Does /a/ ever buy blurays?
spending money is for fags
>having money to spend
>not buying blu-rays
What kind of poorfag are you?
That's more or less what I mean.
I did once. It made me feel like a big man.
Yep. 1.11, 2.22, and 3.33 when it finally comes out. I also recently bought Steins;Gate. It's worth it in my opinion.
I don't even have a Blu-ray player yet.
Is there a site that tells you the quality of the releases?
>He doesn't have a PS4
>implying I buy localized shit
Depends on if i want it. I usually get the dual copies for my broke ass friends.
I would never waste money on scam-rays, I am not paying almost a minimum of 500 dollars for several discs with 2-3 episodes on it
Don't have a bluray player.
I don't even have a working DVD player. I have one in my PC, but every time I plug it into the power supply, Windows won't boot until I unplug it.
It's more like $40-$50

I am not talking per disc, I am talking to collect a full season as the blurays come out
Is the anime:
[ ] Worth re-watching?
[ ] Worth exposing my power level?
[ ] Worth more than something else for the same price?
If all 3, then I'll buy it. That said the usual price of anime is steep, and I have other hobbies that require funding.
If there was an option to buy anime digitally like Ultra Violet if every service that supported it wasn't shit and the prices were closer to US norm I'd buy a hell of a lot more anime.
Those three things are pretty good, especially 2 and 3
I bought/pre-ordered all the Kill la Kill blu rays
Remember to import, otherwise you're just supporting Funi and not the creators.
Seriously. Buying one volume from the Japs gives more back than a whole damn localized BD box.
That was some cheap bait anon
I took advantage of the best buy anime sale and bought GUP blu-ray
Can't I just pirate and then mail them some cash?
>That Tetris theme.
Oh god I'm so sorry.
I hear the FLCL is pretty meh
Bought Riding Bean blu-ray
Going to buy Yoroshiku Mechadohc and maybe the Black Lagoon sets
FLCL suffered by being a bad upscale. It was early in the digital mastering era of anime, so it was before HD was really a thing. It was mastered in roughly 480p and Gainax hasn't gone back yet(as far as I know) to remaster it to a higher resolution for a new BD release.
Older series shot on film transfer wonderfully to HD, assuming the original negatives can be found and not too damaged.
Not yet, but when I do it'll be Samurai Champloo first. Show's just 2good.
>not gaming in PC
>not having both
