So what's your anime of the season so far?
You posted it.
It has to be No-rin, it's like Moyashimon but better-
I know it has its flaws but I have the most fun with Nobunagun.
Tonari no Seki-kun
Being awesome is a flaw?
Most everything this season has been bad or mediocre. Noragami is good but not particularly memorable.
Sakura Trick. Seki-kun for the shorts, now that 575 is over.
I never said that.
So far, still Kill la Kill but it's close. Space Dandy, Sekai Seikufu and SamFlam are strong too.
Get the fuck out fujoshi, find one of the chuu2 threads and hail your "GodAni" as it will soon provide for you.
wow man why is she such a qt
Noragami. It's a damn shame it's only one cour, though.
Although I download most of them, the only one I really want to watch right after downloading it is D-frag.
I hope you wait for Vivid though
Fuck are you talking about, I'm not a fujoshit nor do I like any Kyoani stuff
You said Noragami is the best show.
Already pretty fujoshit in my eyes.
She makes me look foward to Mikakukin every week. And I smile all the way through Gin no Saji just like the first season.
>watching Mikakunin for worst girl
I knew there's shit taste on /a/, guess I was right.
I watch horrible first because it is faster, then I watch it again when Vivid release.
Yeah, I watch d-frag two times, just because it is really good.
I bet you're a Beniofag.
How so? Noragami is a shonen series.
More like Kobeni, but Benio is still enjoyable, sexy and not grating.
Compared to her, Mashiro is just a manipulative, ungrateful, ugly kid, I bet she's smelly too.
I do think she's great but the best girl is the blonde with the glasses.
Yeah, so is Kuroko no Basuke.
Nourin, WCW and Mikakunin is fun but last episode blow the fuck out everything else
Just like Ao no Exorcist
Both of those shows appeal to fujoshits because they have a ton of attractive male characters, Noragami only has 2 and neither of them are particularly good looking
Tie between Saki 2 and SYD 2
Does Miuna Show count?
I dunno, I'd totally fuck Yuki. No homo, of course.
>only has 2
3 main characters, 2 are males and only one girl.
>neither of them are particularly good looking
One is a god with edgy looks but a hidden cute personality, the other is a sentient weapon and a shota that melts the female heart.
The girl is a boring, slow, unappealing and incredibly plain looking one.
So, your point?
No wait, SYD.
NO, Gin no Saji.
NO WAIT, SAKURA TRICK
NO OKAY, JUST WAIT it's Golden Time.
I don't know man. Leave me alone and let me think about it.
If you count stuff in its second cour, then Nagi no Asukara or Diamond no Ace. If not, then Sakura trick I guess. This season is pretty shit
>The girl is a boring, slow, unappealing and incredibly plain looking one.
Whoa there, she's gotten more fanservice than either of the male characters.
In terms of writing, animation, music and directing, it's objectively superior to all other anime airing this season.
Also meow is hot
To be called fanservice, first they have to draw her appealing.
Why are people with such shit taste allowed to post on /a/?
A drawfag should draw her a pussy and anus...
I dunno, ask >>101765797
It's not working from that angle.
Ya blew it on the last word
Space Dandy is probably the best this season, but that's only because this season has set the bar extremely low.
Sakura Trick > Space Dandy = Kill la Kill
More like the least shitty. It's hard to tell, everything kinda sucks and I enjoyed Lego The Movie much more than any show this season.
Sekai Seifuku, maybe? But it's getting fucking boring without an overarching plot.
It's hard to pick something when the best shows are like 6/10 at best.
Meh so far
>Onee-Chan ga kita
Good but it's a short
Extremely moe but kind of boring at times
Shit and much worse than S1
Nothing good this season that isn't a leftover from last season
>loli in skimpy as fuck outfit as main girl
>have no fanservice
Brilliant idea, really. That is, for killing the series.
You didn't even mention the AOTS in that list
I fucking hate that show. It's all sex jokes everywhere it is like an amerifat sitcom. Mitsudomoe has good comedy but SYD is a fucking garbage of show.
I like D-Frag and Mikakunin.
New Saki is always nice too, but I think both Zenkoku-hen and Episode of side A has been inferior to the original season.
even amerifat sitcoms have better jokes than SYD.
The jokes are literally saying "penis". How the fuck is this supposed to be funny?
Seriously. They even are very concious about not sexualizing Suzu explicitly, like a true amerifat garbage.
I've been working on my backlog.
Are any shows this season worth stopping my backlog?
I don't give a fuck about fanservice, unlike most of you retarded animals. I care about interesting ideas and good execution. Sekai Seifuku is kind of original, so I enjoy it more than most shit this season.
Dude you barely listed any shows.
Why don't you watch them and find out? We know nothing about your taste, so just read what is posted in this thread and shut up.
That doesn't mean it's not a marketing suicide.
Not the guy you're responding to, but I hate it when people do this.
He's asking your opinion, numbnuts, he's not asking you to proclaim gospel truth. Everybody's got opinions.
Hoozuki no Reitetsu AOTY
i don't know anon, why dont you actually try watching them rather than expecting /a/ to spoonfeed it all to you.
I really like Hoozuki no Reitetsu, but I'm weird like that
Oh I got opinions, I got fucking HUNDREDS of them. That doesn't mean he shouldn't watch the first episode of everything that looks remotely interesting at the very least. I did and found the shows that fit me this season.
Because spoonfeeding and recommendaion bullshit should be allowed, right?
Not the guy you're responding to, but I hate it when people do this.
He's asking for recommendations, numbnut.
I saw some suspiciously TV steam in the last episode, but fanservice is hardly the point of the show. I'm more annoyed that eps 3&4 were so bad, and even though 5 was better, there's still very little conquering.
why doesn't he read the thread then? the whole topic of this is discussing what shows are good
>never ask /a/ for anything ever
This is what happens when spoonfeeding goes out of hand, no one bothers lurking. I warned you lot about spoonfeeding. Now we have a bunch of foreign "normals" trying to force their opinions onto the board. I won't be surprised if /a/ becomes /b/ 3.0 by next year.
You seem to get it
Too hard to choose. Just too hard. Bride of Doggiestein has that adorable and well-animated little girl, Zvesda is better than I expected but I'd like it more if the MC was more fleshed out and less a straight man.
Hozuki is climbing the list.
it's called watching shit that interests you and forming your own opinions rather than getting /a/ to tell you whats good
>/a/ becomes /b/ 3.0 by next year.
/sp/ got the title already, but still we are the original /b/
Most under appreciated: Z/X ignition
Beyond it's stupid premise, it actually has a decent sharacters and is surprisingly well executed.
Space Dandy and No-Rin
Couldn't finish the second episode.
It hasn't been amazing yet, but I see some potential in Nobunaga the Fool.
I'm probably having the most fun with Golden Time.
However, I've started watching the first episode of Nagi today and I see a lot of potential.
A lot of new anime that aren't just 2 cours from last season are entertaining but none of them are very impressive.
>ask /a/ for opinions
>/a/ tells you to form your own original opinions
>form original opinions on anime
>tell /a/ opinions
>/a/ tells you your opinions are shit
>tells you what to watch
It's a backwards system but it works
That one OP.
>/a/ tells you your opinions are shit
>tells you what to watch
At this point, you should be smart enough to not give a shit about what /a/ thinks and trust your own opinions.
Everybody love this guy
Yes, the reason you should form your own opinions is so we can call them shit, and we expect you to do the same thing for us.
He didn't show up in the last episode so I hope he's gone for good.
Not like there's any competition for likable characters in that shitty show.
I want to fuck one of those things
Not sure if Noragami or Toaru.
but everything he did list is mediocre
I like Dandy enough to have not considered dropping it yet but nothing they do will ever make up for how lacking the first 3 episodes were
wonder how Witchcraft Works would have turned out if someone other than J.C> Staff had gotten it with similar budget
ano natsu de matteru
space dandy > klk >>>>> your moeshit
Well too bad for you, the latest episode has the stalker going to the dark side because she hates Z/X and think they have corrupted MC.
I've been enjoying Hamatora each week.
Kill la Kill is not from this season.
I'm willing to bet that Space Dandy is the only show you've watched this season, assuming you're serious and not trolling.
Surprise of the season, but not best:
>shitty Pokemon like battles
>kawaii cute angel girl!
>boring main characters
>retarded convoluted plot
>bad for me
It's still Kill La Kill, if it counts. Otherwise, Space Dandy.
More like Onegai Senpai amirite
>if it counts
Why would it count?
There's quite a few enjoyable shows this season, but the one I look forward to watching every week is Gin no Saji. Like another Anon said, it definitely puts a grin on your face all the way through and leaves you feeling pretty great.
>It's still Kill La Kill, if it counts
It counts as much as Space Bros or Naruto: Shippuuden.
I'd say Noragami.
Although I feel that in 1 month SamFlam at the rate it is going will blow everything away and anime will cease to exist because perfection will be achieved.
Same here OP
It is just a fun show that is legitimately entertaining, has animation that is actually decent, along with a neat artstyle and good character design. Also this may just be my inner /pol/, but I love NWO stuff and I loved seeing the shitstorm after episode 3 even more. Also Kate is pretty cute too. I would usually go for the seasonal moe blob, but the closest we have is Sakura Trick, and the entire thing is kind of lewd.
That wasn't even the anime of its season.
Eh, I don't know. There's a difference between a 2 cour show and a 100 cour show.
Of course, the argument on whether it counts will mostly come down to semantics so who cares
>The shitstorm ep 3 caused
All those delicious smoker tears.
>boring main characters
>MC is a well rounded genuine nice guy and characters have actual depth beyond their archetypes
Not everyone likes dark and edgy faggots all the time like you do.
It's less funny Pinky and the Brain. And the fanbase is horrible.
I'm a big fan of musicals and romantic comedies. Most anime just suck. And Z/X Ignitions isn't an exception.
There were tears all around really, a lot of reverse trolling going on.
Silver Spoon S2
Shouldn't you be getting a lung removed right now instead of defending your shitty lifestyle on 4chan?
Mikakunin and Sekai Seifuku.
I have to admit I'm kinda disappointed they gave away the whole supernatural stuff last episode of Mikakunin. I was hoping they'd just keep ratcheting up the suspicions, only to reveal that they really were just weird, rich country hicks at the end.
Though 3rd episode doomed the series' fate and sales.
Oh no, we can't have only moe slice of life without any drama about not being human.
WUG or sakura trick.
Who gives a shit about the sales? She is going to conquer the world by the end of it and you can't really conquer the world twice so I wouldn't see the point in a second season. And even then Amazon sale rankings are not absolute. There are tons of other stores, many with their own bonuses, that will be selling the blu-rays.
It's running this season. So, it's part of the season.
... and are you implying those don't count? I personally don't have any qualms with it.
It's fine if you don't have any qualms about it, then you are at least consequent. Even if I think that nobody would agree that either of those long running shows are from this season.
its a toss up between:
and D Frag. all of em are pretty good so far.
Noragami or SYD*. The only ones I really can't stand are WUG or Space Dandy.
How about worst show of the season instead? I've tried all shows this season and Mahou Sensou is without a doubt the worst one, albeit in an amusing way. Sonico is a close second.
Couldn't pick a favorite
I think it's weird to say a show is out of the competition just because it started airing earlier. People still count second seasons, even split cours. It's not much different.
If someone is enjoying that show the most this season, I don't see why it shouldn't count. It's not like Naruto or Space Bros. would dominate, anyway.
I think Wizard Barristers has a promising setting, the main character just ruins it all.
Noragami by far.
2nd is Mikakunin, then D-Frag.
I like Noragami, I just don't really get where they are trying to go. Just feels like they are dicking around.
fuck you ghost banri you ruined everything
That's how most intros always are.
I watched the first episode without knowing much about it and was pleasantly surprised to see that it had nice animation, good action scenes, an interesting setting, and Wakamoto frog. Then I watched the second episode and realized that it's actually kind of boring despite that. I still have to give it the three episode rule.
I agree with that, but not only is it Cecil that ruins it, but also just the general pacing and magic that annoys the fuck out of me. I would have liked actual magic battles, not summoning monsters and shit. Also the fanbase is abhorrent. Its terrible trying to even talk about anything in the show because it just turns to petty arguing.
Like there's even any competition for this season or, indeed, the rest of the year. The undisputed king is clearly Psycho Pass starring /fit/.
You know, I think the show might have been better if it was a buddy cop show centering on the two police officers fighting and arresting magicians.
That Falcom Gakuen one was easily the worst. It's a two minute short, and I still couldn't even make it all the way through one episode.
Space Dandy is probably the most enjoyable series I've watched in a few seasons actually.
He only watches one anime per season.
That's kind of funny, because Phoenix also pretty much starts out the series as a naive useless schoolboy and "the law" in the series is really only a plot device.
I'm watching 16 shows this season and I enjoy it.
I'd say Kill la Bill but it started last season, so I'll go with Tonari no Seki-kun, shit's fun yo.
Really? I read the manga and I'm watching the show, buy AOTY?
Oh well, to each his own.
Season, anon, season. Not him but it's one of my favorites this season along with Buddy Complex.
Sorry, meant AOTS.
But even still I don't think it's quite that good.
Pic fucking related. As a mangafag am really impressed with this adaptation.
Wow, if that's all you watched, how the fuck are you allowed to rate this season at all? No Sekai Seifuku, no Seki-kun, no Noragami? Bah.
>Sekai Seifuku, no Seki-kun, no Noragami
Good taste anon. Good taste.
>That last episode
I actually felt bad for Seki
He worked hard on those seals.
Meow is mai waifu.
Probably Space Dandy if we aren't counting carry-overs from last season.
Sekai Seifuku, Mikakunin and Noragami
It's a toss up between:
Gin no Saji S2
Also Gundam Build Fighters and Log Horizon if you include carry overs.
