Are you tired of being a soft-bodied faggot?
Well, worry not! I was once just like you. But through the my addiction to chinese cartoons and comic books, I found a way to get healthy

Every episode of anime = 25 push ups and 25 stomach crunches
Every 3 consecutive episodes, double the work out
Do you snack on filthy shit and soak it down with piss while watching? You now strictly only drink water and eat trail mix as snacks
Scrap your entire current diet. Clear out your fridge. For the next 4 months, you're eating nothing but brown rice and meat

No seriously, I've been doing these simple things for barely half a year, and I've already gotten pretty damn buff
I just wish I had friends to show off this totes hot bod to.
>>
You can always show us, /a/non.

I'm completely serious, anon. These simple steps is all it took for me to get pretty healthy
You'll start to get in a routine of doing the reps after a day or two, and just do it automatically
>>
Or you can just stop being a bitch and go to a gym or something.
>>
>soak it down with piss while watching?

But I drink soft drink and alcohol.
>>
>>101946998

Not OP ( who is a huge fag because he's recommending the shittiest. most amateur work out plan possible ). It's better to just buy a set of weights and work out in the comfort of your own home.
>>
>>101946775
Jokes on you anon, I procrastinate watching anime as well.
>>
>>101946775
Sorry, I'm already doing P90X.

Also, you should really get a better workout routine. Start lifting at the very least.

I totally believe you are one of us.
I used to run every other night trying to follow Emi's Couch to 5k but my parents found out and now they don't let me go out at night. Lost about 30 kilos in a couple of months. Haven't put them back on yet so I guess that's good.

>>101947081
/fit/ fags fuck off. OP's point is to start doing something, and the key to any fitness regime is a routine. At the point an anon actually can do 25 pushups with ease they can head to /fit/ at any time and discover the joys of homosexuality for themselves.

They range from $0.50 - $0.99 per pound. Most likely you'll be starting at 15s or some shit like that. Compared to a $40/month ( on average, you might be able to find a cheap gym that will sell memberships for $10/month ) membership at a gym it's pretty cheap. Especially in the long run. You don't need fancy equipment.

Yeah okay OP, sure. Maybe if you're talking non-consecutively, or maybe that bullshit upper-body-only on-your-knees push up bullshit. But 25 consecutive proper push ups? Fuck, I doubt most people here could do 10 proper ones. I could barely do 10 when I started and that shit hurt like hell afterwards.

Oh, man, this is bring back bad memories.

In high school, my science teacher made me do 10 push-ups, and with the whole class watching, I had to do the girl ones on my knees because my little girl arms couldn't withstand doing the full ten properly.

Fuck that teacher.
>>
I watch far too much anime for this to be viable. I'd actually end up less healthy.
>>
>>101947253
Well initiative is great; the biggest part of getting in shape is committing to your workout and sticking with it. The problem is that the workout in question isn't going to do much but boost your ego. No one wants to spend time working out for weeks only to find out their workout sucks.

I almost never visit /fit/ either, I just read their sticky. Its a great resource for anyone wanting to get in shape.
>>
Op, mind taking a new picture with a timestamp? My dumb-ass friend, don't think you're able to get fit if you enjoy anime
>>
>>101947491
Back when I was starting out I hadn't even done a single pushup in at least 5 years and I could do 35 right off the bat.
You'd have to puss out early or literally have never used your arms before to not even be able to do ten.

Could be because fat weighs less than muscle. Fruit juice can be just as unhealthy for your as soda. Go drink unsweetened tea or just plain water.

I eat donuts, drink pop, have fried chicken, pizza, cookies, chips, cheetos, energy drinks, etc, etc. I also spend 90% of my free time on the computer.

Oh yeah & did I mention I'm in shape? Diets don't mean shit, it's called putting the fork down.

I eat whatever the fuck I want, but I do so in moderation; pop a few multi vitamins every day. I also power walk everywhere, and my job requires moderate physical labor. That's it.

I walk fast & my job sometimes makes me sweat a little. Not rocket science. Now excuse me while I stay to 4am reading crappy ecchi manga.

Which is why the second part of my reply exists. A healthier alternative is to drink water or unsweetened tea if you're looking to reduce those pounds. Just because he says it isn't flooded with sugar doesn't mean it isn't. It's a common misconception among people that drinking fruit juice is healthier when they can get more benefits from actually eating fruits since they'll get shit like fiber in their diet as well.
>>
>>101949292
I remember when I was looking at healthier choices for drinks (I am just used to a high liquid diet) and seeing that some fruit juices had just as much if not more calories then soda.

Find some easier exercise that works good for you, (I'd give an example but you know your body the best), practice doing those for a few weeks and then start escalating it.

Personally I like swimming as it gives a good total body exercise.

Also make sure to stretch before hand.

I dunno why, but it really pisses me off that so many fitness "buffs," pardon the pun, seem to think that fitness=bodybuilding=watermelon biceps&HUEGPEKS. Fuck that. I like the idea of making exercise contingent with watching anime because I already have a routine for doing that, so it'll be easier to associate exercise with it than trying to find a time for it that's unrelated to anything.

>>101949698

>I dunno why, but it really pisses me off that so many fitness "buffs,"
