Quick question: which groups release anime that is playable on the PSP?

Feel free to Yotsuba, too.

No one does. Learn to encode yourself.

Then don't watch anime on your PSP. Simple as that.

There are currently no groups that encode anime so that it can be played on PSP. You'll have to learn to encode in a format that's PSP friendly yourself.

Get a vita and use Deadfish, they encode shows to mp4 which can be played on a vita.
