Why doesn't /a/ discuss good anime?

Mushishi for instance.
>>
It is shit
>>
/a/ will tell you it's because it attracts newfags, but the truth is that the state of the industry is just THIS fucking bad that there's nothing other then moeshit and poor SoL's to discuss. That's why there aren't any threads with good stuff in them, only monster girl threads.

The last good thing to come out was Gin no Saji, and that's only if you like Harvest Moon.
>>
it's been talked to death already

I'm assuming you're new since there has been an upswing in Mushishi threads after S2 was announced recently

Your favorite anime not being talked about is probably a good thing because there isn't much left to say other than "it was good" or it was just forgetable
>>
>>102010894
Because its hard to troll/shitpost a series everyone considers "good"?

Feel free to make this thread again when no one bothers to talk about it when the next season is airing.
>>
>>102010894
Because it's not airing right now. There was a whole bunch of threads when the ova came out and some more when S2 was confirmed. When the second season starts, people will talk about it, no point rehashing the same threads that have been done to death for newfags/people who didn't watch it first time around
>>
There's nothing to discuss because Mushishi is bland and empty

2subtle4you?
>>
Because it's nine years old.
