well, are you hyped for season 2 yet? what do you want to see? any particular characters you hope to see return?
>>
I wanna be COMFY
>>
So I watch the first episode, yeah

And I wonder

Why are there no incest doujins of loli grandma and her grandson
>>
>>101701762
Can't you watch anything without holding onto your dick
>>
The doctor of course, i want to see more of his collection.

I'm hyped for smoking bowl while watching each new episode, which is basically the entire point of this series. Ginko never stops blazing in the series, and all the character movements are so slow and deliberate. Shit's fucking relaxing.
>>
>>101701651
I can't really remember anymore but I think I dropped it around E4-6 because it was too boring.

If only it was a Kino no Tabi sequel... ;_;
>>
Mushi are assholes. Sure, most of them are basically just floaty blobs, but some of them are too fucking dangerous.

Like the Uro, the one that lives in those cocoons that mushi use to send letters, that one fucking terrifies me. They might be mildly useful, but if you fuck up even once you're doomed to wander dark caverns for eternity until you lose your mind. That's fucked up.
>>
>>101702090
That episode man, that ending. One of the best feel good ending in the series.
>>
>>101701762
>ruining a good show/manga with shitty porn adaptions
>>
>>101702090
>those fungi that absorb the embryo in a pregnant woman and replicate their own version of it

jesus christ that episode was pretty dark even for Mushishi
>>
>>101702401
I wouldn't call it a happy ending at all. Ginko said that if you wander in the caverns long enough you lose all memories, and we don't know how long it took for the sister to get out. The twin who lived may have already been dead at that point.
>>
>>101702668
>The twin who lived may have already been dead at that point.
Fuck,i never see it that way.

One of the saddest episodes that was also one of my favorites. The mom was so adorable, though I felt bad for her since she had no hope of ever really getting better.
>>
How many girls did Ginko end up boning? I remember it being almost one per episode, but I haven't watched it in a while so I only remember the girl who lived in the snowy mountains, and the girl with the mushi on her legs
>>
I hope to see the girl with the black leg, the one who writes all the history. The idea of that Mushishi sounds pretty cool. Damm this show had its moments.

>>101702867
She was cute.
>>
Honestly contemplating about waiting for the whole season to come out, so I can watch it at my own pace.
But then again, I probably won't be able to last half a year assuming it's also 26 episodes[/spoilers]
>>
>>101702867
I guess the mushi might have infected the father too? The extra food scene at the end is sad, the kid got it worst maybe, him knowing what happened to his father.
>>
>>101701651
Ginko
>>
>>101702668
On the OVA, when everyone is watching the eclipse, there are many stills with characters of the TV episodes. I believe one of them has the twins watching the eclipse. It's a really nice scene.
>>
I just hope they stick to the same format as before, it's simple and easy to reproduce so I have high hopes they won't fuck it up.

I would kinda like to see the "big" mushi more though, like the giant mushi that ate the mountain guardian guy
>>
I'm a sentimental faggot who wants to see Ginko fall in love and/or emotionally over-invested and hurt. Most of the time he just sort of blows into town, does some troubleshooting, sets things right, then blows out, all the while wearing aloofness like a cloak. The episodes that stand out in my memory are the ones which reveal the chinks in his armor, the one with the blind girl, for example.
>>
>>101703768
well he can't really stay in the same place since he'd attract tons of mushi. though i would like to see him with a traveling companion.
>>
I want to see that dude who looked like a chick and wanted to fuck a lake again.

I think it's safe to say this girl and Ginko are going to traverse the lands solving mushi cases together once the mushi in her leg fucks off.

OTP.
>>
>>101704467
What, that one is a girl though, I think
>>
>>101704925
I thought he called him a guy.
>>
Hopefully they don't start adding in action and some stupid over arching END OF THE WORLD plot involving a big mushi monster. It's so much better of as it is being this small directionless adventure every episode.
>>
>>101705843
Bet ya fiddy bucks the big bad mushishi in that girls leg will come back.
>>
>>101705936
or

>no ginko you are the mushi

thanks shamalama'dingdong

God I hope this doesn't happen. I will fucking cry.

That actually sounds stupid enough for them to add it in. It probably explains his unique approach to mushi as well.

Kino has alot more variety, while I enjoy Mushihi, every episode feels pretty much the same, and the art is bland and most of the side characters loo the same. Kino explored a much wider range of ideas and had very diverse art.
>>
This show was great, it was pretty consistent, and didn't start losing it's structure, I hope season 2 stays as consistent. Also no moe shit
>>
>>101707062
>implying Ginko isn't moe
>>
>>101707096
Nah the guys solid, does what he needs to do and gets the fuck outta there.
>>
>>101704757
Agreed. Favorite episode was the one she appeared.
>>
As long as it's similar to the first season, it'll be great. I'm just so happy it's getting another season. Gives me hope for other potential series getting another season
>>
>>101705843
If they're adapting the manga I don't know why they wouldn't to be honest you don't have to worry about that. It's episodic adventures to the very end.
>>
>>101710028
phew
>>
You know, I never finished the first season because I prefer the dub, sans the awful narrator, but because its on Youtube there's few seeded downloads for the dubbed version.
>>
>>101710236
Netflix. You could make a one month trial account to watch if you don't have one.
>>
>>101706175
Didn't you watch S1?
He essentially will become part of a mushi, the darkness that engulf a person and all they remember.
>>
>>101710311
>netflix
Nah. There is a torrent on AnimeBytes for the dual audio, though.
>>
The worst part of the series was when the little child actors tried to act. If they can get some decent kids then it should be fine
>>
Wish we could have a Mononoke sequel instead
>>
>>101703169
That scene was great, though it took a while to figure out because of the insane sameface. I think I need to rewatch the first season though, because I don't remember a lot of the characters.
>>
The samefaces for the series bothered me sometimes.
>>
>>101715137
The fingers were also drawn kinda weird
>>
>>101713966
It also didn't help that since Ginko mostly helped out peasants everyone wore similar clothing as well.
>>
>>101711915
I really don't know which I'd prefer if I could only get either mononoke or mushishi s2. Though it's always bothered me that mononoke gets confused with princess mononoke and that always kinda pissed me off.
