ITT post 1 underappreciated gem from each decade:
60's- Sora Tobu Yƻreisen | Flying Phantom Ship
70's- belladonna of sadness
80's- birth
90's- Iria
00's- Noir
10's- Space brohers
>>
I watched Ghost Ship; it was really preachy and boring

Would you say that you underappreciated it?
>>
Can't say I've seen much from the 60s, I'd like to say Cyborg 009 but that gets quite a bit of appreciation, relatively speaking.
Ganba no Bouken
Aura Battler Dunbine
On Your Mark
Fantastic Children
You Are Umasou

Belladona and Birth are unappreciated? Since when?

Birth wasn't that great outside of Kanada's animation.
>>
>>102052541
Unless you think Kanada animated the whole thing himself your post is simply wrong. The story still sucked.

Still need to watch that

60's Anything really. No one watches shit from the 60's. I'll play along and say, I dunno, Puss in Boots

70's Takarajima, one of my all time favorites

80's Dangaioh for the Obari love, or Gosenzosama Banbanzai

90's Ojamajo Doremi was damn successful in Japan but no one talks about it on /a/.

00's Kure-Nai. It's the most stark combination of utterly amazing episodes and utterly shit episodes. The definition of a mixed bag.

Belladonna was a bomb when it was shown on movie theaters back in 1973
