ITT: Animes you fell asleep watching
Pic related, Kaiji S2 was a snooze-fest and a half
blah blah whales zzzzzz
>shitting on kaiji
I guess you at least liked dem nutbladder subs, right? You were exactly the type of person they were intended for.
No seriously they stretched the Bog arc out for far to long when it could have been taken care of in around 3-5. Leaving enough time for the final showdown of minefield majong.
> final showdown of minefield majong.
>when it could have been taken care of in around 3-5
They adapted it in the manga's pacing, doing it in 3-5 episodes would need them to skip a lot. And minefield mahjong is another arc, they were only adapting part 2.
>minefield mahjong is another arc
How many episodes would this take to finish?
26. If they did the same pacing that is. It would be glorious to see all the idiots who don't know mahjong saying it's bad and/or boring.
That's just Fukumoto's thing man.
He has a 1 hour game last 5 volumes in Ten
A match last 20 volumes in Akagi
A kidnapping mystery that is a side story to the main plot lasts 8 volumes in Zero
All of Kaiji part 3 is one game save for the first volume.
I love him because of that.
Does anyone know what happens at the end of Kaiji Part 4? I heard he never plays anything, and it's entirely about watching the asian dudes.
Any news on new Zero? I fucking love that series. Things started to get really real when Part 1 ended and then Part 2 was Golfing and Kidnapping [which I really enjoyed by the way] and then a cliffhanger tying it back to Part 1. Any news on when Part 3 will get started?
It's funny how you skipped the best arc in Part 2. There were over two years between the end of Part 1 and the start of Part 2, so don't get your hopes up. I hope Part 3 goes back to the escence, I can't read detective stories in sporadic releases.
Oh Jesus, I completely forgot that poker game took place in Part 2. Yeah, that was the best bit.
Well, guess I'll have to wait. As much as I enjoyed Part 2, it did feel like filler in the overall storyline.
Part 1 ended with Shirobe[?] and Zero agreeing to take down Zenzou, and Part 2 ended with them meeting again and Zenzou appearing again.
I had never seen such shit taste before. Are you OP?
>Kaiji S2 was a snooze-fest
The worst anime I've watched were those two. Sorry, a kid who has superpowers and a vampire who is immortal. Shonen tier crap
>a vampire who is immortal
Ah, yes, you were an idiot.
>Implying I enjoyed it enough that I even paid attention after the third episode...
This is not a bad thing or an insult. This shit is just great to watch with a drink after a long day of work.
Fucking hype for spring.
>vampire who is immortal.
Been thinking of getting into this. Guy in my class was watching this on his laptop during class and the animation looked very, very nice for a 2005 anime.
This is now a fukumoto thread
That's not the point, every vampire is immortal.
