What do you use to track how much anime you've watched?
My stubble and creepy vampire skin.
SQL database on my Debian GNU/Linux home server.
Every time I complete a show, I cut a piece of my skin and append it on the wall
>Le fail to fit in faec
Why would I or anybody else care
Using it to stay organized =/= Being part of the putrid community.
Nothing, even if I forgot I've watched something I remember it as soon as I see the name or a picture of it.
So you'll remember 500 anime?
I care because I have short term memory and very often I forget which episode of what I'm on. It's very helpful and useful to stay organized on your anime.
Why would I need to track how much anime I've watched?
You missed the point.
I only use MAL because it's my anime list.
My brains. It's not very efficient but I don't really care.
My brain. It's not very efficient but I don't really care.
Automatically downloads new episodes when they go up on Nyaa, updates how many episodes I've seen when I finish one, gives me a nice list of everything I'm watching, have watched, and plan to watch in the future.
Anime planet, I only use it to have a list of shows, I don't care about how many hours I've spent or anything like that
I know it's shit but I already started using it and don't care enough to switch
I don't need to dickwave over how much anime I've watched, but would rather just watch the fucking anime and discuss it whenever it comes up, than keep track of it when it really isn't even important.
I love anime, keeping track of how many series I've watched or dropped doesn't change that fact, and it doesn't matter. Because now matter how much I watch, that love will never fade.
because I've been here since 2006
>Doesn't recognize the name ruggarell
Ruggarell is a dedicated shitposter split across the boards, and he dedicates a majority of the day shitposting and ban evading.
If you see any mention of him, don't respond
Don't even try to reason with it, it's just an attempt to rile you up and shit up the thread.
What he said.
i don't really see the merit in remembering how many anime i have watched
it's like remembering how many breads you have eaten in your life
my computers harddrive failed once many years ago so never again
ITT: Hipster hating on MAL because it's popular
My own memory.
Seriously thought I don't keep track as such.
It's scary how big my archive is now
Indeed. Almost everything is automatic, it hooks onto mpc, updates list. I like it. based dev
