Please tell me you're not one of those sluts that has a harem or changes waifus every season.
Are you /a/?
I'm so pure I don't even have a waifu yet
So ronery ;_;
Why don't you have a waifu?
She didn't find me yet.
Someday, anon. Someday.
>Please tell me you're not one of those sluts that has a harem or changes waifus every season.
Why do you bring this up? Did you recently change your waifu?
Haven't divorced a waifu in about 3 months so I've got that going for me.
Im the same. Have only watched a few hundred anime, cant expect to find the One without a few more years work
How does it feel that your waifu will not win, despite absolutely deserving to win?
Not him, but that story is as old as anime itself. Going back to at least Urusei Yatsura. And became a standard in Love Hina.
Good, because then I'd have her to myself.
I've had the same waifu for nearly seven years now.
>mfw I never see her in a post your waifu thread
I'm a big disgusting slut and I need to be punished!
I like who I like. Don't try and chain me down.
But it's so hard not to have a harem
17 years for me.
Hell naw, my waifu is my one and only, forever.
I tried to come up with a harem once, just for fun, but felt too bad about it; any girls I liked enough, I also respected too much to put in a harem. I do have, like, two 'runner-up waifus', but don't pay them any mind.
I am, yes.
1 year and running. My first and only.
How loyal. Had mine for about 3 or 4 years now.
The one before that was my waifu before I'd even heard the term.
I used to fantasize about having a sister exactly like her time ago, back when I was in HS.
And then when I saw her show I knew it was destiny doing its work.
The fact that I could've had an imouto IRL but they got off'd strengthened these feelings too I guess. At least I still have a half-sister imouto.
Nope. It's settled. She won't be getting a second season, but Aoi's still in the continuing manga. I love her. Like, literally in love. Forever.
I've had the same waifu since before my balls dropped. Feels good, man.
That's impressive. I approve of the justice-waifu, by the way.
that's a waifu before 4chan existed.
Holy shit, Rena Lanford!
I wonder what happens to waifus when no one remembers them anymore? Thanks for remembering!
Nah, Tomoyo's been my waifu since I watched Clannad almost three years ago. I haven't changed her since, and I don't feel like changing her anytime soon. I do have a frequently expanding harem though.
I haven't found that special girl so I have a harem of almost-waifus.
Well I played the PS1 game but I never beat it until a decade later when I got it on PSP. Such a good game. Too bad the series went to shit right afterwards.
>Too bad the series went to shit right afterwards.
yep. No one believes me when I say SO3 was a shadow of what 2 was. Such a shame.
Nice taste Anon-kun
SO3 made me so angry that it killed all interest in playing further into the series. I heard SO4 has bosses that take like half an hour to kill, no fucking thank you.
Half the fun of Star Ocean was breaking the game with item creation early on. If you're clever you can get Claude's Eternal Sphere sword before you even finish Disc 1.
Agreed, I love shit like that in games. Especially the ones the devs sorta want you to do. Do you find it difficult to play older JRPGs these days? They just take so long and random encounters are tedious... a sad failing of my own.
Season 2 never. I might have been waiting for season 2 longer than I've waited for F/HA to be translated.
I still think Suikoden II and FFIX are the best JRPGs ever made. They have aged extremely well.
But Star Ocean 1 and 2 on PSP are pretty good as well, the writing has not aged well however. The rest is fine.
I'll give Suikoden a try when this semester is done. Need a break from "Run 'n Gun Marine Man 5" type games
Play Suikoden I and then make sure you get the save patch for Suikoden II (carrying over a save on PS1 netted you S1 MC as a teammate + some really good unique armor)
oh it carries over, that's neato.
I played on emulator, if you were thinking of going legit good luck, both games are pretty rare.
But savescumming is just so convenient...
Different anon. Also play Suikoden III after playing Suikoden I and II. Its the final game in the series written by the same author.
All the other games are prequels and side stories that don't relate to the original trilogy, with varying quality. So its up to you if you want to play them.
Then watch Utawarerumono. Because its the closest we'll ever get to a Suikoden Anime.
SO3 is so dated that it's not even worth slogging through. Plot is sort of interesting, none of the main party really stand out except Nel and Albel. I guess Cliff and Mirage are cool.
I was talking about Suikoden III, not Star Ocean III.
Fuck, sorry. Hella tired tonight.
I did start SO3, just never got around to playing longer than a half hour in.
It's probably really good.
... and by SO3 I mean Sui3. Time for bed.
For the ecord, the graphics in Suikoden III are 10x more dated than Star Ocean III, since it was one of the earliest RPGs to come out on PS2. But it also has one of the best stories in JRPGs (just like Suikoden I and II), which makes it worth playing.
Nope, she's my one and only.
Capchta: some assndy
Dat OP doe
>if you were thinking of going legit good luck, both games are pretty rare.
Suikoden 1 you can get for $25-40. But Suikoden II...anywhere for $80-150 used.
I own 3 copies of Suikoden II. I collect them..
