Anybody explain to me why her story arc
Brought so much
>Pic Definitely Related
>Also Katawa Shoujo Thread
Please go back to your containment thread.
This is a video game, go post on /v/ or the /vg/ thread.
Go back to /b/ or /vg/
It brought so much feels because it was a great arc and Lilly is the second best girl.
But /a/ is not the place to discuss Katawa Shoujo, there is an eternal KSGeneral going on on /vg/ where you can talk about it.
Hey /vg/, someone got out. Fix this now.
Technically a Visual Novel
Well, VNs aren't /a/ either, and it isn't Japanese so it can't be /jp/
That first one agreed with you, retard
Fuck off to your thread #20XX in /vg/
How I wish no one ever thought of creating KS.
Is KS our MLP?
It's like you guys have never visited a single KS thread on /vg/. They don't discuss KS at all, it's just a giant circlejerk.
What's so wrong about ONE thread about the novel that had 5 years worth of hype here? You guys refuse to talk about it all the time; one thread that has actual discussion wouldn't hurt.
Let's say it doesn't belong to /a/ (even though it did for five years), /v/ and /jp/ are still better places than /vg/ for it.
moot is going to ban everyone that posted on /mlp/ like he did with /fur/, right? Any day now..
Then fuck off to /v/ and /jp/.
>ONE thread about the novel that had 5 years worth of hype here
It doesn't belong here; it doesn't matter if /ksg/ never discusses it, that's their problem. Not ours.
Although I really enjoyed Katawa Shoujo, it doesn't belong here. Take it to KSG on /vg/, please.
Everyone has already redirected OP and explained to him why this thread doesn't belong here. Stop bumping the thread and acting like an annoying brat.
Dare we ever have one, it would be just another bashing of how awful and overrated this cancer is.
Its practically the Naruto of Visual novels.
Go circlejerk in your ghetto in /vg/.
b-b-but I saged
It was the other anons who bumped this
Maybe your idea would be plausible if the OP wasn't so fucking horrid.
No, that's K-On
I don't even want to discuss KS; I'm just saying that there are better places than /vg/. Telling this guy to go there is like telling him "fuck off, go discuss anime on /o/", which makes no sense.
But you obviously get too mad whenever the topic comes out.
It's pretty sad; I remember the day it got released and how a shit ton of people were downloading, hyped as fuck.
Then we had a week or two of non-stop discussion. After that, people got tired of talking so much about it. Somehow, a year later, /a/ hated KS with burning passion.
Why are you so irrationally mad? "Naruto of X"? Only an idiot or a 15 year-old would resort to such analogies.
>I'm just saying that there are better places than /vg/
Except that's where it belongs.
>Telling this guy to go there is like telling him "fuck off, go discuss anime on /o/", which makes no sense.
As the other anon mentioned, that's their problem, not ours.
> Somehow, a year later, /a/ hated KS with burning passion.
If you don't know why, then you're an idiot that needs to leave.
>fuck off, go discuss anime on /o/"
Except we're not telling OP to fuck off to a non-related board.
KS does not belong on /a/ or /jp/.
/jp/ is for Japanese culture not VNs in general.
You can't make an off topic thread just because its relevant board won't discuss it, that's inane.
holy fucking shit what the fuck do they even still talk about
Because it betrayed everyones expectations. Its a medicore visual novel that uses disabled girls to act deep and hide the shallow storyline within.
Practically every single plebian that discusses this recycles their faggotry.
>hur duuur its made by 4chan
>hur duuur 4chan has a heart
>hur duuur its so deep what should I try next?
>If you don't know why
Because it made its way to /v/, which ended up on /v/irgins coming to /a/ to shitpost and discuss this overtalked VN all day long, even though it wasn't really anime? Probably something like that. Not to mention that it probably made its way to Reddit and normalfag places like that.
Or something silly like "We waited 5 years for it and it wasn't a 10/10 masterpiece, we mad".
OP won't have its discussion anywhere, then. We better just redirect him to a forum or something, since this thread is more about KS than KSGeneral (god, that place is horrible). Anyway, I'll stop posting.
Comparing Naruto to KS is actually pretty apt. It, like KS, is scorned not so much for its content as the people it attracts. In terms of quality, both are simply mediocre -- there are worse series around. However, their respective fanbases are fetid and unwanted.
I've seen KS being criticized of many things, but it trying to be "deep" is a first. If you think KS was being "pretentious", you probably possess a middle school level reading comprehension.
I've literally never seen KS being discussed anywhere outside 4chan.
Hell, I don't even see it being discussed here because both /a/ and /v/ get way too mad whenever someone mentions it.
>OP won't have its discussion anywhere, then
Then that's just how it'll have to be.
If /vg/ won't talk about, then nowhere can.
Plus, /ksg/ will talk about the game if you talk about your first time playing it, so you probably didn't ask them.
>OP won't have its discussion anywhere...
That's his problem. He can go search out one of the thousands of anime websites out there to discuss it.
>Anyway, I'll stop posting.
Would be even better if you decide to never post on /a/ again.
>I've literally never seen KS being discussed anywhere outside 4chan.
Try looking further than the rock you live under.
>being this mad
>popular because of its big brother /b/
Im not an old fag but /a/ and random used to be together until moot created /b/, right?
Reject writefags who didn't make it on /a/.
Bound to KS as an eternal damnation.
I thought /b/ and /a/ were made at the same time
What a terrible timing to post this picture. This isn't even about what kind of anime you can discuss here, or how level-headed the discussion can generally be. Did you just want to post that picture? Do you not understand the topic at hand?
It existed as Anime & Random prior to the split.
>When he first created the website, it had only two boards: "/a/ – Anime/General" and "/b/ – Anime/Random"
>Did you just want to post that picture? Do you not understand the topic at hand?
Use your head, retard. It means fuck off to any one of those alternatives. Doesn't matter if you're talking about KS, or anime, or what ever the fuck. Just go.
/a/ was for series discussion.
/b/ was meant to be a home for things that'd be in the same vein as waifu threads, buyfag threads, the DJT and pre-order sales threads.
Are you seriously thinking everyone you reply to is OP?
You know those people who have only watched one show or read one manga and now act like it's the best thing that could possibly exist? That's the KS fanbase, only with VN in this case. No one wants those people, not even /v/.
So /a/ as it exists today is closer to primordial /b/ than it is to primordial /a/?
I'm not in favor of this thread staying here, nor am I intent in discussing KS. Your zeal to out people to somewhere else in light of what you perceive to be cancerous is quite ironic, however.
You're a worst poster than them.
The same could be said about immensely popular VNs here, F/SN for example.
It's a pretty bad comparison; any show could be discussed on /a/ if OP made a proper thread or at least a subtle way of saying it's one of his first anime:
>I just watched XX, what does /a/ think about it?
>So I was watching XX and something something XX thread.
We even have actual decent Naruto threads once in a while, when people realize it's better to have one single thread about a show they don't like instead of several because the ones they make keep getting shitposted/spammed.
KS should be the same in VN-related places:
>I was reading KS and then blah blah KS thread
>What the fuck happened in X's route in KS?
The difference is that KS has the stigma of being KS, unlike any other VN. You don't see people getting mad at people reading Planetarian or Danganronpa, even though they're baby-tier.
Like I give a fuck if you're OP. I figured the message behind posting the image was clear enough for anyone to understand given the context.
If one were not so zealous then they'd feel inclined to stay.
