Fuck you /a/. I was promised cute girls singing cute things, I didn't ask for all this sad shit.
Also, that mash-up of Change and Ready!! was fucking magical.
So in the end, who was your favorite aidoru?
Honestly, I can't decide between Hibiki and Takane. They're both such good girls in their own way.
Now go play the games.
Too bad the movie fails to capture that same magic (especially that big arena concert).
Good taste. Miki's my favorite, myself.
Hibiki is my waifu but Takane is my second favorite girl.
What specifically is wrong with it? Character interactions aren't as good?
It focuses too much on a pissed mobage girl.
Still makes me cry like a bitch. I've never felt so crushed in my life at how terrible Chihaya was set up.
My introduction into the idolm@ster series and I wasn't expecting anything expect idol girls doing idol things. Glad to see I got more, but now I wish I knew moon so I could play the games more. PSP ones are great and all but I can produce Miki.
Good taste anon. Miki is my beautiful waifu. Got the one of the left in the mail today.
I'm talking about one of the shitty million live girls that thinks she's good enough to be on stage singing instead of being a backstage dancer, despite being fucking new.
Yet again, CG ruined everything.
The drama was reminiscent of Haruka's arc, but I didn't like how it revolved around a couple Million Live girls. I wasn't expecting anything emotional like Chihaya's story, but there was no investment to care. There was an interesting twist concerning Producer (I'll avoid spoilers), but they could have developed it further. The main focus was about Haruka trying to stick to her convictions on being an idol. In addition, the movie simply dragged on too long. The two hour movie could have been condensed by 30 minutes.
Also, the ending concert was entirely CG. It didn't have that animation quality seen in episodes 13 or 25.
However, I will admit the first 30 minutes of the movie were absolutely amazing. The fanservice was stunning.
CG wasn't in the movie, it was MLs that ruined everything this time.
Clarification: when I say "CG" I mean the computer-graphics (like the concerts in Love Live), NOT "Cinderella Girls"
Say CGI then.
The cg made me drop love live, sadly.
cam rips where
>Also, the ending concert was entirely CG
No, it wasn't.
Man that framerate makes it look so fucking bad.
That CM is deceptive.
You're correct that I shouldn't use absolutes, but that video only covers a small portion of that scene.
Another note: that "flying-camera" pan was used way too much during that scene. I was hoping more of the close-ups like we saw in ep. 13 and 25
Whatever you do, do not go to the generals.
I've had them filtered for more than a year now, I'd actually forgotten they were there until you mentioned them.
>being this mad that someone told you to fuck off because you were being a faggot
Nigga I browse and post there daily, but even I know how shitty the threads are. But let's stop here, I will not allow you to derail another im@s thread today.
I've never even posted in one before, and I filtered them way before I even started watching the anime.
The dance scenes have CGI?
I never thought iM@S would stoop to the the level of Love Live and Aikatsu. Their dance animations were the main thing that set them apart from those god-awful series.
What is this bullshit, for real.
I thought I was going to like one of the loli twins more, or any loli. But Takane stole my heart.
I want to punch Dio.
Also I'm glad Jupiter turned out to be such bros.
Haruka's suffering in the last few episodes was delicious as well.
An evil guy being succesful at being evil thanks to misunderstandings is the thing I hate the most after NTR.
It wasn't a misunderstanding, it was literally a scam he set up to fuck over Takagi.
You haven't even experienced them if you've only done the anime, because some of them were really short changed in that show and generally not all of them got screen time.
Go play the games or do the manga to experience more, but for quite a few things that aren't translated manga might be the way to go at present.
Haruka the slutty murder.
One of us, One of us.
I heard it was good.
She's a murdering slut.
What a convenient thread. I just finished watching it about an hour ago. It was cute and fun, but a little predictable. I think I preferred the fist half; it seemed more colorful, and focused on more of the characters.
Yayoi a best.
Has anyone here seen that strange Idolmaster space mecha anime that aired in like 2006 or something? I'm wondering if it's worth checking out.
Please go. Haruka is best.
Also, does anyone actually like Iori?
Miki was kind of unlikeable as well, sorry to say.
>Liking a murdering slut
Where's that image when I need it.
There's this insufferable tripfag called Verty that's an obnoxious Iorifag, so yes. He spawned from the generals, too, but even they hate him and kicked him out.
Check your Shit Taste folder. It's there with your opinion of Haruka.
Good if you can stand half the characters not being themselves.
Read the DS manga for a sequel story
It features all the old idols as the mentor or go up against the new generation, nice references and story all around, and getting to see things from the other side really does give a different outlook on how the world is all one. The Dearly cast are all pretty good and generally have some interesting things going on in their routes.
It should be pretty good for pleasing older and newer fans.
>mfw I realized Miki and Iori are the same age
Likeable but her singing voice is terrible.
I honestly can't help but think Miki is like 16/17, and I also agree with you on Yayoi. She's awesome and all but she can't sing, same with the twins and Haruka.
I like Genki Tripper...
Listen to Ohayou!! Asa Gohan REM@STER-A.
That's unfortunate, though not completely surprising.
Alright, thanks. I may as well try it out. Not like I have anything better to do.
I know she can't really sing. But poverty moe just bypasses all of the crustiness in my heart and hits me in my softest spot. Combine that with happily-working-hard-for-little-siblings and there is nothing I can do to resist. I want to protect that everything.
I just like her hair and her eyes as well.
Haruka wasn't that bad. Iori on the other hand...
Oh shit, I actually like this. Normally their voices bother me but man this is spot on, but it doesn't really sound like Mami.
It's full on Asapon. Stuff's great.
My favorites are Miki, Chihaya, Makoto (though some songs her voice just isn't suited for) and Azuna. Takane and Yukiho I haven't listened enough to have strong opinions of, but Yukiho does have the best version of Kosmos, Cosmos by far.
Oops, I actually meant 9:02pm REM@STER-A, that one is even better. You will be shocked.
