What does /a/ think of Dance in the Vampire Bund?
Meh anime with great voice acting, good very enjoyable manga that attracts lots of LRD trolling because we can't have nice things.
Mina best girl and my favorite vampire loli.
Her adult form is better and she would prefer to stay in that form
I enjoyed the anime
Anime Mina is ugliest loli vampire I've seen.
But since it's a horrible adaptation either ways, it's not even a shame for it.
I only pity Aoi Yuuki since she really did a great work there.
Oh and it attracts Blood Alone fag shitposting because they are mad that DitVB's author didn't take a permanent hiatus.
Better is subjective and she wants to have an adult body because she wants to be a "fitting" bride for Akira.
Akira has actually hinted in later volumes that he doesn't mind her younger form in the least, but he hasn't outright said it because the last few volumes were hectic like all hell.
More like because this is not 18+ work so it's unlikely that Akira will actually openly have any erotic interest in Mina's loli form.
Oh and Akira also hasn't said it because he is still being tsundere to an extent when it comes to Mina.
I think it was created as an elaborate attempt to troll funimation.
Nah, VitMB anime was clearly licensed to be able to license something else, I just don't know what they were actually aiming for.
Regardless, I actually enjoyed the anime if only for the voice work even though I am annoyed that they raped the story so much.
The anime was mediocre compared to the manga. I haven't read the manga in years, though. I stopped somewhere around when we were going to go into werewolf boys flashback training with his pack.
>furry yaoi rape scene
Volume 7, yea that was the low point of the series.
It gets better, trust me.
I still hate the trap though, but he doesn't stick around long.
I had this in my backlog for years. Should I just go with the manga and ignore anime?
No point watching the anime when it never gets anywhere, brutally butchered and even they somehow made the loli ugly.
The manga artist isn't good at lolis anyway. His grown women look plump and yummy.
Aoi Yuuki does fantastic voice work for Mina, but the anime is pretty lousy overall and has left a bad taste in many people's mouth that even the manga can't clean out.
Read the manga, if you want to hear Mina's VA watch the 2nd episode of the anime and nothing else so that you can get Aoi Yuuki's voice firmly in your head for when you are reading it.
Her face was fine, they just couldn't draw her body worth a damn.
Bullshit, Mina is adorable, you aren't wrong about his older women though, though I kinda wish their breasts were smaller.
>Her face was fine, they just couldn't draw her body worth a damn.
I still have nightmares about the boychest scene at the rubbing part.
it's almost like, she's a little girl and that's how they are.
Anon that's what prepubescent girls body generally looks like.
No, you clearly haven't seen a loli if you can say things like that.
The broad shoulders and the shape of her chest is clearly showing clean masculinity.
I thought manga translation went onto indefinite hiatus because somebody licensed it or something like that. Didn't it?
Manga was aOK.
Anime had great first episode and then ruined the manga by arbitrary changing things.
Also, much better love story.
>No, you clearly haven't seen a loli if you can say things like that.
Yeah, I guess my niece walking around the house topless was my imagination.
Utterly forgettable series. Not one of Shinbo's prouder moments.
However, I have noticed that he seems to put more effort into shows whose source material he finds lacking. He's really abusing the visuals with Nisekoi and he tried to do the same thing with Bund. Maybe he just feels like he has to make up for something.
another based Shinbo work
Does she have muscles that's resembling to that of a young boy who just started getting masculine?
I don't think so. But that's how Mina looks in that one scene.
Not gonna lie and say her shoulders weren't a bit broad by what I remember, but still a loli's chest is generally pretty damn flat.
They didn't go on hiatus because Seven Seas licensed the manga, they went on hiatus because they are pathetic little bitches that can't deal with some whiny faggots. Pic related was the kind of thing cited as to why they stopped working on the TLs.
what a bunch of babies
so the only way to see the ending is to
I like the first couple of volumes but interest plummeted the more the werewolves got involved and the less Mina was around. It might have gotten better again but without translations I'll never know.
Anime was average but changed a bunch of shit for no good reason.
Pretty much. Seven Seas did a great job, better than the scanalators were doing anyway, so it's not like you are getting a lousy product.
I found the werewolves interesting, and MIna was always around enough to keep me happy so it wasn't that big of a deal.
Be wary of volume 7 if you do pick it up, seriously it's the lowest point of the series.
