Remember when anime had deep friendships between two boys or two girls without any kind of homosexual subtext or fanservice?
What happened? Where are the pure friendships now?
On Noragami and Hamatora?
Blondie was gay as fuck. Why else did you think he had to die?
Yeah, everything went to shit after Kyoani, huh OP? Back then all anime was like Cowboy Bebop.
HxH is still airing.
Japan is catching the western moral virus
The show is making fun of the fanbase's pairings.
You are so naive it's cute
>between two boys or two girls without any kind of homosexual subtext or fanservi
>Posts The Count of Montecristo
The problem is that this was supposed to be a show for little kids. Little kids can't into those things and if they see gay they are gonna assume it's gay.
I know you are being ironic, but this post still partially true.
Franz being in love with Albert aside, their relationship was pretty straight.
luffy and zoro dont appear to be affected by this
>this was supposed to be a show for little kids
Anime used to be full of deep friends:
Utena & Anthy
Shinji & Kaworu
Reinhard & Kircheis
What the fuck happend /a/? May Putin save us from the depravity
>for little kids
You didn't read the manga and you didn't watch the anime.
>little kids can't into those things
>therefore they are gay
Just fucking stupid.
Didn't they change the air time because it became too dark for kids?
There's still plenty of pure friendships
So what, the Redwall books are a massacre everytime and still for kids.
Latest episodes are borderline homo. Not because there is something gay now but because their scenes looks like a cheesy romance shoujoshit.
Homo ending incoming
I don't know what you're talking about so I can't make any meaningful comparison.
However since you're still pushing HxH as a kids show, it shows that you haven't read or watched HxH beyond first few chapters/episodes.
yeah, everything used to be so much better
why don't we just kill ourselves
It was all Evangelion's fault.
I mean, that there are relationships where both of the people involved have homolust feelings for the other, but int this case it was just Franz.
>Remember when anime had deep friendships between two boys or two girls without any kind of homosexual subtext or fanservice?
No such thing. Everything ever done was done so someone could get laid. You know why the helicopter was invented? Because, someone, somewhere, thought they could use it to have sex.
What's the show OP? Art style looks pretty cool.
As for the substance of your post, not particularly. Clearly there are shows lacking the subtext, but the stuff I've seen from the 70s has plenty of fanservice and just as much subtext as modern stuff. I'm not familiar with anime from before then.
Indeed, the 70's were full of homolust.
this is pretty homo, on both genders
