Name a more badass move than the erupting burning finger. Protip: you can't
On a sidebar subject, which release is better for this show; A-S or EG? I want to rewatch it and comments say both are a mixed bag as far as quality goes.
/m/ has the most badass moves.
Prove me wrong.
This is the only gundam I enjoyed.
God damn it was cool.
I went with EG, no major issues that I can remember.
At least the two-part batch torrents on Nyaa still have a few seeds, even if they're a little hefty on filesize.
My hand will begin glowing with an awesome power within a week.
Falcon Punch the epic meme
Giga Dorill Bureekaa
Neo Armstrong Cyclone Jet Armstrong attack
Well that's five. More at 11
I don't know what I've been using, but I compared like 4 releases I torrented and I kept the best one.
Just downloaded EG and I'm going to compare it to my current one.
I envy your superior internet.
is that megabits or bytes?
Lowercase B dictates bits.
Translates to roughly 150KB/s dl, 30KB/s up.
Damn nigga where the fuck do you live?
My internet's not amazing, but it's much better than that. On good days I get around 1.5 megabytes per second.
Better. They summon a giant king for fuck's sake.
~100 miles northwest of here, but might as well be here.
The release I had is on the left ([B-A]?), and EG on the right.
Right is obviously larger, and it's more saturated, and looks cleaner, but I'm not sure if it has all the detail the left does.
On another note, since I really don't know what I'm doing with madvr in MPC, I tried the first scene with it turned off, but all that did was make the resolution the same size as the left as far as I could tell.
> I'm not sure if it has all the detail the left does
From those screens, it seems it depends on the scene you choose to compare as to how much visible detail there is.
The first comparison, right seems to have a tad more detail visible, though that may be in part due to the larger resolution and saturation settings..
The second comparison emphasizes foreground details better, however background details, such as the stars, lost a bit of presence.
The third comparison also emphasizes some of the landscape detail, though this may also be due to the larger resolution, but not so much the backside of the Gundam due to the lighting.
That aside, I'll probably go with EG's release after seeing this comparison, since it will be for both a rewatch and archival purposes, the latter of which only holding up until if we get a remaster release in the future.
Violent semen inferno.
>watching the dub
Why the fuck they censored "god" and "devil" I'll never know. I mean, hell, the show is named for the God Gundam.
The popular theory that it was due to Gundam Wing toys being pulled off of shelves because Deathscythe hell having hell in it's names in the US.
I dunno, I think setting people on fire with a huge fireball by just snapping your fingers is pretty badass.
This guy gets it.
I'm sorry Domon, but we've been over this. Blowing up the guy's head is nowhere near as awesome as running them through with a sword capable of cutting all known matter apart without resistance and then vaporizing them in a nuclear explosion.
Except the final evolution of hte Erupting Burning Finger shits on those.
>more badass than erupting burning finger
I sure can: erupting god finger.
I'll top that.
dat sailor uranus attack
>Implying Domons English battle screams and speeches aren't the fucking best.
I am watching the A-S release right now but there are 2 episodes around 15 where the subs really fucked up. For one episode they are massive and the next they are out of sunc and in the top right corner. Other than that it is good.
I've got a special place in my heart for KING KITTAN GIGA DURIRU BREAKAAAAA
CANDLELIGHT'S LAST SPARKLING
