>No Nagi thread
Lets have one
Did Kaname use the visit back to the village as a chance to better hide his parent's bodies?
That or to go sniff some of Chisaki's 5 year old panties
is ED out?
Is Miuna's friend dead?
I'd laugh in a kinda disappointed way if she's been totally forgotten about by this point in the narrative.
Sayu is life
She'll return to win the Kanameb Owl soon enough
>story doesn't focus on Miuna and Sayu
>one of the best episodes
There are just two Owl woth winning and Kaname isn't one
Miuna is a QT3.14.
I'm angry I don't get to see 19 year old Manaka though.
Are Hikari and Kaname going to hit up the clubs in a years time since their IDs will say they're technically legal?
Every Nagi thread is suffering edition.
I cheered when Chisaki admitted to herself that still likes Hikari after all these years. Kaname and Tsumugu don't deserve her.
Looking forward to Chisaki putting the moves on Hikari.
Tsumugu a shit.
>Forces herself on him
Manaka best girl.
Manaka please go back to sleep
tsumugu a shit
chisaki bestu girlo
>typical teenager bullshit of placeboing themselves into being drunker than they actually are.
Its as good a reason as any to get it out of your system when you're 16 and not make a fool of yourself later on.
I wonder why Chisakifags hate Tsumugu so much
Because Tsumugu a shit
Herp, didn't mean to quote, sorry.
we cant self-insert as tsumugu
Bland character. He had 5 fucking years to try something and didn't do nothing.
More like she deserves to be alone. Too self-centered to even think of rejecting her childhood friend and pursuing a hopeless crush when Hikari is still in love with her best friend.
I like her, but she needs a bitchslap.
>Manaka is still asleep
Thank you based god
I think it's very rude of her not to give Kaname an answer. Ignoring Tsumugu's okay, since he's never said anything to her about his feelings but wtf, how long does she need to "think about it"?
Fuck you, Manaka is a better heroine than Miuna
>Kaname and Tsumugu don't deserve her
This. First time that I want a threesome end between Miuna, Chisaki and the protector of smiles.
Trash girl will win. Kaname prefers older women and she's a trash woman now.
How furiously did Kaname masturbate the night after he saw Chisaki in her barely fitting uniform with her legs splayed out?
Was his ena dangerously dehydrated afterwards? Wait. WAIT. Right, so an ena absorbs moisture right? So it'd deal with the water content of semen right? Basically, having an ena would make cleanup like 200x easier right?
Hurry up Daiz.
Why did Manaka come back the show was so much better with out her. Fuck every thing.
For the drama.
Nah Miuna is shit, Thanks god for that Chisaki episode ad Manaka's return
Tsumugu a shit
I guess when he blows that inevitable load all over his stomach it just goes straight back
unloading onto her face until her broken ena cannot absorb any more
I think Daiz blew his load releasing KLK so quickly and now he has to recharge to release NagiAsu ;_;
Fuck sake /a/, why is it always about dicks and semen with you.
No fuck you with Manaka gone there could of been some decent resolutions to the love triangles. But with her back the status quo returns and all, even if little, progress reverts.
Akira will strangle Manaka to death and reveal himself to be the sea god, you heard it first here.
/a/ was always about dicks and semen
Cause the only thing little girls talk about is penis.
I feel that her crush on Hikari represents her inability to accept her situation and mature. Once she gets past her crush on him she'll finally be able to grow the fuck up.
What resolutions? nothing changed because they weren't all the actors. because Manaka's returning things can move now
Removing Manaka from the actors list is another possible way to move on, you know.
Why is Kaname so shitty and edgy
He already lost years ago to Hikari AND Tsumugu
He's a bitter friendzoned waifufag.
Does Chisaki even know what she wants? She says she likes Hikari, but then she makes those faces when she's with Tsumugu.
He just needs to get laid.
and by getting laid, I mean kill somebody. It has been years since he offed his parents.
>Does Chisaki even know what she wants?
She wants dick(s).
Because he's fucking 14 yo.
Please don't be a child.
Same shitposting two people. Polls already proved that ChisakixTsumugu is the most shipped pair.
She doesn't know what she want's like Manaka. but I doubt she has feelings of "love" towards Hikari anymore as much as a deep admiration she harbored for him from the getting lost in the woods and getting saved.
Plus she seems to act a little tsuntsu towards robot-kun ("Let me drink, I'm an adult and a lonely housewife" blahblah)
She admits that she's in love with Hikari and instead of being all angsty and guilty about it, this time she seems to have accepted these feelings for real. Now she'll be able to move on.
>Please don't be a child
Explain youself. Are you going to say now that it is normal to don't try nothing with a person that you love in five years?
So is Hikari. Your point?
He should be smart enough to know he doesn't have a chance considering the huge age difference, her interests and the fact that she treats him like a little kid. He's isn't that stupid. Telling Tsumugu he thought about letting him die just so he could have Chisaki is completely ridiculous.
He wouldn't try something on her at a time where what she needs to the most are family and support after she lost it all, not dickings. Not to mention she has a ton of unresolved problems with her friends and the guy she likes(Hikari).
It'd be sleazy of him to try something on her during that time.
it's not wise from a storytelling point of view. it's a whole different story in real life.
He needed to let it out even if it's ridiculous, he knew he lose the Chisakiowl in that moment
Also wan't he away in the city for like 3-4 years to become a Marine Biologist to help Chisaki out? Isn't not like he could even develop a healthy normal relationship with her.
That scene was proof that Tsumugu sole reason for not dicking Chisaki was the pressing matter of their friends being lost. He declared his intent to make his move now that everyone is accounted for.
I absolutely love the contrast between these two scenes. It says so much about all that has happened between the three and just how much suffering Kaname has to go through.
holy crap, anon. I didn't even notice that. It went from Kaname explaining Chisaki to Tsumugu to Chisaki explaining Tsumugu to Kaname. Poor Kaname.
This triangle was too stealt for me, I only noticed that Kaname knows that Tsumugu is after Chisaki in this episode
>Hikari is the same as Kaname so they must have the same thoughts!
Kaname is far from being Hikari, Hikari always move forward for the group, Kaname has always followed them because Chisaki was there, he didn't even care about the ofunehiki.
He's always been a chisakisexual, waking up the next day to see a completely different world, the girl he loved grown up living with another man is taking its toll on him. He doesn't even have a family on the surface like Hikari, he's seeing both Tsumugu and Chisaki acting like husband and wife almost everyday, plus he always hid his true emotions.
It was kind of easy winning the chisaki when they were 14, Hikari had Manaka, but now Tsumugu is a serious threat and he's just being desperate and clingy at this point, because he's still a kid.
The one that's shitty is Chisaki, he's always patiently making her remember his confession and she always ignore it. She doesn't even try to cheer him up, acting as if nothing changed because muh change.
Kaname noticed it in ep9 (although back then, Tsumugu probably wasn't even into Chisaki)
Chisaki's a real bitch. She can't be THIS clueless. Even a rejection would be better than this endless suffering psycho-kun's going through.
With the same logic Hikari is shit too because didn't respond to Chisaki.
He knows that she loved Hikari and still doing it now.
You all want her to compleatly change just because she is an adult
loving hikari is totally fine, but it's not an excuse to not properly answer someone else's confession. this has nothing to do with change. she can just tell him "sorry, I'm still in love with Hikari". The way she's ignoring his confession just makes it impossible for him to move on, she forces him to wait for her answer forever.
>Kaname is far from being Hikari
They are similar in taking initiatives. And Kaname has been shown to be perceptive. He was aware of all the feelings around them. Considering this he should be able to understand the fact he doesn't have a chance instead of being a dumbass.
>He doesn't even have a family on the surface
We have no idea if that affects him as he never talks about it or seems to care about anything but the other kids.
>It was kind of easy winning the chisaki when they were 14,
Chisaki was never interested in him like that back then.
>The one that's shitty is Chisaki
Chisaki has her faults, but Kaname is being a much bigger shit. He knows she was into Hikari and now in the future, he knows he doesn't stand a chance with her yet again. But he insists on being passive aggressive and a hermit(not going to school) or to visit Manaka and challenging Tsumugu. Chisaki doesn't owe him anything and if he won't say anything to them, no one can try to "comfort" him. He hardly even talks to them and already made his relationship with Tsumugu hostile.
He's been rejected since he fell into the ocean in the first half. He knows she doesn't see him that way. She's not being a bitch, he's a passive aggressive shit who needs to realize he's been friendzoned. His "suffering" is nothing compared to the rest of the cast.
g-great plan Hikari.
I think it was clear from their conversation after the confession that Hikari was going for Manaka and not for Chisaki and Chisaki even told him to chase after Manaka. So there was no need for Hikari to spell it out. Otherwise he would've told her, I'm sure. It's just the way Hikari is.
>deep in thought
>actually took him quite a while to think of this
Why is Hikari so dumb?
The thing is, he more or less asked her twice about his confession. The first time before the Ofunehiki. The second time after he woke up. But Chisaki always avoided the answer. Instead she subconsciously acts all housewifey towards Tsumugu and gushes over Hikari. Kaname might sense that he has no chance against Hikari and Tsumugu, but hell, it's not too much to expect a direct answer.
She probably doesn't want to kill him in one shot
Yoshino Hiroyuki sure likes to write narrations. The narration heavy episodes were all written by him.
>Tsumugu narration when
FFF is doing the volume
Fuck mean BDs
>We have no idea if that affects him
True, we don't know about this, but having a sister/parents around is better than your crush preparing you her husband's blue pajamas. Living with them isn't healthy to him and he doesn't even confide in his friends that much.
>Chisaki was never interested in him like that back then.
Hikari wasn't interested in her too, he had a chance.
>Kaname is being a much bigger shit
At least Kaname is helping with the others, Chisaki is useless and having 2 men going for her while wanting Hikari's D isn't making her likeable to me.
Sayu best girl.
I hope Okada gives us a happy ending, I think the journey has been excellent and a happy ending would top it all off.
nah it's gonna be a bitter sweet ending like usual.
I'm afraid either Manaka or Miuna won't have a happy ending.
At least one person is going to end up without someone else.
That's doesn't preclude a happy ending, but if by "happy ending" you meant everyone ends up in a happy relationship and everything's a ball, then don't expect that, it won't happen.
Well, if it did happen, it would be completely shit.
Yeah, it's a PA original after all.
>Kaname x Miuna is a canon pairing at the end of the show.
How would you feel?
I can genuinely see it happening.
so your predictios who is going to be happy? who is going to be bitter?
>Unconscious/Dead/Sea God's slut
That's not really what 'bittersweet endings' involve. It's usually everyone feeling a little happy but a little sad.
Apart from whoever has died or whatever, obviously.
How many weeks till Kaname snaps?
Place your bets anons.
Next week, I hope. I can't wait for that shit.
I'm pretty upset a gif of her laying on the ground hasn't been posted
Those thighs are delicious
Watching this exact moment at the same time you posted this. Appreciating the change in color as he walks into house lighting.
Not fat. Healthy.
Anon, that is wrong!
And here I thought I would have a good time.
It had to happen didn't it
never get your hopes up
She's a nurse. Most likely during a practical on patients.
Will there be healing next episode?
Oh who am I kidding Kaname is Okada's punching bag.
next episode's gonna be more suffering for Miuna. But Sayu spoke in the preview, I hope she gets more screentime.
It just basically confirms she's a shotacon.
>People still think calling a skinny girl fat is funny
The only thing fat about her is her tits.
Fucking Tsumugu, I swear to god.
she's fat for an anime character
shh only tears now
Kaname will kill you soon Tsmugu
So why does everyone hate Tsumugu again? I think hes the best male character. Kaname is too butt hurt and Hikari can act pretty damn retarded.
I hate Tsumugu because he's all over Chisaki, and Chisaki (being best girl), deserves better than a boring brick wall with a fish fetish and some emotional issues he refuses to talk about.
>best male character
I genuinely don't understand. Hikari has been amazing since halfway though the first cour. And post-timeskip, he's become even better. He doesn't do retarded things much at all any more. He's smooth as fuck, and is just great all-round.
I don't necessarily think Chisaki should be with Hikari though, even though I love them both.
/a/ hates characters that are very active, are stoic and reserved.
Got the second BD in the mail today. Booklet is full of all the gorgeous background art from the first half of the series, interview with the art director and Kaname and Chisaki character designs.
Instead of a radio CD, is comes with a a drama cd with two tracks this time. Haven't listened to it yet but you can download the drama here if interested: http://www.anime-mp3.com/2014/01/nagi-no-asukara-bonus-cd-2.html
>best male character
Please explain your fondness for him, trying not to just compare him against the others.
I'm not trying to be facetious or anything, I just don't get it.
＞all over Chisaki
>gives her space and freedom to do what she wants without interfering at all in her life or desires
I have no idea what you're talking about anon, you just might be retarded
So close yet so far
That's not the kind of 'all over' I meant, but you probably knew that already.
Have you watched the last four episodes?
Won't you protect his smile?
At this point
His smile is gone forever
I wonder if even Hikari is capable of protecting that smile.
He seems to be the most rational one and can deal with harsh situations. And the fact that he didn't make a move on Chisaki until all of her childhood friends came back shows some restraint.
Can we agree that
>the fact that he didn't make a move on Chisaki until all of her childhood friends came back
So he basically left her dealing with loss of childhood friends alone instead of helping her move forvard? And now, when said childhood friends returned, he feels that his time has come?
Stop depressing me.
Except he did help her move forward. If anything she's happier and more stable now than ever. Dick may be the only thing on your mind, but that's not the case for Chisaki.
Well what could he have done? He only knew them for a short while, so trying to "replace" them would just seem too intrusive. And it isnt like he left her all alone, Im pretty sure Tsumu would be open to the option of hearing her out.
That's all true, but there isn't much personality there at all. I just find it difficult to understand how you can feel more fond of him, when there is someone like Hikari, who gets more emotionally involved with his friends, and puts himself out there, and shows initiative and concern.
I just don't get it. I probably never will.
ED1 > OP2 > OP1 = ED2
You do realize that Tsumugu has dedicated his future to helping Chisaki and their village, right? Why don't you actually try watching Tsumugu for once.
Landfag please go
In the End Chisaki and Manaka will get eaten by a Shark
ED2 has really grown on me, I hated it cause I missed hi hi hi, but it's really good. Especially the opening part when the ending starts to fade in.
ED 1 > ED2 = OP2 > OP1
did you even watch the last couple of episodes? their time was frozen and only now are they able to get closure and move forward.
I agree. I'm still listening to the first ED at least once a day. Those hi hi hi's are hypnotizing.
I understand that, but he doesn't get involved on a personal level. Well, when he does, it just involves probing questions and mysteriously knowing exactly what they're feeling.
It just rubs me the wrong way.
The point of the post-timeskip exposition is, she haven't moved forvard a single bit. Hence trying her school uniform on and still liking Hikari.
>trying to "replace" them would just seem too intrusive
Come on, they were living together for five years. I'm not talking about the D, but Chisaki and Tsumugu seem like neighbours to me, not friends. It is obvious she needed moral support, and it's obvious he didn't provide much.
Thanks for convincing me to order the DVD.
>their time was frozen
And guess whose fault it is
I like it too, don't get me wrong.
The >'s in my post are very slight.
ED2 is still pretty great.
if you want the anwer: it's Akari's for messing with the festival.
I don't care if you buy the DVD or BD, just support the show is all that matters.
I mean, given that all her friends except Tsumugu are already sleeping.
Full version of the ending leaked early!
I seriously hope you aren't blaming tsumugu that seagod decided to take their ship with him and chisaki decided to save tsumugu? I kinda get you hate him, but that argument is retarded
Tsumugu did nothing wrong.
Now just for someone to translate it from moon
OST when? I'm going crazy here.
Haven't moved forward? Please. Coming to terms with never seeing her friends again/possibly being dead is completely different than getting over her crush. Chisaki not only has found a new home, but decided on a career path. She is well on her way to having a normal life. None of which she would have done without Tsumugu and gramps support. You make it sound like nothing happened for either Chisaki or Tsumugu yet that isn't the case.
Being there is still not listing on the official website, I wouldn't be surprised if it gets released on one of the BDs as an extra (or as multiple like the Madoka OST was)
Cause BD3 comes with a Manaka character song & Miuna/Sayu duet.
I'm not talking about the festival! My point is, he has not helped her for five years while he could, and that's the reason she is suffering now when others returned (and partly for Kaname's suffering, since he found her in roughly the same state as five years ago).
All this would've been averted if Kaname just let Tsumugu die.
Kaname is kind of a dick.
Kaname a shit. He doesn't deserve to have a smile protected.
I wonder if you'll say the same thing when Tsumugu discovers a way to save all the people of Shioshishio plus Miuna from the Sea God using super science.
I like how these threads have moved on from Manaka a shit Miuna a shit wars into Kaname and Tsmugu hate
We'd have a lot less problems if Kaname just killed himself since he isn't going to win anything
He just needs to get over Chisaki, she's ruining him.
>akira wins the chisaki
Dynamism at it's best!
>neighbours, not friends
if you'd said family, not lovers, then I'd agree. but do you seriously think chisaki could be the way she is now without tsumugu and grandpa's moral support? hikari's way of support is the easiest to see, but it isn't the only way of supporting someone.
Taking her shotacon fetish to a new level. I like it.
Kaname is pretty awful so it's understandable
If he was a dick, he would've let Tsumugu be crushed.
There's no reason for Tsumugu hate, but at least Kaname has been acting like a piece of shit lately.
Sayu needs to hurry up and give him his healing resolution already.
Hikari has been so based recently.
I just felt that needed to be said.
That's why I said, "kind of" cause he's petty enough to let some dumb crush/obsession over Chisaki let him consider even letting someone die over it.
>Acting like a piece of shit
>being forced to live with 19 year old Tsmugu and Chisaki
Yeah he's at fault
Meh, I think he's really fucking up Chisaki's character growth at the moment though. The stuff he said at the end of the episode to her was not helpful at all for her to see how childish she's being.
He considered it and even threatened him about it in the last episode AND implied he was trying something on Chisaki.
He's lucky Tsumugu isn't me cause I would've have beat his ass for being so rude
>Download volume 1.
What the fuck? Are there seriously going to be like 13 volumes or something?
*AND implied Tsumugu was trying something on Chisaki.
Yeah he is
Repressing your feelings for years will turn you into a bitter person. He still saved the guy even though he didn't want to. Also, he's a damn kid, cut him some slack.
This was a stupid idea. He should have moved in with Hikari.
Are you talking about the BD/DVDs? There are going to be 9 for all 26 episodes.
Only volume 1 comes with 2 episodes, all the rest are 3 episodes each.
It's amazing how she moved from meh tier to best tier girl list. I hope she and Kaname gets more screentime, Chisaki and Tsumugu are great and all, but Kaname's always neglected.
>Only volume 1 comes with 2 episodes, all the rest are 3 episodes each.
Thank god, I was worried that I was going to have to dedicate an entire drawer for this one series.
Oh, that's good. Thanks for informing me.
>tfw all this lack of Sayu
Tsumugu and Chisaki have done nothing all, it's Kanane who's acting like a brat.
Though he is 14 years old, at least Hikari wouldn't be acting this way if he was in his position.
what's your idea of "help", then? Ask her to tell him stories about her childhood with them? Tell her to move on from her friends who she might or might not meet again?
Did you forget that he told her he'd do everything he could and research a lot so she could see their friends and family again? That, when the professor said how some experts said the sea villages might not exist anymore, he interrupted and said they were only attention-whoring? This is his way of supporting. He doesn't talk a lot about it, he acts.
>Acting like a brat
He's been awake for all of 5 minutes
I'd like to see anyone in his position deal with it
She understands nothing but herself. She cannot possibly help Kaname move on. The most she can do is serve as fallback after his own development.
I'm not trying to bash Sayu here, but honestly, what support can she possibly offer him (besides being moe as fuck)?
Hikari was a brat at the beginning, too. He needed time to get accustomed to it. Kaname needs time, too.
By this week's episode he's been living with them for at least a few weeks. And at the end of the episode there's voice over says even more weeks have passed and Manaka is still fast asleep.
His idea of help is clearly only romance oriented.
Did Miuna get demoted to side character again?
Were are you getting this from
Post-character development Hikari maybe but Episode 1 Hikari was a little bitch and would have definitely acted like Kaname, if not worse given how confrontational he is.
Kaname just hasn't had his character development yet.
She had 2 straight weeks dedicated to her, let the rest of the cast shine a bit.
No but Sayu did.
Thanks goddess, other characters need exposition and development more.
I just want Kaname to be happy.
I enjoyed the focus on her while it lasted.
>Ever not a side character
No she hasn't moved forward. By getting over Hikari it will be a signigicant point in her character arch, because it will be the point in where she has matured and moved on.
She got absolutely WRECKED in that scene.
Only seven episodes left, it don't feel like they're leading up to things quickly enough but, In Okada We Trust.
>She understands nothing but herself.
When was this mentioned?
yes, and she is reaching that point soon. she can move on now, because Hikari came back. He's no longer a memory that she clinges onto. He is alive and with her. She admitted she wasn't over him, accepted herself and now her world is open again.
I bet Chisaki's vagina is really soft.
Sayu understands Miuna pretty well too. She's not really selfish at all but just a little self-centered. I'm hoping some of her independence brushes off on Kaname.
in the remaining 7 episodes, there's not much she can do for him (because there's no time to develop both her and Kaname, and the rest of the cast). but I could imagine them ending up together eventually, like, five years later..
I bet they're gonna have a Yukiatsu/Tsuruko type ending like in AnoHana. They're implied to be together but not really.
I hate that shit.
Such Linear thinking. It hurts.
It's not something that needs to be mentioned. She merely played sideline doli throughout the first cour. She just isn't as invested in ongoing plot points as everyone else is. Maybe I overstated what meant, because I am by no means calling her selfish.
I felt the same way, but this anime has proved many times that they can handle making big progress in single episodes. I have faith.
>her whole schtick throughout the show is her not wanting to grow up and change
>gets stranded on the surface
>ends up growing up and changing because of it even if she maybe just rolling with the punches.
>her past (Hikari) returns
>realizes that she still likes him, even putting on her old high school uniform
>somehow she's now 'moving on.'
Unless she's going to make a move on him and confess she's still hasn't changed. If anything she's refusing the path in front of her.
Yeah, if you give Sayu the opportunity, I'm sure she'd be more than glad to support Kaname and to protect his smile. But the current cast is full enough, there's no space for her.
Yukiatsu doesn't deserve Tsuruko.
telling herself "I can't like him because I'm older and blahblah" only leads to mental standstill, because that doesn't solve the problem at its root. admitting that she likes him is the first step towards really moving on. She might not have changed yet, but the preparations are done. And if you compare Chisaki and Miuna, there's already a difference in how they view their feelings for Hikari.
It's fucked up Tsumugu said the only reason he was glad everyone came back from hibernation was so he could bang Chisaki. I thought he was going to get better in second cour, but time is running out.
>so he could bang Chisaki
Tsumugu hate pls. Stop making assumptions.
Since the start of the show I was looking forward to him becoming closer to everyone and bonding with them. I enjoyed the ep where he built the pool for everyone, but now he really doesn't give a shit about anyone except Chisaki. That line he said this episode made me feel that way even more.
funny how tsumugu hate skyrocketed after he revealed his real feelings which everyone could have already guessed from the previous episodes. Or perhaps /a/ just likes robot-kin without feelings
Holy shit, I didn't realize the EDs were by Yanagi Nagi.
Where are the Tsumugu fangirls
So annoyed at Miuna spying on Hikari while he was talking to Manaka. Can't the guy get some privacy, jesus fucking christ.
Why do I like Hikari so much
she is igniting her voyeuristic intentions.
Hikari is superior.
No other guy will ever win that poll
Hikari is always winning these.
The person you replied to could be a girl for all you know.
Just like Chisaki's heart
Tsumugu and Kaname fighting for second place
I don't know what it is about him either. He is just really likeable for some reason. It's weird because I feel like I should find him annoying.
Tsumugufags are just vocal minority girls with shit taste.
Maybe I'd like Tsumugu more if Hikari wasn't so awesome.
>and can deal with harsh situations.
More like an apathetic robot who still unrealistically shows pretty much zero emotion from falling into the ocean and not even struggling to swim back to the surface.
>And the fact that he didn't make a move on Chisaki until all of her childhood friends came back shows some restraint.
More like how much of a betashit Landfag is.
Landfag is so beta, he still wouldn't make a move on Chisaki, even if it took 25 years for Hikari and the rest of the gang to wake back up.
That's not restraint from his part at all. More like an unrealistic gamble on a small chance Hikari would wake up in his lifetime at all much less the rest of the gang waking up together all at the same time.
>not even struggling to swim back to the surface.
You should pay more attention before trying to spout shit.
People actually believe Tsumugu is a good character?
People actually believe this is a good show?
He's not terribly interesting, but I wouldn't say he's bad. He's just too stoic so we never know what he's thinking unless he comes right now as says it (kinda like with the scene this week with him, Chisaki and Kaname. Even Chisaki mentioned how he never explains himself well until after the fact.)
I don't think Tsumugu is very good a expressing himself, but sadly that just makes him come off as kinda dull instead of an endearing trait. Hope we learn more about his past ASAP.
Now I feel bad voting for Hikari
Tsmugu a shit
Nah, he's just kind of boring.
Chisaki is the best
Can't prove me wrong
She´s a nurse
and a lonely housewife
your point is?
Nurses aren't useless
as a Chisakifag this episode made me diamonds
Vivid is finally out.
I need the OST, that tune when Chisaki and Hikari were talking
When is OST coming out anyway?
Who Dolicon here?
I want to believe.
Anyone with a modicum of taste. Miuna and Sayu have victory locked up for sure.
Are we gonna have a scene of Chisaki checking up on her parents?
Does she realize both her mom and dad are still waiting for her at their dining room table and that they are gonna have awful cramps due to being in a terrible posture for hibernating?
Shes losing so hard.
Working with the BDs made me realize a few things, how much I miss the first OP and ED and how much I miss Manaka. When will she wake up?
Also, at the end of the PV they might have given a little hint about Manaka winning the Hikari.
You're just a Manakafag tho.
Miuna such a cutie
The protector of smiles isn't doing his job though
She hasn't even wake up, calm your tits
She's losing so hard, it makes me sad for her.
I am, but I want Manaka to end up with Tsumugu and Chisaki to end up with Hikari.
Why no love for dolis? ;_;
He needs to stop worrying about Fishknee.
So. Fatty Tuna is still wet for Hii-kun, Psycho and Mr. Roboto have declared war for Fatty Tuna, Sea God Slut is still asleep and Hikari is still loco for her, and the Doli watches on the sideline realizing that her love will never be fufilled. Hah it'll be funny if Chisaki tries to live vicariously through Miuna by trying to hook her and Hikari up.
Well I support the theory of Miuna becoming the new sea goddess and Sayu, of course, ending up with Psycho.
>Sea God Slut
Please. Stop. I can't take it anymore.
>The protector of smiles isn't doing his job though
Why do people insist Hikari is the protector of smiles when it was Miuna in the first place? Do you guys even watch the show?
Is Kaname /a/?
Something bad is gotta happen and somehow the information that they're waiting to publish will be related, what are your expectations and guesses?
Less than two months until the end.
Kaname is such a fucking faggot, holy shit.
chisaki got dis shit
she's gonna win
I'd like to see you at his place.
>Tsumugu will never stroke your cheek while you're pseudo-drunk
If I were in his place, I'd give up and be trying to fuck Sayu. That's just me though.
But I don't want to see Miuna's suffering
With this as an ending everybody would be butthurt
And it would be glorious.
That just might be the best ending then. You know you did a good job as a writer when no one's ships actually arrived.
She's gonna get it. Suffering that is.
Nonsense. I don't think anyone wants Manaka to win.
I'd prefer if Miuna won, but I'll take Chisaki over Manaka winning the Asukara
> I don't think anyone wants Manaka to win.
Talk for yourself. I don't especially like her, but Hikai deserves to get with the girl he always loved. Miuna is acting like a brat and don't even get me started on Chisaki.
The relationship chart is so crazy now. WHY THE FUCK THE ONLY HAPPY COUPLE IS AKARI AND THATGUYIFORGOTHISNAME?
Kaname episode probably will be about he is getting a proper answer from chisaki (a rejection in my opinion ) and he realizing sayu is there for him. Being kaname, he wise up and go with sayu.
If only Kaname knew about Sayu's feelings towards him... she's overall a better girl than Shitsaki in everything.
I'm really rooting for Miuna but I know it won't happen. It seems that Hikari won't settle for anyone other than Manaka, which is sad because she'll either die or choose to follow Tsumugu.
Tsumugu x Manaka is pretty dead at this point anon, I'm pretty sure Miuna has a bigger chance than anyone else.
I really like the parts where she do that.
I know it's dead. That's why I said she would "follow" him. And I don't see her getting with Hikari, only a "miracle" could work that out. She considers the guy just a friend (almost family).
Hikari can't end alone.
Chisaki is an adult and Manaka will probably return with the SeaGod or die, Miuna is the only answer.
Have faith anon unless that guy from his class steals her
He's deader than dead. Uroko-sama has more chances with her than the poor boy.
PA works floor, great as usual.
Miuna will be with the sea god and Manaka will wake up. Tsumugu with Chisaki. Sayu with Kaname. Hikari with Manaka. Bittersweet and a perfect enidng
I want to, but he's the series' punching bag, so I can't do anything ;_;
>Miuna will be with the sea god
How would that play out?
You ever get fucked up on plum wine? Shit must be nice.
>pa works hired rustle
Maximum suffering for everyone if Hikari dies.
>Hikari wouldn't be acting this way if he was in his position.
Hikari would have been worst. You can't deny that he was a little piece of shit in the beginning, but thanks to character development became the best.
Will they ever expand upon Tsumugu's relationship with his mother.
It's probably loose from the all dicks she's taken. Fucking slut.
>not being a little girl
>implying Okada even remembers that anymore
He MUH CHISAKI now.
There's no such thing as wanting to explore his relationship with the other characters who are supposedly his friends.
Might be nice.
Wasn't Hikari in a similar position and handled it just fine? He still thinks Manaka is in love with Tsumugu, and even told her Tsumugu is a precious person to him along with everyone else. Tsumugu doesn't give a shit about anyone except Chisaki though.
I wish Kawamori was doing this show. Everyone would be in robots by now, fighting the Sea God.
Probably they'll figure out through Uroko that in return for giving Miuna ena she'll have to sacrifice herself for the sake of Manaka and the weird weather
Great episode, hikari will get japanese cold next from the looks of the preview. Maybe its a tsumugu episode where he remembers her mother or kaname's episode where he needs to work with tsumugu to find the cure for hikari cold in shioshishio. Until the magazine preview or an interview to give us more hints then.
This episode was pretty Tsumugu/Chisaki/Kaname centric. From the preview, it looks like it's going to be more towards Miuna.
what's so different about it?
Link to that?
Why so many people die?! Holy shit.
>Egypt in first
In livestream theres a scene where a character is shown alone after the OP, i think this episode is chisaki, last week was sayu and before that it was miuna. A hint of which character getting/important in the episode maybe. I cant find the image in the archive, sorry.
Goddamn, Sweden strong. Master race.
Maybe Japan's longer than average life expectancy?
I found it finally.
I'm pretty sure #7 onward were all the result of retarded parents.
Guys... I'm scared.
That Hikari moan at the beginning oh my...
it doesn't affect you dumb shit unless you actually live there.
B-But I live there anon... otherwise I wouldn't be scared...
Poor Miuna, she just never wins.
As a Texan I would be more scared of the drug lords trying to cut off your fingers more then some shitty cold.
I missed the livestream of earlier episodes in the second part of NNA, since we are at episode 19 and the second part started at 14, anyone missing or it was just an empty scene?
That only would happen if you're retarded enough to mess with them or buying their drugs.
Also the zone I live in is pretty calm.
If you live in Mexico man, there at least 30 other things that are far more likely to kill you before cold.
How is that Hikari's fault? This post basically reads,
>I wish Hikari would stop being so based that he makes Chisaki wet so that she'll get over him and move on
I just want all the characters to have an orgy.
Do they not know what a vaccine is
How dare he try to be optimistic and get shit done.
Right? The fucking worst.
This is why he's best Nagi.
His landslide victory on the poll is well-deserved.
The house of suffering and NTR.
Definitely. I'm surprised by how much I like him now. I used to think he was a little piece of shit, but dat character development did him quite well.
I need a fully broken kaname wandering around town, but he wont be like that, too extreme for him.
I'm pretty sure he's alone by himself 99% of the time. Hikari's always with someone. Same for Chisaki and Tsumugu.
His hand is with him ;_;
That's like £300. I'm so tempted.
I'm really surprised how nice this series has turned out, I only picked it up last season because it looked pretty.
That makes me wonder... How an Ena covered Dick/Hand would feel?
Slippery, I assume.
The QUALITY on Hikari at the end annoyed me. They spent their entire budget for that episode on Chisaki.
If he left the damn house and went over to Hikari's, he wouldn't be alone. He's so worried about Tsumugu putting moves on Chisaki while he's gone that he's afraid to leave.
Hikari's usually away with someone, so even if he did go over to his house he probably wouldn't even be there.
I think I suggested this back in the first cour. It would certainly relieve a lot of tension.
Until Kaname sees Tsumugu ravaging Chisaki with his adult dick and he realizes his little middle school willy can't compete
>They spent their entire budget for that episode on Chisaki.
Girls have to look pretty anon.
I can't complain about Chisaki softness
All he has to do is go to the school and catch him before Miuna drags him off somewhere. Even if he had plans already, he would have no problem with Kaname joining.
>They spent their entire budget for that episode on Chisaki.
It was her episode. >>102170949
I've tried some traditional Japanese stuff. It's very nice, about 20% vol too. Expensive as shit, though. About £30 for a 75cl bottle.
Watch out for Uroko
The public enemy of Shioshishio #1
He is the scale responsible for...
☑ Death of Isamu (ongoing)
☑ Minegishi getting ntr'd
☑ Miuna jacking off unconscious Hikari and stealing his first kiss
☑ Preventing anyone from reaching Shioshishio for five years
☑ Destroying Sayu and Miuna's friendship
☑ Molesting kids by proxy of the Fishing Cooperative
☑ Causing Hikari and Miuna to reject the show's central theme
☑ Spilling Sayu's spaghetti
☑ Manaka losing Ena in cour two
☑ Manaka staying asleep so the rest will suffer
☑ Getting Hikari to confess to a corpse
☑ Shotacon Chisaki
His ultimate goal is to bring an ice age.
However, you can stop him. Spread this list!
>go to the school and catch him before
Wait, is he even attending school yet? It's only been a few days, right?
What over the top budget uses did Hikari and Miuna get in their episodes? Sayu's was pretty obvious.
Nope. He did go to the school once to catch Hikari leaving so they could have a bro talk. He's been stalking Tsumugu and Chisaki in their house the for the rest of the time.
Being Kaname sure is suffering.
He could go to the school and get all the girls easy, tsumugu should call the school and set a trap for him.
No need to waste budget on the mc, but for miuna?maybe she gets one later even if her previous episode didnt get any.
So how are the BD's looking? Any changes?
Sorry, I should have been specific. I meant animation-wise, is it different from the TV version?
On the subject of MC's, who the fuck is it now? It used to be Hikari but it appeared to change to Miuna after the time skip but Chisaki being the narrator last episode is throwing me off.
Why are Tsumugu fags the worst?
No, no, no, it's
No idea since i usually wait for the batch.Never seen vol 1 BD review around here too.
> that one character is narrating a lot in the episode?mc
>that one character appears a lot and got plot moving scene?mc
Here what i used.
Please, no bully and no fighting. Let's not relive the Miuna x Manaka wars.
Why are you bringing this up? All characterfags are shit (except maybe Hikarifags). Some worst than others, that's all up to opinions.
I'm honestly not certain where this show is gonna go. I feel like Okada is just gonna be Okada and at the end Uroko-sama is just going to take someone else and that will be the end of the show.
Hikaribros are best.
I just want him to be happy ;_;
Miuna better protect that smile, because we can't.
Watching the first cour episodes are depressing, he should have been able to grow up with his friends.
I don't care who it is, I just want his smile to be preserved.
She took the initiative, I'm holding her accountable if his smile isn't protected.
What does the title mean?
I thought Japan was on top of keeping their roads looking good.
Trefoil knot (what).
The music is so damn good.
Threesome? Is Okada fucking with us?
Actually, just the relationship mess that is the anime.
i kind of hope chisaki becomes the sea gods wife.
Chisaki will end with Tsumugu, that's a fact.
Has taken 8 too many dicks for the Sea God's liking.
Stop Kaname abuse.
I'd like to see it not happen just to see all the butthurt
I can't even think of an ending that everyone won't be mad over. I guess we just gotta wait and see.
Is it next week yet?
guys, i gave up on this after the first episode or two i dont really remeber. i really didnt want to i had such high hopes for some reason. does it pick up pace a little or is it pretty steady the whole way through? can i get some motivation
Pretty steady throughout and It picks up the pace just before the timeskip at the end of cour one.
>can i get some motivation
if there is more that one of that, thats enough
Incentive can be found here >>102136252
>Manaka still won't wake up
>Sayu suggest that only a kiss can wake her up
>Hikari insists that Tsumugu should kiss her
I know what you mean. I wish he would stroke my hair.
>>Hikari insists that Tsumugu should kiss her
Someway that would make Hikari even more based.
never been in one, ill leave
you should thank
Pls don't bully.
Manaka still asleep and she's already raping her
Willing to have your waifu kissed by another guy that potentially could steal her just to awake her takes some good balls.
If Miuna sacrifices herself to the Sea God so Manaka can be with Hikari, I will probably murder someone.
What's up with the Kaname and Tsumugu conversation when Chisaki was asleep?
"I wanted to let you drown so it'd be easier to end up with Chisaki" ? WTF? Tsumugu and Chisaki had nothing going on pre timeskip.
I don't know who Chisaki will end up with, but it will be happy regardless. However, it is guaranteed that Manaka will have a crappy ending. Chisaki is voiced by Kayano Ai who only voices winning characters in Okada shows while Manaka is voiced by KanaHana who loses pathetically or is fucked around with in every Okada show. I am not expecting any deviation from the usual formula with this show.
Why do you think Tsumugu fags are the worst? I don't understand.
>KanaHana who loses pathetically or is fucked around with in every Okada show
>every Okada show
You mean pretty much every show she's in.
I wonder if that affects in real life.
She's given a much worse treatment on average in Okada shows
In other shows she at least has a chance, in Okada shows she gets blown the fuck out
I don't know if my heart could take it knowing that I'm going to be voicing a loser every single time.
I'd ask why he's so perfect but I already know why
>Tsumugu and Chisaki had nothing going on pre timeskip
Do people actually believe this?
Probably by going full-Iris Heart on her osananajimi. The one who basically won the Childhood Friend Lottery.
The only thing I remember nearly as TsumuguxChisaki is Chisaki being a giant slut, Tsumugu didn't care romantically for anyone until now.
Name one instance prior timeskip except for the part when Chisaki was holding onto unconscious Tsumugu where they had something going on.
They friends at best.
>All this aggressive banter between Kaname and Tsumugu
>Not just having a threesome
I bet she'd like it, too. God what a whore.
>I don't dislike how you are right now.
There was a lot of Chisaki x Tsumugu tension in the first cour. Go back and watch the first cour; there were a lot of scenes with them together and they had a lot of one on one conversations.
Kaname even notices it: he says something like "So he can make you make that kind of face," after she gets upset after speaking with him. Not to mention he refers to him as "You-know-who" when speaking to Chisaki.
It's subtle, but it's there.
>only a threesome
She's a fucking slut, she wants all the dicks.
>autism: The post
There is no romantic tension. They didn't have any feelings toward each other and that's why they could be so open. There was no shyness because there wasn't any fear of rejection. There was no fear of rejection because they didn't feel shit to each other.
It's not sublte and it's not there. This is a plothole and bad writing. Stop being a delusional fanboi.
The show is still good but it fucked up pretty big right there.
Obviously because of the rabid fangirls
>There is no romantic tension
I hate Tsumugu as much as the next guy, but c'mon. There was obviously romantic tension between them. Chisaki saving him and embracing him tightly was a huge hint.
Yeah, I fucking hate the guy too but he is ending up with Chisaki and there's nothing you and I can do about it. And you'll have to see all the rabid fangirls rejoicing.
Tsumugu didn't care for anyone in the first cour, he was there just to be the bone of contention in ManakaxHikari non-existent relationship.
Rewatch the first cour and pay attention to the interaction between Tsumugu and Chisaki. The show intentionally places more emphasis on Chisaki/Tsumugu scenes than Manaka/Tsumugu scenes for a reason. I'm not even a Tsumugufag, but their interaction was evident in the first cour.
There's even a scene where they're on a train and they accidentally bump arms, and Chisaki looks away and blushes briefly. It's something small, but when you think about it you realize the only reason it's even included is to underscore the tension between them.
I'm not saying it was overt, fucking nothing is overt with Tsumugu. But he clearly paid her more attention than Manaka in the first cour, and considering it's Tsumugu we're talking about, that's kind of a big deal. And the fact that Kaname noticed it should be a huge flag.
I can this happening
Its Okada after all.
>he is ending up with Chisaki and there's nothing you and I can do about it
I've already accepted that long ago. But it's still nice to see them cream themselves after Chisaki confirmed she's still in love with Hikari... for now at least.
I wish they'd get it over with already.
It's painful living in hope that maybe it won't happen, but knowing that it almost definitely will.
The guy just managed to escape death. It's natural for females to embrace close friends after something very bad happened to them.
Obviously, Kaname is autistic like you guys, so he was thinking that she had a crush on Tsumugu pre-timeskip.
Chitaki embraced Tsumugu as a sister would embrace a brother after the latter almost got fucking killed.
Even her belt has tits.
>Obviously, Kaname is autistic like you guys, so he was thinking that she had a crush on Tsumugu pre-timeskip
Kaname is one of the more perceptive characters in the show, even if he's been relegated to interloping brat-tier now.
>being this much in denial
Yeah of course Okada would make Kaname 'autistic like us' and you're totally right there.
I pity you.
>he was thinking that she had a crush on Tsumugu pre-timeskip
Did you miss the hints too?
The hand touching in the uniform shop, the blushing and looking away, the personal conversations.
This all happened pre-timeskip.
>Hikari is gonna kiss the Manaka to wake her up
>Miuna, who was sitting outside in the hallway, suddenly feels the pierce of a buttpoke
>she stumbles in and crashes down on top of Manaka to give her the kiss
>deliverybro appears outside the window, gives a thumbs up and says "nice"
>Miuna wins da Manaka and Hikari ends alone with only his hand
>kiss the Manaka to wake her up
I hope they don't go through with this.
>Hikari works up the courage to kiss Manaka
>He finally does it on the last episode
>They dump Manaka's body in the ocean
Dark comedy of the year

I shouldn't have laughed.

She's one of those "oblivious to her own feelings" characters because she's warped on her fears of changing. Kaname's jealous because he's noticed their attraction. It's just for Chisaki and Tsumugu to grow the fuck up emotionally and get together after the dragging drama Okada placed so Kaname gets shit on.
>Most popular fanart guy: Tsumugu
Japan still has shit taste. That's reassuring.
Just caught up on this.
Re-watch the first cour, there was a great set up based on actual character relationships rather than accidental encounters. Chisaki relying on Tsumugu (rather than Kaname) to talk things, getting mad (tsun) with him, Kaname getting jealous and distraught because they are spending time together, Kaname's painful face when he helps to save Tsumugu, his face when she was holding him like that in the ship.
It's like Chisaki doesn't notice how she acts. Because she's afraid to change.
>Most popular fanart guy: Tsumugu
>Most popular fanart couple: Chisaki and Tsumugu
>his face when she was holding him like that in the ship.
don't forget his face as he falls into the water to sleep with the fishes.
>you will never cuddle Tsumugu
>I understand that, but he doesn't get involved on a personal level.
He went back to the city which we know he avoids and dislikes for them. Just because he's not blowing off his anger and his oh-so deep manpain like Hikari does, it doesn't mean he's not emotionally involved.
This is coming from someone who loves Hikari the best. Tsumugu's by far the nicest character of the cast. I don't think he's mysterious at all, he's just reserved.
>Chisaki will never cuddle Tsumugu
>no one will ever protect Miuna's smile
Life is too cruel
What effect does ena have on hand-holding?
no sweaty palms
The round table magazine middle aged guys pretty much said Tsumugu was the moest guy and ChisakixTsumugu was OTP, all futaba is behind that couple. Sucks because Okada now will drag that shit to hell to keep the fans buying the show.
Doujin of Hikari being forced to ejaculate on Chisaki as an emergency last resort to keep her ena hydrated when?
>ChisakixTsumugu was OTP
You're taking it too far. They said the focus will be on their story. It doesn't necessarily mean they're guaranteed to end up together. They wouldn't confirm or deny that in an interview.
That would even work?
They highlight their picture when they said it's a show about how falling in love changed people.
Th-there's nothing wrong with hoping.
Anything's possible in a doujin.
It's terrible because Tsumugu is boring and Chisaki is the biggest shit in the series after Akari "I caused the apocalypse with my pussy" Sakishima.
do you think there is more to Manaka and Tsumugu's last conversation? I have a feeling they cut off something and Tsumugu will reveal it.
>At first he masturbates on her face to do it.
>The second time he's tired so he can't get it up.
>She has to take him into her own hands.
>The third time that doesn't work; she has to use her mouth
>Chisaki takes off more and more clothes, and the sex acts get more and more profane and erotic each time, in order to satisfy him.
M-my dick. Make it happen, Japan.
Miuna, Tsumugu and Chisaki (grow up both) are the main draws of the show with the new plot and atmosphere for the target audience.
The people who are mad with Tsumugu are the bitter MiunaxHikari shippers who were hoping he would kiss and take Manaka away. They were pushing for this before the episode aired.
I'm a Hikarifag and I have no issues with him.
Tsumugu has been a bro all the time I don't know why people is so mad at him.
He was getting there in the first cour, but now he doesn't give a shit about anyone except Chisaki.
Some are waifufags who know he'll get the fat tuna, but I think most are MiunaxHikari shippers who were deluding themselves Tsumugu would end up with Manaka and didn't like Chisaki. They had a lot of theories about this a week ago.
I'm bitter about Tsumugu because I don't think he's a good match for Chisaki, yet I know he's going to go for it.
That's just my opinion.
I've never been a MiunaxHikari person. The idea of that happening is just too ridiculous.
You're exaggerating. He obviously cares but he wouldn't care as much about people he barely knew vs someone he spent years with.
Tsumugu is a great match for Chisaki. Her poorest match is Hikari. Kaname is a little better but still bad. Samaya would be as great, though.
Nice try landwhale. Still mad for /a/ blowing you the fuck out in every thread?
Are all those middle aged Japanese guys who gushed about moe Tsumugu also landwhales? Fag pls.
Pretty much silent dining table even before Kaname arrived; house is always quiet with barely any activity; sorry but Tsumugu is a shit match for Chisaki due to how boring a life he provides.
I don't know about that.
Tsumugu doesn't seem to have any impact on her. She mostly keeps her thoughts and emotions to herself, and so does Tsumugu. I think she needs someone who can really draw her out of her own head.
I don't know if anyone is really a 'great' match for Chisaki, but I think Tsumugu is definitely not.
Again, just my opinion.
Like a studio staff would put down their own anime.
That's what Chisaki needs: mature stability. Hikari makes her act like a shitty 9 years old and she's 19. It's Chisaki who needs to grow up and become an adult, otherwise she'll be forever a manchild. Tsumugu's the gateway to her adult world, who has supported her and both have supported each other in their roads and future.
It was Chisaki who reached out for him in the first place. It wasn't a love-struck admiration or someone trailing her around like a fanboy but someone she could talk shit with, sometimes shit that makes her feel bad but this is good, she needs to grow up.
>She mostly keeps her thoughts and emotions to herself,
She doesn't. She asks him if she changed and he gives her an answer. She has to accept she changed and will be changing. Hikari's influence is completely regressive and poisonous, he's like her Peter Pan. Kaname is not but he's getting pissed about her changes too.
He comforted her with the grandfather even though it's his grandfather who fell ill. He's supported her and understood her without words, like when he greeted her after she met Hikari again.
Chisaki needs this treatment to get her to become an adult. She might want to stay a kid forever, but that's not what she needs.
I shouldn't be surprised.
I don't think anons understand what a coming of age is. Chisaki is struck on a regressive mode because of Hikari. Tsumugu has always been the character who has moved her forward to mature even in the first season. She might not always like that but that's absolutely necessary for her, because she needs to stop living in the past.
HE IS BUT ONLY A SCALE!
>That's what Chisaki needs: mature stability.
All this backpedaling.
That's not mature stability at all. More like being plain boring in general.
A home devoid of life isn't close to being a sign of mature stability.
>Tsumugu's the gateway to her adult world, who has supported her
Not true at all. It was Tsumugu's grandfather because since he is a 100 percent Sea Person like her, he was the only person who understood her feelings.
>both have supported each other in their roads and future.
More shit pulled out of your ass. Chisaki decided to become a nurse on her own. Tsumugu didn't influence her decision at all.
>It was Chisaki who reached out for him in the first place.
Chisaki didn't reach out to him on purpose. It's her big mouth and like the stalker he is, Tsumugu just happened to be nearby who overheard her.
>He's supported her and understood her without words
Yet Tsumugu even says aloud to himself that he doesn't know anything about Chisaki despite living 5 years together with her.
So enough with the fanwank already.
That's what pissed me off so much about the end of this week's episode. Cause Chisaki is just clinging to her past memories of Hikari and just when I thought she was making progess she took 12 steps back.
I agree with you.
But I still don't like Tsumugu. I wish there could have been a better character that filled the same role you described.
A character doesn't have to be quiet and brooding to be mature. Japan's love of regurgitating variations on that type of character really jangles my nerves sometimes.
He could have been so much more interesting.
I'm slightly pissed off. I ordered a model of the Sea God, but instead they shipped me an Uroko figure. Only then did they inform me that it was a scale model.
>Tsumugu has always been the character who has moved her forward to mature even in the first season
Not really. It was Kaname's outburst that got her and Hikari and Manaka to act in the end.
>The people who are mad with Tsumugu are the bitter MiunaxHikari shippers
But I'm a Miunafag and support Tsumugu getting the Chisaki. Checkmate, atheists.
God damn it
My thoughts exactly. The Chisaki and Tsumugu pairing makes sense, but I can't bring myself to enjoy it.
Manaka will wake up will have to sleep again.
Hikari decides to Hibernate with her and wake up together
Miuna keeps watch over them.
10 years pass and Manaka and Hikari wake up
They befriend 14 year old Akira and Chisaki and Tsumugu's 9 year old daughter
They go to school together and Miuna is their teacher
Shioshishio starts to awaken since Manaka fulfilled her role.
The problem with Tsumugu is they don't ever let us, as viewers, in on his thoughts or feelings. The characters have to physically pry his emotions/worries/thoughts out of him during a scene to understand his thoughts.
He doesn't get any internal monologue like pretty much the rest of the cast, so he feels really removed from the narrative. I don't know if this is a conscious effort by Okada and the staff or what, I'm curious to see if Tsumugu it plays into any possible character growth for him.
because its not rainbows and butterflies. An actual adult relationship?
That wasn't the point.
>Implying it is even close to an actual adult relationship
Right, exactly. Well put.
The monologue makes a big difference, but I hadn't really noticed the lack of it until now.
talking about Hikari, showing a Hard Working Tsumugu
These Tsumugu fangirls...
So loyal to his waifu
Meanwhile Cockslutsaki confesses her love to a boy that's fucking 5 years younger than her
I want to make love to Chisaki.
Because Hikari was channeling Arnold Schwarzenegger in front of Chisaki while Tsumugu is channeling a piece of plank whenever he is with Chisaki.
So Tsumugu and Kaname are fighting for sloppy seconds now?
I can't blame them. Chisaki really stirs up my primal urges.
Don't you love attention to detail? Like the echoing in Shioshishio?
>attention to detail
Like how being in water is the same as being in air?
that only applies to Ena People
>amphibious membrane somehow lets you negate the physics of water
Next episode has Hikari getting sick. he is evolving into Uroko
What part of being bestowed by supernatural entity crossed you? While Ena is a physical substance, its also magical in nature. It hearkens to old japanese lore of underwater people who can move through water as if it was air.
This is a place where a sea god can summon giant whirlpools and freeze people underwater.
Accepting that ena has some 'magical' properties isn't a huge deal.
When something appears, something is taken away
Being underwater not affecting the taste of pocky or making the pocky Muina was eating all soggy
What I don't get is that sometimes water behaves like air but other times it behaves like water. They can go from walking to swimming just by lifting their feet off the ground.
>that only applies to ena people
>Miuna is an ena people
how do Ena folks piss/shit
do they even bathe?
can they drink sea water?
she is now due to magic
1. Just piss and shit yourself whenever, fish do it so why not
2. Why would you bathe when you live in water?
3. I'm sure they can drink seawater considering it's constantly entering their mouths. Kinda begs the question of why they have to soak to rehydrate
Miuna will be Hikari's Uroko radar. All those parallels drawn with Sea God and Hikari
That's one of the best thing I like about this series. That was one of the reasons why I fell in love with this during the first few episodes, maybe even the first.
I want to impregnate Sayu.
Seafags secrete an oily substance rather than water. See miuna's tears at >>102178539 for instance.
in their own rooms?
there will never be a hot spring episode because hot spring would kill them
But every episode is already a beach episode. Hard to top that, eh?
I want to hug Miuna.
>Miuna will never squeeze her thighs around your penis
>Kinda begs the question of why they have to soak to rehydrate
ena is external, powered by saltwater
