Does this show ever change? I'm 7 episodes in and so far every person has pulled the string.
>"I won't pull the string."
>Episodes ends, no change in situation, nothing happens
I WONDER WHY?!!!???!
Maybe some people want to take care of the situations themselves? What's the point of a show giving each and every different character a choice and they all make the same one?
Would be nice to see someone be able to resist the urge to take revenge.
This guy gets it.
I heard that it has a change of pace in season 2? Don't get me wrong. I love the show. I just don't hope it's going to be so repetitive and filled with reused scenes
OH YES!! That's right!!
Obviously, the people who decide to take care of things themselves, obviously may at some point be the subject of episodes of this show. It's so obvious that the show would have episodes where people do not interact with the thing the show is actually about. That makes so much sense.
The problem I see so far with this show is that it never goes anywhere. We never see any development in Ai. I feel like every episode is episode 1 of the series

Season 2 is a lot better, and I don't even like the show in general.
We have some good flashbacks about the team of protagonists and some episodes with really nice twists and a good climax.
..and then comes season 3 which manages to be the worst of all, build-up that results in absolutely nothing, characters even more stupid and a shitty protagonist.
All in all, season 1 is pretty repetitive, season 2 gets better and season 3 throws everything in the trash.
In one episode mid-S1, the reporter convinced a girl not to pull, but this resulted in a worse situation. Don't remember much more than that. Except for Mamiko Noto's catchphrase, I don't remember much about this series
I skipped ahead to season 2 and watched the first episode. It seemed like it actually build up some back story. I might go back later and finish season 1 up.
It develops something of a plot in later episodes of the first season, but I ended up dropping the second a few episodes in because it returned to being rigidly formulaic.
It wasn't terrible, but you can only keep doing the same thing over and over before it starts to get tiresome.
