Princess Tutu is just about the only anime that is worth actually buying
Moral of the story: Never listen to Drosselmeyer
for every 100 episodes of anime you watch illegally, the industry loses in excess of 500 dollars.
Damn, now I'm REALLY glad I don't pay for this stuff.
i love it when he talks he has an awesome voice
so if I watched 10,000 episodes, the industry would be out 50 grand?
They aren't losing anything if you're not part of the equation. Basic math.
Besides, American DVDs are SLOWPOKES compared to fansubbers.
Watch fansubs -> buy if like and if the import company didn't trainwreck it, so as to support good imports and not support shitty imports
>for every 100 episodes of anime you watch illegally, the industry CLAIMS it loses in excess of 500 dollars.
Can't the gov reimburse companies for losses like that? Which we pay through taxes?
We're all paying for animu somehows
Princess Tutu is the only animated series I would like to have a german dub of.
Stuff like this should be running on TV instead of Naruuto, One Piece or Yugi-Oh.
>>10148869 Can't the gov reimburse companies for losses like that?
THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH THIS MINDSET THAT IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY.
WHY UNITED STATES
WHY NOT UNITED KINGDOM
NOT EVERYONE LIVES IN THE STATES
>Can't the gov reimburse companies for losses like that?
I almost embedded my palm in my face.
The only way they'll be reimbursed would be
- By suing your ass
- By a surcharge on blank media, harddrives, RAM or bandwidth, which would suck.
Buy anime or enjoy the industry pandering to those who pay. If you like the same kind of anime as 30 year old Japanese otaku, you'll be OK. If not, not so much.
