Kill la Kill confirmed for better written and better produced than Gurren Lagann.
>Kill la Kill
>better than anyhing
Don't drag other people's crap onto /a/.
It was left in the toilet for a reason. Now you've got your hands dirty, and the board smelly, and you expect us to care? How old are you, exactly?
dat ugly font rendering
TTGL was shit so it's no surprise.
But people do that all the time, man.
I want the tiny minority on /a/ to please shut up
Tell me when she finishes her digimon retrospective and I'll care about her again
>klk better than anything other than maybe inferno cop production wise
i lost it
That girl must be as blind as a bat to claim KLK has anything equal or superior to TTGL in terms of production quality.
And just as well...what exactly does she argue in favor of Kill la Kill's writing? Is she really that impressed by the last twist?
That's not an excuse. Are you a lemming?
Who is this and why should I care about this person's opinion?
What's the point of saving the non-gif version of this?
Wanted to ask the same question. This is what /a/ has became? Some random otakufaggot tweets something and people don't sage the thread made about it? Holy fuck.
That girl has abysmal taste. But gurren lagann was better.
Is she really implying that a super robot anime needs good writing? What era are we living in...
Who is this, and why do you care?
Well maybe that. After Nakajima through out the original story plans for TTGL to make the story more Nia centric, it did have a ton of problems with the new ending, plot holes since stuff was fit to match the old ending, characters not being fleshed out so nia could get more screen time, etc, so it did have writing problems. KLK so far is more tightly written and seems to be sticking with what they planned out before.
> better produced
absolutely not. Art wise they are on the same footing, but animation wise and other production values GL blows KLK out of the water.
On /v/ maybe.
Last time I checked, GL didn't take 14 fucking episodes for important plot related things to finally happen
Such a deep and original analysis, nobody ever saw the similarity between TTGL and KLK before, right?
And who the fuck is this?
I don't see how anything in your post tells us that KLK is better written though, since the Nia stuff came at the very end and we're not at that point. The comparison is uneven.
Who the fuck is this bitch, and why did you feel that we needed to know her opinions?
The fuck is this guy smoking?
I prefer KLK even though it hasn't finished. The characters are more enjoyable and music is 10x better, Obviously it could go down hill but I highly doubt it.
Well, if we're talking about the first half of TTGL and comparing to what we have of KLK, TTGL absolutely destroys it. But all KLK has to do is have the rest of the show not become complete shit, and it'll average out to be better than TTGL as a whole.
Because she's a professional anime critic?
>Adventure Time avatar
Oh, so nothing of value.
>professional anime critic
That's not even Adventure Time, it's from Steven Universe.
>Who the fuck is this bitch, and why did you feel that we needed to know her opinions?
A girl who said Utena's lesbianism was just fan projection (because she's a Christian and homosexuality is wrong)
A girl who said SHAFT was a no-name studio with nothing under their belt until they made Madoka
A girl who said any anime that panders to one gender and is full of fanservice is trash then lists Free! as her favorite anime of the year
A girl who used a 4Kids edited dub to prove a point when the original sub version contradicted her statement
A girl who said Pretty Cure is not that big and irrelevant to the anime industry
I'm just going to put this here to show off her reviewing skills.
>video opens with twiggy girl in a shitty Good Will Ritona cosplay outfit
Oh, she's one of those 'most of my review will actually be poorly acted skits' like TGWTG and other 'internet critics'?
>some fuckhead on the internet has a retarded opinion
Oh man, what a surprise.
who gives a shit then?
I couldn't last 30 seconds
go back to /v/ you imbecile, I'm sure there's an Eric Kain thread up
If there really was a 'professional anime critic' I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be some gaijin in the west.
>person i don't know/care about making statements
I really can't tell what's more wrong between better produced or better written.
We need someone as good as Morgan Webb to start reviewing anime. Then I'd be interested. Anyway I had to close that video about 15 seconds in.
