Do you like it?
No.I fucking love
Why do you have your actual email address in the email?
Literally jizzing everywhere, dub was actually pretty good on it too since I watched it on netflix.
If you don't you should have yourself institutionalized.
It's in my top 5.
I did. Liked Durarara more up until the second half though.
Mandatory Brains Base S2 reply.
Something can't be good while the other twelve episodes are awful. Durarara was bad.
How the fuck you can see it
I should, and I could never get into baccano
/a/non is right once again!
What? The second half wasn't bad, it just wasn't the first half all over again. It was still interesting, it just didn't have that fresh, new feel like the first half did.
because I can, patrick
I disliked it at first but it grew on me over time. It's great.
Putting my mouse over it you fuckwit. Its attached with every post you make if you put it in there. Is this your first day, or am I getting seriously rused?
That's kinda scary man ⊙▂⊙
>Not owning a platinum account like anyone else
Get your shit together, Patrick
Well, this is my second month using this website and I never knew about that
I'm reading the 6th book now. The one after children of the bottle.I think it's called The Slash.
Shit is getting super interesting. I would like to discuss the books, but I don't want any spoilers.
You are kinda gay man.
Well now that you know, stop doing so.
Don't post untell you lurk for at least a year.
Never. Which sucks because I would love to see stuff like Firo, Ladd and Isaac having prison adventures in Alcatraz or the arc about the MGS2 like Flying Pussyfoot recreation on boats animated.
better late then never.
I love it when I see a movie/series that makes me go "what the hell is going on" and then "oh, this makes perfectly sense (within its own context/rules) everything is clear now"
Like Inception that cleared the plot...except the way certain plot devices would work.
I have been told is better the second time because you connect everything, I will probably watch it with a friend and this time with the english dub.
the series is still going on? I never read the LN, do you find them Nyaa?
Dont make recommendations threads.
Install the google image search browser plugin.
I rike it.
Didn't it deviate from the books highly by the end?
The whole Runorata drug conflict with the daily days didn't even exist in the anime.
I watched the show when I was on vacation and had no internet. Fuck it was awesome.
Inception a shit
It's got everything except a plot.
Come on, man.
Durarara is better if for no other reason than Celty.
I havent seen it YET.
whose story does not resolve, I enjoyed Baccano and I am satisfied with it, why? Because the story starts and ends.
are you insane? What about the whole elisir affair and trying to follow the old man? The affair on the train...why do I even bother with you?
Yeah, when I was watching it a second time, I wondered why I even sat through it the first time considering how I wouldn't have understood anything.
I found the LN on Baka-tsuki. I think it's still going on.
That would be true if Celty continued to be the main focus.
It really only deviated with the Eve story and it's not like they wrote themselves into a corner.
They cut a junkie subplot and changed some relatively minor things Gustavo just getting shot instead of being stabbed in the neck with the exposed bone of Luck's severed arm.
I didn't really rike it, but it was stylish.
What about the whole extra 3 episodes? Those are just plain wrong from what I've read so far.
I like the way the anime set up the premise, with Carol and the newspaper Vice president and everything, although I don't know if it would have worked with the book.
Baccano! (the specials) has one of my favourite endings or lack thereof, if you prefer, of any show.
They aren't wrong they just come later. The Graham kidnapping Chane story is in book 14
Oh, okay. I thought something like that was the case. I suppose it could work then.
>whose story does not resolve
Sure it does, you just have to read the novels. Her story is one of the two main plot lines of the series and it sure wasn't finished after what the anime covered.
are the Durarara LNovels done?
I liked Durarara's writing more, but Baccano definitely has the better cast. Outside of Celty, Izaya, Shizuo, and Shinra, everyone is forgettable.
Well the two otaku kids are memorable too but I can't even remember their names.
It was okay. I would have liked it a lot more if it would have just focused on the mafia, and not on the stupid immortality bullshit.
The current novel series is finished but Narita is going to start a second part called Durarara SH later this year.
I see, well he will eventually get tired of it and finish it.
Has Narita finished any of his series?
I am 20 he is around 30, there is plenty of time to finish it.
