ITT: badass manly deaths
more people should be reading this for the gar
A true warrior needs no blade
My sword is one with heaven and earth.
OMG. I fap to this manliness. Source?
In b4 Kamina
so uh what mango is this
In the spirit of things.
I disliked Archer, but I bawwed a little over the thing with Shirou's ideal
Archer is basically a disillusioned Shirou. It's hard not to feel sorry for him.
A true warrior still stands up when he's dead
What the hell is this?
SAO doesn't say much.
You mean he can ice a guy with his bare hands?
Shin Angyo Onshi
The lack of Kamina in this topic pleases me most splendidly.
"Mother...father...I'm sorry to have worried you."
It was better than what would have happened if he had continued living.
Rei, Shuu, Souther, Fudou, Ryuuga, Toki, Juuza, Raoh. Shin to a lesser extent (we got the full story much later), and even that faggot Yuda was allowed a "honorable speech" in his end.
Badass manly deaths are what Fist of the North Star is made of.
You're gonna carry that weight
I'd quote a manly death quote from HnK but there're too fucking many.
Needs more Mankoto
He had balls, standing up to Dio, not regretting anything about what he done to that point, using the last of his power to figure out The World's time stop ability and sending the message to Joseph..
A real man...
He fell silently!
Get that pussy out of here.
Don't kid yourself; It wasn't THAT hard.
Badass manly deaths eh?
Missing both arms and an eye and he still manages to pwn Aji Tae... just as planned!
The rest of you don't even hope to compare.
Sun Jian from The Ravages of Time
Maybe for you. The idea of a hero who's destroyed by his own ideal is somewhat tragic, to me. Even in Archer's case, he wasn't conceited about what his ideal was. He lived it through to the end, and when he was trying to live up to it even in death, he got shafted for it.
Good guys always lose in the end, because the world is not a beautiful place.
he was so awesome
Judeau was probably one of my favorite characters from Berserk, despite how insignificant he was. He was probably the only rational character in the whole manga.
You make it sound a bit prettier than it really was. He got shafted for it when he was alive,a lready beginning to loose all hope until he was betrayed. Counter Guardian/Servant EMIYA loathes his past self with passion, until he has the duel with Shirou in UBW and is surprised by how a guy who knows perfectly well he doesn't have a chance in hell can still fight with all he's got. Essentially he goes "Hey... I was pretty damn cool. Oh well, Here Shirou! PIERCE ME WITH YOUR LONG FIRM PHALLIC WEAPON!"
>Hey... I was pretty damn cool. Oh well, Here Shirou! PIERCE ME WITH YOUR LONG FIRM PHALLIC WEAPON!"
Now you're just trying to give me a boner, anonymous.
Felt so nice, he did it twice.
Seriously, how many can brag about THAT in Valhalla?
People die every day in Valhalla.
They just get better after a good night's rest, is all.
Him and Wham.
Is this any good Anon? The pic makes me want to read it.
Kickass one-eyed russian safeguard was kickass.
Is this Blame?
Never Forget ;_;
No, I'm pretty sure that's Full Metal Alchemist.
Light's death in the manga in Death Note. Might not be bad-ass, but fuck is it full of justice.
Zeppeli in Jojo Part 1.
