What's wrong with streaming, anyways? I know it's not perfect quality, but it's good enough. It's not like I'm going to save and preserve it for humanity's future sake, all I need is to just watch it once to know what happens.
>>
Actually, you might have to preserve every single item you've ever downloaded if the internet collapses.
>>
Ads, buffering, transcoding, subscription fees for HD.
>>
>>101833060
>Not wanting quality
Why stop at that? Why don't you just eat and drink for the sake of living?
>>
>>101833060
That's like comparing a pure waifu who even blushes at the mention of attraction to the opposite sex, and a crack whore who would do anything for a shitty 3 times diluted street of cocaine.

>subscription fees for HD
OP apparently doesn't care about HD
>>
>Whats wrong with eating semi-rotten leftovers out of dumpsters, anyways? I know it's not perfect quality, but it's good enough. It's not like I need a 5 course gourmet meal to survive, all I need is to be able to stay alive by eating it.
>>
Hating streaming is just a meme on /a/

No one actually cares if you do it.
>>
Streaming is actually a good idea if you're testing a series for the 3-episode rule. If you're going to commit past that though, you gotta download.
>>

>No one actually cares if you do it.

That part's certainly true. It's funny when people act like they are really getting one over on the people here when they boast about something like how they stream, watch dubs, or use VLC.
>Ha, fuck you guys, I'm going to eat this shit and there's nothing you can do! Oh man, they're going to be so pissed when I eat all this shit.
>>
One episode takes like 5 minutes if your internet is not shit. And you can even watch as you download, there is no excuse.
>>
>>101833391
That's just ignorance talking, there's no reason to stream when you can "stream" the proper episode and play it realtime while downloading in MPC-HC with just as much effort as finding a stream webpage takes.

There's no reason to stream but like >>101833341 said I don't care if you choose to because it doesn't affect me at all but you are stupid for doing it.
>>
>I know it's not perfect quality,
You just answered your own question. What a pointless thread.
>>101833341
We do if you talk about it here and post screenshots from your low quality eye cancer streams. But yes, ultimately nobody gives about what some anonymous faggots do on their own. We're not busybody soccer moms. So go ahead and watch your low quality shit for all I care. Just don't subject me to your garbage.
>>

The very idea of streaming isn't bad, but video quality is so bad it permanently impairs your vision. Long exposure makes you so blind you can't tell difference between 1080p 1Mb/s H264 10-bit video and 480p stream.
>>
I stream to watch anime with other anons.

The shows aren't visual masterpieces so quality isn't too much of an issue.
>>

I'd hardly say that it's takes as much effort to use a streaming site as setting XDCC does for the layman.
>>
>>101834227
>setting XDCC
what?
>>
>>101834227
XDCC is maybe 1 or 2 more clicks in total for finding & playing an episode? Hardly worth condemning yourself to streams for.

>setting
? It's not rocket science. It works after irc client install no hassle.
