Are English-release anime DVDs generally unedited? I know home releases have fewer restrictions than television, but I'm thinking things that are taboo or illegal (e.g. underage nudity) and small cuts to prioritize the English track over the Japanese track.

I've noticed some have a brighter image and replace Japanese captions on the video itself with English ones, but this isn't a big deal.

Bump.

I haven't noticed any "censor" edits, but there are plenty of instances where music is changed either due to licensing and the like.
