Does Bishamon want the Yato dick as well?
No. She seems to be really into saving spirits and making them regalia. So she's quite attached to the people she's made her weapons and took it very badly that Yato killed one of them.
Seems to be more complex than that, but not enough of the manga is translated.
So in a sense, she's a Spirit Pimp.
She saves them from the streets and uses them to get money.
It feels more like a personal crusade.
She has a fuckton of them. Like dozens upon dozens. So many that she can't pay attention to them all. Also, naming a regalia has an effect on the god and she has so many that the strain on her body is kind of killing her. Her household is like one of those utopias where everyone smiles but no one is happy.
So pretty much the polar opposite of Yato.
Yato refuses to use two regalias (case in point, Nora and Yukine) and treats him as if they were his family then?
Maybe if he wasn't the God of Slavs.
Nora is a special case (and a head case).
Stray regalia are all called Nora. They are despised as disgusting creatures. It's still mostly unclear about why Yato dislikes her so intensely.
I have the hunch that she actually wants to kill him, it could be just me though..
>Don't taint yourself any further.
So she wants to kill him and only she'll be able to? That is some border-line yandere shit.
Yes, on a plate together with his head and the rest his butchered parts.
OP, I think tainted god of war will bring everyone into deep shit. She just wants him do be dead.
Wow, what a cock-sucking lips. Need to watch this shit later.
>It feels more like a personal crusade.
Has the power to send the spirit to the afterlife, chooses to enslave it instead.
Mmm not quite. It's a bit vague in the manga, but it seems like spirits that are capable of being used as regalia are either taken into the service of a god or they get taken by the phantom things. I couldn't tell if there was a chance they could go peacefully to the far shore or not.
It's not really that he hates her, after all Yato was her original God and she became a Nora for his sake. Also, Yato is trying to escape from his previous lifestyle of killing people under his father's orders (his father was the one who wanted Yato to remain an unknown God and constantly told him he didn't need followers nor a shrine).
On the other hand, Nora completely obeys Yato's father. She even attacked Yato when he wanted to quit his father's latest job and meet Hiyori (afraid that Hiyori would forget him, which she did because Yato disappeared for months)
>has a gorillion pieces of equipment
>can't take down one weakened nigga with his sword
But his sword was folded over a million times
Fold paper a few times and it can't cut anymore. See where I'm going with this.
>Inb4 the Regalia that Yato killed was some kind bad guy that went crazy and had to be stopped, effectively making Yato a good god and making her desire of revenge pointless.
You're actually pretty close.
She's actually just really really stupid.
I've seen and read too many things and know too well how japanese tell their story.
You can be almost certain that when one of the characters is described as someone who did bad things, it is told out of the context. The worst is when the author spend too much time on telling how that character did something awful and then by the end of the serie reveals he did nothing wrong or just made the most rightful choice to protect people.
I hate that and I feel it will be just like that for Yato.
Don't forget that the person whom everyone says is bad never explains their circumstances and just stays quiet.
I just want to throw 5 yen coins at him.
