So I just read the first chapter of the seventh LN.
What. The. Fuck.
If I understood correctly:
>Klaus and Ariette are travelling together
>They want to get to the city after they escaped from the mansion
>They meet Holo who saved them from the wolves
>She said she didn't do it on purpose
>She tells them some soldiers are after them
>She makes them run through the forest until they almost collapse from exhaustion
>She constantly screws with poor Klaus
>She acts as if she was killed by a gigantic deer
>Klaus fights the deer, gets hurt badly
>He collapses from exhaustion after the fight
>Turns out there were no soldiers after them, Holo was just fucking around
>Turns out the deer didn't want to kill them, they were just fucking around and Holo was in on it
>Klaus ain't even mad
I mean, what the fuck is wrong with Holo?
That's how Korbo operates.
I know, but what was the point of all that?
Getting Klaus to grow up.
It's been a while since I read it, but as far as I remember, he was kinda confused and didn't know how to handle the responsibility of taking care of the girl.
Korbo realized that and put him into a situation, where he had to man the fuck up.
And she probably was a bit bored
