>Called Jojo's Bizarre Adventure
>Jojo isn't even the main character
Johnny totally is the main character. The whole story is about his growth as a person and learning how to stand on his own two feet again, in more ways than one. Gyro is just the cool sempai who teaches him.
It switches halfway.
what is johnny joestar, a genuine joestar since joseph
>prince and the purple rains
also I fucking miss HAMON
those were the real JoJo's. Everyone else is just JO and Gio.
>not including KuJO JOtaro
if you knew how japanese naming works, you would have know this
Wait, isn't Josuke based on Prince?
Is he? in fact, are they all based of people? excluding jotaro of course
But Hamon is shit, even the weakest stand would completely assrape the strongest Hamon.
If Joseph didn't have such tough competition I would choose him for the best Hamon user instead of Jonathan.
But man...Jonathan is a beast!
You're wrong. All protagonists are ジョジョ, and Georges as well.
The only one where it's a stretch is Josuke(all 3 of them), because it uses different kanji readings than the name itself.
I don't know, hamon is soft and wet would be amazing.
>His adventure isn't really that bizarre
All I know is that Jonathan is based on Kenshiro. Don't know about the rest.

>fighting a dinosaur man and the US government for parts of Jesus' corspe, using fingernail bullets and a steel ball during a cross continental race.
total average day bro!
Gyro kinda fails at his supposed main character role, especially near the end.
Part 4 Joseph = George Hall
But he still has two eyes.
With hamon the battles were more dynamic IMO.
Keeping Hamon for part 3 and beyond woudl've caused it to wear out its welcome, I'm glad they switched to something else. I do miss the more dynamic nature of Hamon battles though. I'm glad part 6 brought back contact fighting.
Are you saying Part 2 wasn't also very Indy?
She would have been 7-11 during the time Part 4 was written. i know you aren't serious but my autism cannot allow this, my apologies.
>It'sh me, the interfering Shpeedwagon
>Thish man shtinksh!
Maybe that's why it's called "Steel Ball Run" and not "Jojo no Kimyou na Bouken - Steel Ball Run", genius. Starting with Part 7 Araki dropped the "Jojo no Kimyou na Bouken" part so it's officially just "Steel Ball Run" (スティール・ボール・ラン). Just as JoJolion.
>talking shit out of your ass
It says ジョジョの奇妙な冒険 right before Jojolion.
Same here, right next to vol. 24
He put it back after the switch to Shueisha Ultra Jump. Rumor from old threads was SJ editors forced him to end the series at Stone Ocean so SBR was a "closeted" successor to Stone Ocean that could only "come out" as Part 7 once he changed magazines.
Aren't they both handled by Shueisha?
Yeah but SJ is a shonen magazine while UJ is seinen. UJ probably has different policies due to the demographics, and I'm guessing they're more lax on rankings if that's the case.
