So that team won it?
Landslide. It was like the Broncos weren't even on the field.
yea, They almost shut out the Broncos.
Manning-kun lost his way
Shittiest super bowl ever
I agree. Too bad they couldn't get a real team to play the Seahawks. Broncos are just shit.
Super Bowl 48 as written by Gen Urobuchi.
rape doujins when?
I did enjoy the /a/ thread on /sp/
Got a foolz link?
It was pretty comedic though so it had entertainment value in a different kind of way.
man this has a worse rape story then rin x san
When Manning can actually win a fucking ring
Anyone else have a custom jersey of their favorite team with their waifus name on the back?
Nah, Seahawks/Steelers was worse.
You mean Seahawks v Referees?
Refball is always the worst.
I thought Peyton Manning was the best there is, what happened?
One of the threads is still up on /sp/
He remembered the regular season was over.
>wasn't even a game
>shitty halftime show
>no really good commercials
Miku Monday? Where's the songs?
This. The /a/ threads were fun, though.
Hes a choker.
But not as bad as Tom Brady
The game was shit
The commercials were shit
Worst Superbowl ever.
All ten of them.
We had at least 5 or 6 that reached bump limit.
/a/ had threads?
shit I was just in the /a/ threads in /sp/
That's what I was talking about. I don't think there were any threads actually on /a/.
I never thought /a/ would do such threads at all
>have to hear nothing but bandwagoning seahawks fans at my workplace for weeks
You had one job broncos
They have one for every big sporting event.
oh, yeah those were fun
watching the game sucked, what a shit show, only redeeming factor were /sp/ shitposting and the /a/ thread.
I don't care for either team, but watching the Bronco's shit all over the field was only fun for so long. The only thing that kept me entertained was the sheer horribleness of it, and how any denver fans must have felt
Yeah, stuff like the Super Bowl has them for the people who go over just to watch it. I think some soccer threads had them a few years ago, but now they get deleted or something.
Seattle here. Although I'm happy the hawks won, I'm sad that we weren't able to see a close game. No thrill or uncertainty whatsoever, and it would have been much sweeter if there was.
Missed the game?
So glad so many other folks here enjoy both anime and sports.
Third and fourth quarters were ridiculously boring after Harvins return TD.
>mfw the safety was the end of the game
That is the sickest burn I have seen in a while. I'm sure everyone will get their panties in a bunch about this.
I don't have a picture appropriate enough to illustrate the disappearance of my sides, but I'll try.
Who doesn't? Sports anime is best anime.
I didn't think this thread would do decent either. I thought it would 404 after a couple replies
>Fucking broncos spaghetti galore
>us 12s bandwagon in full force
Yes, I mad
I stopped watching this shit bowl after the second half.
I disagree. That game was amazing! I've never seen a team get rekt that bad at the Super Bowl.
>after the second half
most people stop watching after then.
I would assume so.
>Budweiser and Car commercials
WTF was I watching? I saw, what I thought to be an adoption for puppies on t.v., to only be disappointed by more Budweiser
Did anyone else think the commercials this year were very bad?
The only memorable one was the Seinfeld one, but I don't even remember what they were selling.
People praising commercials?
I'm just glad that the Shithawks first super bowl win will go down as one of the most boring.
I thought a few of them were alright. Most were pretty dumb though.
I liked the one with Colbert because it was dumb-funny
It wasn't a commercial, it was a simply a half time skit.
That's the only reason to watch the soup herbal.
Yeah. None of them really stood out.
>all commercials available on YouTube weeks ahead of time
What was the point
Steamrolling isn't fun to watch.
Commercials were pretty meh.
Bruno Mars was entertaining to watch, but wow the lead in RHCP let himself go. The whole time I heard Give It Away, I thought he was talking about his stomach.
>being a literal fucking hipster and thinking watching the tsu-pear-toll for commercials makes you better than other people
Yeah I saw half of them watching Lost in Space reruns last week.
How can it be hipster when pretty much everybody watches it for the commercials?
Pistachio! I actually laughed at the absurdity as well.
Well yeah. The Super Bowl is just an ad for ads all television is.
I wasn't aware there was such a thing as good commercials.
There are some old fuckers that still don't know how the internet works. Sadly for all the companies, everybody stopped watching the game after the 1st quarter.
Where are you getting these seahawks pictures from, are you making them yourself?
>Not editing reaction images to post in /sp/
They blew. The only ones I really remember were the Budlight one when they picked up that guy, Seinfeld, that cool Jaguar villains commercial and the Bruce Willis one. I only remember the Bruce one because he started with "Great game, right?" and I laughing at him. Other than those, it sucked.
Defense wins championships, and they really brought it today. That being said, fans need to cut this "12th man" shit. It's nothing new and was done before. Laker bandwagoners during their good years were much more tolerable than shitcock fans right now.
>miku monday seahawks edition
This pleases me.
a lot of it was propaganda, especially that scientology shit. Of course no one cares about that and the media is having a manufactured shitstorm over how some idiots reacted to the coke commercial with "My country tis of thee" sung in different languages
>mfw lyrics for the national anthem plastered all over the stadium
dont you have to sing it every morning at the start of school how can you not know it?
That commercial sucked.
Pledge of allegiance is the one that is recited every day in school. National anthem is recited everywhere else.
That was such a bad game. The commercials sucked. At least the party I went to was good.
I'm kind of slowly starting to get into sports.
Never been into them before really
This. America is not Canada.
How much did you win /a/? I got 20k betting Seahawk over. I get to be a NEET a little while longer.
That game pissed me off so much.
Which is why I liked this game today. I wouldn't say it's revenge, but it definitely felt good.
Proof or it didn't happen.
I lost $300 betting Denver would win by at least 3.
This is the very first football match I've ever watched, and I understood everything going on because of ES21.
I felt pretty bad for Manning. He was crying on the sidelines towards the end.
Maybe he shouldn't have been so fucking garbage then.
What anime does Sherman-kun watch?
I only watched a couple parts, how did he fuck up exactly?
Stuff in the vein of Kuroinu, probably
I assume he choked under pressure. It wasn''t all his fault though, the whole team played awful.
That game was painful. What was the final score anyway? I couldn't watch it after the third quarter
43 to 8
It wasn't just him, his entire team was basically a bunch of flailing retards.
Those interceptions he kept throwing didn't help matters though.
I won $25 for jokingly putting that the Seahawks would get a safety.
It was mainly the rest of the team. Manning played okay but the team fell apart now that they had to play an actually competent defense.
That's some luck.
The real super bowl was the niners-seahawks game. At least that was close until Kaepernick decided choke.
Best I could do.
This is for the guy who asked why football fans like and follow their teams so much; before the thread got deleted.
Well I live in Vancouver BC. So the closest team I have is the seahawks. I've been rooting for them for over a decade. I was crushed in the '06 Owl due to Steeler dominance.
As to why I love the hawks? I've been there for the ups and downs; Now it has all payed off. This 3 part series will show you from a hawks perspective how some of us felt about the Seahawks.
