblem thing or whatever he had from beginning, still wears the same clothes beneath the cloak as before. only changes that came with the new coat is that it's got arms and that the belt is on the outside now
Say, if I had chosen to play a loli from the beginning, would it just look like a perpetually frowning loli or what?
The sleeves make it look so much better though.
And where did he get that anyway? I thought phantasmal stuff wasn't obtainable anymore. Did he just keep that stuff inside his bank and not wear it until he needed it?
He got given it for free as thanks for being a tyrant. Being ruler means guilds fight raid bosses for you now.
how is this allowed
Most /a/nons wouldn't be very cute at all when they become their loli characters. They'd be too used to their dull and awkward masculine mannerism and would look completely out of character.
I need to take this to heart and practice being cute, so that I'll know how to behave when I get stuck inside a loli body.
It's okay, your voice and mannerisms change naturally over time anyways.
Big fat elf tats.
She's a neet, I don't think she would smell very nice at all.
I think the body mannerisms are easier to get. The personality, though, isn't gonna change anytime soon. At best we'd achieve an Accelloli look and learn to pretend to be cute.
Well, I'm ok with that.
Personality is easy, I'm already used to acting like a little girl when I play MMOs.
But it might be easier for me, since I'm actually a cute girl on the inside.
same reason this is allowed.
Dykewind Brigade translations when?
When Vol.3 is out probably.
Hey /a/ should I read the novels or just watch the animu?
what kind of stupid game does that
actually this can happen on regnum online and pandora saga
I'd like that in many games
The Expensive clothes look way better than the "superior" Exquisite clothes in Morrowind, for example
I only use dark brotherhood equipment on all tes games
Wow what a fucking fag
I wish the Chitin armor didn't look so damn shitty, and wasn't so easily available
I end up using shittier gear because of this
The only thing i change form dark brotherhood armor is the hood, i replace it for one that gives me water breathing, especially in Oblivion
yeah, cosmetic gear kits p2p shit in almost every mmo now
It's possible that they upgraded and then transmogged the upgrades to look like their old gear.
Also, as others have said, in some MMOs it's common to have some really old gear when leveling just because something better never came along and the markets for low to mid level stuff can be pretty weird. I had that happen a few times in old WoW.
More importantly, we don't even know how important gear is in this game. Not every game is like WoW where 99% of your stats are from gear.
no man, gear is quite important at endgame. it's essentially what differs between scrubs and vets as you can power level to 1-90 in less than 80 game hours, according to kanamis turtle at least. the base stat difference from equips however isn't as big of an deal as the special effects that they can grant, like isaacs sword forexample.
>not playing an mmo where protection comes from invisible bullshit covering your character and is used as an reason to have skimpier outfits
>There are people in THIS VERY THREAD who want less Scrub Horizon.
You people have no taste at all.
by vol5 now they can reforge or modify even phantasmal class equips as long as they have someone with relevant crafting subclass available to do the task
...Which one? Meido?
POLITICS > Scrub Horizon
The politics in this show is fucking amateur hour, though. The only reason that Shiroe was able to pull off the round table coup was that everyone else was too stupid to realise that you can buy buildings.
Nobody thought to say to the adventurers prior to NEET princess cosplaying her way to victory: "Hey guys there's a gigantic pile of trash mobs that are going to fuck us up please help there's literally ALL THE MONEY available for you if you do and we'll give you some money on top of that as well"
Like they did back before Armageddon?
And the whole "Nobody knew how to make food" thing is bizarre as well. We have evidence that people already knew how to make shit; the whole slavery thing with the scrubs? They were making clothes through tailoring like that already.
Maybe at some point the politics won't be babby's first interpersonal conflict, but right now it's boring.
>They were making clothes through tailoring like that already.
Yes, and? I'm criticizing the anime, not the LN. Maybe when the translation isn't atrocious I'll read them.
Ha, and you say you don't want to get fat.
Because Tetra wins the Naotsugubowl.
The show isn't about POLITICS. If you ask me, it's more about about trying to survive and adapt in a familiar, but at the same time unknown world using what meager knowledge they have.
>A level 90 scribe can change the laws of the universe simply by writing a contract
>There are level 90 prostitutes out there
Dear god, I'm terrified and aroused considering the implications of this.
I don't appreciate you calling lawyers prostitutes. That is libel, good sir. Whores are honorable people providing a much needed service, unlike those fucking parasites in the legal profession.
Is prostitute really a subclass in LH?
Yes. It was such a heated topic that Mamare himself had to visit this board and confirm it.
It's closer to Geisha, Oiran or Courtesan for muh localization. But yeah, it exists.
Oh my fuck that's amazing.
...So what happens if a non-Prostitute tries to charge money for sex? Does it get refunded by game mechanics?
Talking about prostitutes
There's no reference to actual sex, much less buying and selling of it.
Mamare explained that they're basically women who use their feminine charms to ruse people. Basically femme fatale characters, but more on the refined side.
Its neither of those though. The author himself stressed that sleeping with men is a very little part of what Dayu do. They have an official court position, instead of charming influence and money out of men, so they choose what guests to call and what to do with them by themselves. And can reject guests if they don't like them.
They are closer to hostess+grey cardinal.
It has just entered open beta %%in Russia.%%
Pretty good so far.
About to download and see how's the game, despite not knowing russian moon. Enjoyed whatever playtime I had on Japanese server trial.
Oh, I forgot. It is open now only for early-access owners (still enough to fully populate 9 servers), will enter true OBT on the 22nd.
I hear its not as grindy, in the middle of getting the client. The non point and click style had me intrigue
Oh, Archeage is out in Russia? I might actually try it out since I speak Russian.
How to kill an adventurer
1. sign contract to lose adventurer status
Why would an adventurer sign that contract?
Same way Rudy "signed"
There's no 'means' to lose Adventurer status though, since it's just a system classification. You could probably draw a contract that servers the tie between Anima and Psyche though, with some messing around, that would do it.
That's just you not thinking, not picking up on things, and not reading the threads.
>The only reason that Shiroe was able to pull off the round table coup was that everyone else was too stupid to realise that you can buy buildings.
Many of them noticed. None of them had the funds. None of them trusted anyone enough to give them the funds. Remember? Shiroe had to con it out of them.
>"Hey guys there's a gigantic pile of trash mobs that are going to fuck us up please help there's literally ALL THE MONEY available for you if you do and we'll give you some money on top of that as well"
Yeah, sure, clearly the best way to negotiate for anything is for your initial offer to be 110% of everything you have, for a recurring threat. Looks like everyone in that room except you knew that they couldn't buy an adventurer army, which is why they were trying to guilt trip them into doing it for cheap.
>There's no 'means' to lose Adventurer status though, since it's just a system classification.
Sure there is. Have an ArchLawyer draw up a contract for it.
Why don't they just sign a contract that lets them log off?
Who made the choco though? Elissa?
Except that's not something you can gain or lose. Rudy 'gained' it like you would an actual subclass. But Adventurers don't have anything like that.
So why didn't they just try CPR on him?
>None of them had the funds.
Pretty sure Michitaka offered to pay Shiroe the 5m with his guild alone.
>Yeah, sure, clearly the best way to negotiate for anything is for your initial offer to be 110% of everything you have, for a recurring threat.
What are you talking about? When you kill stuff, they poop money.
>Looks like everyone in that room except you knew that they couldn't buy an adventurer army
That's my point. They don't need to. The mere existence of a goblin horde is an incentive to action, because the goblins are easy kills and the horde will end up dropping a shitton of loot.
>Except that's not something you can gain or lose. Rudy 'gained' it like you would an actual subclass. But Adventurers don't have anything like that.
If Rudy could have gained the adventurer subclass through normal game mechanics, don't you think he would have?
Shiroe can use magic to change the rules of the game world, effectively. Why do you think that it's beyond his power, as described in the show, to change how classes work?
But the cliche is supposed to be that she made it herself but it tastes terrible.
She's too lazy to even make terrible giri chocos
Considering Nurenha bought the entire city she was in mostly off of "Noble" Lander's money I'm going to have to call bullshit on that. There is however the problem that adventurers are so rich that even a fair price is very little to them
>That's my point. They don't need to. The mere existence of a goblin horde is an incentive to action, because the goblins are easy kills and the horde will end up dropping a shitton of loot.
The adventurers haven't accepted any quests in months so the landers weren't sure whether they were still murder hobos or not. It's in the Akihabara's interest to put a premium on their services even though they'd be perfectly willing to do it for free because why do something for free when you can charge for it. Only instead of receiving money the landers are paying them in moral debt.
Wasn't it a point in the series though that they don't have cocoa in Akiba? How would you make chocolate without cocoa?
WIZAAAARD. I dunno, they've been making cakes and cookies and chocos in volume five and six though
They just mimic the taste using the ingredients available in the world.
Is there a chocolate substitute?
>Considering Nurenha bought the entire city she was in mostly off of "Noble" Lander's money I'm going to have to call bullshit on that.
Wait, what. Context?
>The adventurers haven't accepted any quests in months so the landers weren't sure whether they were still murder hobos or not.
The Landers haven't been *giving* quests in months.
> It's in the Akihabara's interest to put a premium on their services even though they'd be perfectly willing to do it for free because why do something for free when you can charge for it.
Protecting their trade interests. If there's no-one around to sell stuff to, how do you make money?
And even if the Landers outright refused to pay or accept a moral obligation to the Adventurers, it's still absolutely in their best interest to kill the gobbo horde, because the horde will drop a shitload of loot.
I guess you could argue the point if we knew what the cost of making their equipment, what the decay rate is, how many potions etc they're using, but if the adventurers don't go and kill the gobbos, they're leaving money on the table.
Were the cookies that Serara and Nyanta made on the way back to Akiba cholate?
In most MMOs, you'll see tons of people just idling in town even though they could be spending their time grinding random mobs for money. Most people just overlook content unless there's a specific quest leading up to it.
Yup, Charasin's guild is all about loitering around and paying for it.
>Most people just overlook content unless there's a specific quest leading up to it.
Wasn't there supposed to be awesome drops by the Goblin King?
And this is post-Round Table; some enterprising young Jewish raid guild should have realised that they could blitz through the monsters, relocate to some other city, and rent-seek through capital ownership.
OST fucking when?
>Wasn't there supposed to be awesome drops by the Goblin King?
By scrub standards
why does Serara make me hnng so much
Do the drops Goblin King has even level up with him? I think the quest to whack him was around 40-50lvl but he's supposed to be like 70-80 now.
Chubby loli who wants to be a delicious housewife?
It's moe city.
The quest to whack him before he unites the goblin tribes was about 40-50, but I'm forced to assume that once that deadline passes that you get far better drops.
Probably? Haven't read that far enough
>relocate to some other city
Hah, what other city. Susukino is a shithole until <Silver Sword> stomps through and takes over, Minami is under complete control of <Plant Hwyaden>, Nakasu is pretty much a ghost town, surrounded by monsters, most of the players have migrated to Minami and are in <Plant Hwyaden>. Shibuya is useless since it's just a portal town.
>Hah, what other city.
There's literally an entire planet out there.
Just gonna point out that, iirc, Rudy's robes said they have superior stats for beginner items, but their stat boost drops substantially if used past like lvl 30.
In the context of she got the nobles to fork over the cash to buy the halls,Cathedral and whatnot. I think she has courtesan subclass too which probably has some very weird effects post apocalypse
Adventurer guilds chipped in too but the Lander nobles most definitely are rolling in dosh.
If you think it was 90% adventurer gold for that:
In Europe for example they're paying Adventurers to have wars with other nobles so the nobles clearly must have a substantial amount of gold to be able to afford such a thing.
What you're proposing is leaving the safety of an established town, trekking out into the wilds until you find a Fairy Ring, hopping into it and hoping you land on another continent. Then you have to hope you're not in the middle of some hell hole and praying you survive long enough to reach another player city.
This is assuming said player city isn't already taken over by someone or in ruins already. Or that you don't pull a Leonardo and get bound to a Shrine in the middle of nowhere surrounded by event spawns.
>What you're proposing is leaving the safety of an established town, trekking out into the wilds until you find a Fairy Ring, hopping into it and hoping you land on another continent. Then you have to hope you're not in the middle of some hell hole and praying you survive long enough to reach another player city.
Uh. No? I'm proposing building a boat and sailing to another continent.
You're basically arguing that people who cannot die are going to not try be enterprising because of reasons.
I hope you packed a lot of food and that you don't run into any Raid Bosses in the ocean anon.
>In Europe for example they're paying Adventurers to have wars with other nobles
That's actually a really cool setting for PvP.
In most MMOs, the only backstory to get to PvP is either "fight against a bunch of random people for honor and glory" or "continue the neverending war with opposing faction by having another inconsequential battle with them". The idea of just being a mercenary who is used by a noble who is plotting against other nobles is a lot cooler.
There could be, there may be one. But the world is too big to cover everything for the author. He's already writing about the research guild, three battle guilds, two merchant guild, scrub team, a full raid and muh inferiority complex to actually fit in a five chapter novel
>I hope you packed a lot of food
I can pack a practically infinite amount of food.
>and that you don't run into any Raid Bosses in the ocean anon.
Even if I do, so what?
Now, if it turns out to be the case that town banks are only per landmass, you might have a point.
>There is however the problem that adventurers are so rich that even a fair price is very little to them
That's the big thing, yes. The landers realized that once the adventurers stopped being robots, they were powerful immortals who already had better stuff than the landers do, plus an independent streak. Not only can they not be bought by pocket change and mediocre loot any more, most of the powerful ones can't be bought period.
>The mere existence of a goblin horde is an incentive to action, because the goblins are easy kills and the horde will end up dropping a shitton of loot.
That's kind of bullshit, though. The vast majority of that horde was low level, and all the adventurers knew it. It's an event that was for parties under level 40. An endless stream of them could line up and walk towards level 90s for the slaughter and it still wouldn't be worth the level 90s' time to kill them. They've all got better gear already, and more efficient ways to make more money.
For those low enough level that the XP and loot would be tempting, the high death risk (due to the sheer numbers of enemies) is also unfavorable, because of the loot and XP penalties for dying. (Even completely ignoring the memory loss thing that the landers and most adventurers still didn't know about yet). On top of that, these mid level parties don't have the leadership experience to manage combat on that scale.
The gains to be had from the old game version of the event were in preventing the invasion to begin with, then doing the dungeon run.
Roderick was working on cocoa substitute by volume 6, apparently he's gotten the smell down, but not the taste
I don't think that was the setting for EU. That's just what happened after the Catastrophe. Still cool though.
I always liked the idea of the players in a MMO/any type of RPG being mercenaries. It clears up a lot of inconsistencies and shitty hyperoverused backstories.
Because shes so lovely and soft and warm
Quality of your raw materials matter, if you want to cook stuff with taste. Unless you're just gonna pack a whole lot of shit for menu craft food, then sure, go nuts.
Finding materials to rebuild a boat that got destroyed would be quite an issue assuming you aren't some super huge crafting guild, and take up a lot of time.
Dude, come on.
While we're on the subject though, what benefit does the Meido class have over other subclasses? Why would someone not-retarded take it?
>An endless stream of them could line up and walk towards level 90s for the slaughter and it still wouldn't be worth the level 90s' time to kill them.
This isn't WoW.
It has some of the skills from other subclasses like low level tailoring, cooking and stuff (this is in addition to the whole cleaning thing). It also caps at a lower level. Serara only took it because she was trying to build up funds and main class levels before switching to an actual production subclass
She's crying because Rudy has never said MISU SERARA
That happens when you literally have kittens inside your womb.
There's still a lot that's unknown about the new world, though. Who's to say that once you lose adventurer status and finally die you don't become some horrible roaming-psyche ghost?
Then lurk in the sewers, we BioLabs now
>Quality of your raw materials matter, if you want to cook stuff with taste. Unless you're just gonna pack a whole lot of shit for menu craft food, then sure, go nuts.
We's all gotsta make sacrifices for a tiny journey, anon. It's only 100km between Japan and Korea over the Korea Straight at 1/2 scale, it's not going to take long.
>Finding materials to rebuild a boat that got destroyed would be quite an issue assuming you aren't some super huge crafting guild, and take up a lot of time.
I'm pretty sure you can outsource creation of a boat. Start a tendering process for the crafting guilds.
>Did you mean: Housekeeper?
You quioted the wrong post and the impression i got from reading up is that the normal monsters once you get to the ocean deep are raid boss level. You would need a massive fleet to be ablte to handle that and trying to tank while swimming would be pretty damn difficult so you're probably using kite or ping pong tactics. Basically you had better hope the mob isn't fast.
Also the crafting guilds have something better to do other than helping a bunch of retards to cross the ocean on a ship that costs them manpower, time and resources, stuff like crafting grandfather clocks.
Of course shes not flat, shes pregnant. Her breasts are swollen with milk. Not to mention the fact that Serara isn't normally flat, she has small tits.
Fine, whatever. Hire Shiroe and everyone else who has a flying mount to drop you off on the other side of the ocean. Griffons can travel at >25km per hour, right?
Not if they're getting paid for it.
Isn't Serara prepubescent?
>>An endless stream of them could line up and walk towards level 90s for the slaughter and it still wouldn't be worth the level 90s' time to kill them.
>This isn't WoW.
It's Elder Tale, which is also not a game where killing stuff 50 levels under you is worth it for XP or loot.
I think Rift is the only big MMO that scales up the XP to still be worth it, and even that is in return for temporarily deleveling you. Elder Tale lets you mentor but doesn't give you any bonus for it.
>Not making an airship instead
Serara is a highschool girl.
>Isn't Serara prepubescent?
She's older than Minori.
Shes a teenager. Shes around the same age as Isuzu
>she has small tits.
I prefer to call them budding breasts
The point is level 90 players aren't invulnerable to level 40 mobs here.
They have a time limit per day. you're not making it past the indian , atlantic, or pacific oceans. If you're for whatever reason near Japan or the Phillipines you can probably get away with a boat since they appear to be close enough to land that actual seatrading occurs.
1. She just saw him undressed
2. Goblins aren't human and have no rights
Marielle, Nyanta and Shiroe aren't human either.
If the griffons can get from Tokyo to Hokkaido in a day then they can get to Seoul.
He was communicating with long range magic even when he was wiping his sweat, but he turned to face them when he saw Takayama Misa and Raynesia's group.
Krusty calmly wiped his body with a cloth he wrung dry. Takayama Misa seemed used to his bold and calm actions, as she approached him to report with documents in hand.
Krusty listened attentively with his back to her.
(What an amazing body...)
Krusty with his elegant clothes in the courts didn't give such a feeling of impact. She could feel his overwhelming strength just looking at his bare back. His muscular back had the beauty of a wild beast as Raynesia lost herself looking at it.
(...Eh! What am I looking at!)
Raynesia shook her head and sulked.
She always lost her pace when Krusty was around.
It didn't though.
It's only 100km to cross the Korea Straight. Which is why I asked if Griffons go at less or more than 25kph.
>you will get to clean the battle-sweat off of crusty with your tongue
I thought landers didn't use in-game systems at all.
And it would be less because of the Half-Gaia thing. Why are you going to Korea again?
Add in some basic strategy and it's close enough really. Nao's Xeno-destruction rampage only stopped because he ran out of mp. Even then the main reason he couldn't autoattack em all to death is that it would take too long while the rest walk past him.
An assasin for example can sneak into a gobbo camp, aoe instant kill then and go back to hiding. Maybe a regeneration party in hiding as a bonus to increase sustainability and an enchanter for warping everyone back to town in the event of a disaster.
Not sure but they were horse riding for quite a while during their trip.It was horses---> griffon-->walk.
Why are you worried about Korea anyway? There's already trading going on between Japan and Korea right now thanks to a merry band of pirates.
Sure they did. They even have menu's. They're just less detailed than what Adventurers have.
I already took the 1/2 scale into account.
>Why are you going to Korea again?
Because it's closer to Japan than the Chinese mainland and I can walk from there.
Will she ever get the D.D.D?
>Why are you worried about Korea anyway?
I'm not, it's just the closest part of the mainland to Japan.
That reminds me. gonna need to ask if natural disasters still work in ET. That tiny bit of ocean is known for freak storms and etc.
It the easiest way to the mainland?
I'm predicting the end of the novel.
>Log Horizon is the best guild ever, it's one of the most prestigious guilds ever
>The Debauchery Tea Party is all reunited
>They've established the UNITED STATES OF JAPAN, uniting all of Japan under one banner
>They send an embassy to NA
>NA proceeds to ENACT DEMOCRACY over the TYRANNY OF THE COUNCIL
>NA nukes Japan
>The point is level 90 players aren't invulnerable to level 40 mobs here.
Oh. Well, that is true. But also irrelevant to the other guy's objection to the other other guy's point. Even if they *were* invulnerable, even if they were still in the game and only had to click a button occasionally, the loot would not be worth the time to stand there killing stuff 50 levels under them.
There were social and political issues to go out and kill that goblin army. There were long term economic benefits (you can trade with still-living landers, not with dead landers). But there wasn't an XP/loot/gold benefit for high level adventurers.
Nah, Shiroe is trying to be batman at the moment
I've been going by the assumption that Elder Tales was it's own alternate reality before the game was released.
Is this really how you use asterisks?
>But there wasn't an XP/loot/gold benefit for high level adventurers.
How does a combat toon make money except through combat? What's quicker than wading through a horde of trashmobs, given that there's no more quicktravel?
THE ASTERISKS ARE FOR *EMPHASIS*, BITCH.
BioLabs is scary, with the Eremes SBing anyone in the way
But that's not how you use asterisks
The only way this is competing with SAO is for worst MMO anime.
Well considering there was only 20k gobbos and 1200 adventurers and you'd get your day's living from killing 10 gobbos it's not really anything worthwhile.
I thought there were only 96 adventurers?
>and you'd get your day's living from killing 10 gobbos
True, but there's whatever drops the Goblin King gives, plus all the other higher level minibosses and dire mobs.
It's sad because Log horizon isn't anything like SAO. They aren't even trapped in a game, rather magic was used to bridge two dimensions together which is why to the adventures it seems like the landers suddenly gained self awareness and to the landers it's like the adventurers suddenly gained self awareness.
I wonder what the latest world fraction spell was intended to do. Did they want to empower the adventurers? Or destroy them through memory loss, turning them into super-goblins?
This. Most boring show of last season.
>They aren't even trapped in a game, rather magic was used to bridge two dimensions together
Speculation, the adventurers might as well not have existed since the whole shit begins within the ET world. There's a bunch of high-tech explanations too and many theories which support them all being fakes or just living a lie with memory loss and shit.
The elite force on the ship was small. Shiroe lead over a thousand on horseback.
Unfortunately like SAO the concept is really good but they keep fucking it up because everyone is amazed at the people who aren't casuals or have an idea of how an economy might work. Not to mention the near constant glasses adjustments. Things like "We can't defend so lets attack ! Wow that's a genius plan glasses-kun."
I could see the adventurers being copies of their Earth selves. The Earth versions just though the server crashed.
>"We can't defend so lets attack ! Wow that's a genius plan glasses-kun."
Minori doesn't have glasses
>still responding to SAO bait in a LH thread
Well she might as well have with that genius idea.
living with roe2 must be cozy as fuck
It's true, though. Just really obvious.
>Akatsuki thought as she looked at Shiroe, who brushed his hair and adjusted his glasses a couple of times.
>She increased her pace as she looked at the pair of hands stuck into the coat pockets.
>No, it was better to slow down.
>Slowing down would give Akatsuki an excuse to tug at the hem of his coat.
>Akatsuki pouted as she thought of this.
Yea but they spent like half an episode on that super obvious idea. It was just torture waiting for her to say it.
>mfw Akatsuki loses the Shiroebowl to Minori
I don't think my heart can take it
She's pretty much apprenticezoned so it's pretty unlikely.
Minori just wanted it more.
But Minori is an annoying bitch who got childish taste in bags and a voice that irritates Shiroe
>childish taste in bags
She wont win. She's too busy making a hivemind with her brother to double the power of their orgasms during the incest.
HANG ON A FUCKING MINUTE HERE
WHY DID THE FISHSTICKS ATTACK EN MASSE AT THE SAME TIME AS THE FUCKING GOBLINS
THIS IS UNEXPLAINED HORSESHIT
Because goblin king uniting demi human races etc.
The goblins even had hill giants with them.
They were either working together or they were taking advantage of the goblin attack. It's discussed in the novel.
Why didn't the bard have a mp restore ability or an ether for rundelhause ?
>MP restore ability
Didn't she use one or am I remembering wrong?
Those are supposed to be rare/expensive
Besides that they didn't know MP was connected to life.
Judging by how much restoring Rudy's MP took out of Shiroe, the MP song probably doesn't work on dead people because it's just not powerful enough. It would be like trying to jump start someone's heart with a 9 volt battery compared to a defibrillator.
>MMY illustrator did this
Ah I just checked on the log horizon wiki and it seems that only shiroes class of enchanter can restore mp. The bard just boosts damage output.
Bard has a buff that boosts natural regen. But dead people don't regen.
The wiki is no where near complete.
Its better than nothing though.
They have an mp regen song. Buffs just dont tend to land on dead party members. I'm guessing shiroe's spell was a weird one that worked even on the dead members to prevent shenannigans involving dead people--> raise..
Ya I suppose you can't regen if your dead.
So you're thrown into the world of Elder tales. What class would you pick and why ? I'm thinking Summoner looks pretty sweet. Seems like a great class for soloing or team based battle.
question then becomes, do you want to leave this fantasy world to go back to a normal pleb world with no elf rape?
keep your fedora on /a/non...
Enchanter sounds fun, I love support classes that aren't healbots.
I don't see what shenanigans those would be. If anything draining the mana from dead people with full mana would make it more powerful. Unless dead = 0 mana in which case it would just be weaker.
The worst thing is paying for an expasion pack and not even getting the level cap raised. What bullshit is this !? i mean sure I'm physically in the game but I'm still stuck at 90.
I'm surprised they can even pump dead people with MP.
But 90 isn't the cap anymore.
Oh ? Who's passed it ?
REMOVE GOBLIN remove goblin
you are worst greenskin. you are the greenskin idiot you are the greenskin smell. return to the forest. to our people of the land cousins you may come our city. you may live in the zoo….ahahahaha
Everybody who isn't a scrub
That raiding guild who didn't join the round table.
By book 6, pretty much everyone that was at Lv90 in the beginning is past it.
Right I see.
Which Eidolon should I get for a gunsliger?
Starting one doesn't matter, easiest one to work towards is Bel-Chandra.
The damedame subs are fantastic. Top notch work, if you guys are here.
>you can see her panties in the reflection
You don't even need the mirror. This shit ruined the song
how could you
3d is disgusting
She has a cute butterface and that's all I need.
The panties are just gravy.
I totally don't understand.
Ugly girls are hot, too, anon.
>everybody in this thread who is not being the loli-monk
why you not being the little girl punchboxer
>Nobody thought to say to the adventurers prior to NEET princess cosplaying her way to victory: "Hey guys there's a gigantic pile of trash mobs that are going to fuck us up please help there's literally ALL THE MONEY available for you if you do and we'll give you some money on top of that as well"
>I didn't pay attention to the show AT ALL
Go watch it again, there's a reason they didn't just transform and roll out at the first sight of gobbo.
>Go watch it again, there's a reason they didn't just transform and roll out at the first sight of gobbo.
I am watching it again, it still doesn't make any fucking sense to me.
Are you talking about the adventure having a reason? Because I'm talking about the NPC lords being dumbasses, not the adventure.
That prettymuch sums it. up. the Nobles were fucking tards and the Izumo knights were missing. the first thought anyone had was that the Izumo knights would just step in and rape the army.
The Nobles didn't want to beg since that would mean acknowledging the formerly mindless robots had them by the balls and the Round table had no actual authority so bullshit politics got in the way on that end.
In the end it was a win win since princess neet let the nobles keep their dignity while the round table got some tenuous authority as the people to go through for lander/adventurer relations.
Level 40 mobs aren't going to be dropping shit a level 90 adventure wants, unless he's finally getting around to maxing his crafting stats.
The easiest way to make fast bucks in any mmo is to do level appropriate dungeons and quests.
>Level 40 mobs aren't going to be dropping shit a level 90 adventure wants
It sure does suck that there's no convenient method of exchange by which I can turn shit I don't want into shit I do want in this funny old world.

LH has no quests
