Will there ever be another series as perfect as Shinsekai Yori?

From the catalog, that picture looked like a hairy gorilla anus.

When will UTW finish subbing the BDs? I'm waiting for the BDs to marathon the series.
>>

Never.

Rip the subs from UTW's TV release and slap it on some raws or something. Or watch the BD up to... 16, I believe, that UTW subbed and watch the rest as a TV release, but you would gain some pleb points.

I hope this isn't true...

I could do this, I can even sync them, but I dont know if there is new dialog in the BDs.

I thought I was going to be the only one who saw that. Clicked it because I thought it was an image swap.

Sorry anon, as I learned in the last SSY thread, SSY is an "edgy pulp horror gorefest" for people who have never read any decent sci-fi in their lives. No questions asked. If you like SSY, you are an idiot and there is no chance that you have, or ever will read good Sci-fi or Fantasy, because you are a moron who latches onto any sign of it in mediocre "pulp horror" novels that have been adapted into anime. I saw the light, why don't you?

>perfect
Despite it being one of my favorites the show clearly had several issues, including pacing and art/animation in some episodes.

Like?

Has nothing to do with SSY or animu, but personally I really liked Joe Haldemans work, and Scalziss "Old Mans War".
Those are military Sci-Fi though, I don't know if that matches your tastes.
Stuff like Neuromancer and any Dick, Clarke and Asimov are classics, of course.

I did this except used Horrible/CR subs because
>cantus and other made up words

Are there new dialogs? The tv subs match ok with the BDs?

The only chance is to buy blu-ray discs and wait till some director picks decent series to adapt. Pic related.

I haven't checked. I was under the impression that dialogue usually doesn't change.

There's a delay for some reason for the first half of the series so I have to fix it by setting a delay on the subs. The 2nd half of the show is fine for some strange reason.
