Should I watch Mirai Nikki? Y/N
>babbies first yandere-the anime
if you like that kind of thing and are new to anime, i guess why not
die in a ditch
you are a fucking faggot for asking
If you haven't seen it already, you probably should.
That's a no, then.
If you hate it you can laugh at how bad it is
If you like it >>101648442
Only Yandere anime I can think of.
Would have been better if the protagonist wasn't the biggest loser weakling idiot ever. Or if he ever improved at all during the course of the show.
Y but last half is shit
I only have limited time, sadly.
>Yandere is a genre
sage for rec thread
Yuki being weak and pathetic was kind of the point of his character
Counter sage. :^)
No because it ripped off Deadman Wonderland
Why is this type of protagonist found so often in anime? I can think of so many series where there is no character development at all and the only defining traits of the protagonist are that he's weak minded or indecisive.
But Mirai Nikki came firs-Oh.
Either watch it all the way, or don't watch it at all.
Yuukiii v2 is an illustration of what goes wrong when you meddle. Yuki v1 had his shit together, and won The Game, and gave his life rather than have to kill his waifu.
Yuki 2 can't do any of this, because Yuno never gives him a chance to step up, even in the very first episode. His neuroses are an entirely understandable response to being "looked after" by a deranged stalker. She turns him into Arnold Rimmer.
You should, but I warn you. It is extremely overrated. It's not bad at all, but it's not as great as everyone says.
Who says it's great? It gets unanimous hate on /a/.
Is this other series good? These screenshots are intriguing. Or is it shit like this?
In Mirai Nikki, it's because he's a shadow of his former self, and intended to be compared to him.
In Alien 9, it's because they're playing it straight, and having a mental breakdown is an entirely rational response to being picked for the afterschool alien-overlord-host-body-club.
In Evangelion, it's because he's
- intended to represent the viewer, who'd fall to pieces if given a giant robot, and would destroy the world rather than have to live in it
- a commentary on Generic Female Character
- all of the above
- none of the above
It's on par with Mirai Nikki, except it doesn't have an ending. The rest of the manga didn't get adapted so you'll have to read it. It's a commercial.
No god damnit, read the manga. Make sure to read the epilogue side story as well.
And if you've already read the manga read it again.
what's the best place to download manga these days?
The premise is interesting, but it quickly gets sidetracked from the green mile into fight club.
You can't download things off the internet, stupid.
