Can someone translate this for me
Translators note: Bento means Oishii
Rubba dub dub arigatou for the bentou
rub a dub dub thanks for the itadakimasu
Something something pleasure of nakadashi inside.
get an feeling so complicated
"And my single-portion takeout or home-packed meal common in Japanese cuisine! What have you done?!"
Why don't they just translate it as lunch, or packed lunch.
It's not lunch if you eat it all during the first break.
That would destroy the Japanese spirit.
If you don't know English, why are you using English subs? I'll help you out. http://www.thefreedictionary.com/bento
Next time you don't know a word, look it up in a dictionary like a normal person instead of making a childish thread.
because its a fucking bentou.
You can sage all you want, nothing will break my Yamato Damashii!
ackuna.com/badtranslator says it means "For lunch, what do you do?"
Because of all the deep cultural implications, how are you supposed to understand the show properly without stuff like honorifics?
You see, bentou (東方) is the ancient samurai code of honor. It represents the joy or 'pleasure' one feels during the thrill of battle. Master samurai were said to, when felled in battle (or 'cummed inside' by the enemies blade), experience ecstasy known as ahegao (アホ毛). This is the core of the bentou.
I understand what you're getting at and sort of agree, but it actually is becoming a sort of loan word in the western world, so is less and less important in that sense.
What a shit bentou, it's not even pinku.
>implying honorifics are not important
I'm not even saying they should be in the subs, but you need to pay attention to them.
