Urobutcher is now in-charge of re-writing your favourite anime.
What level of damage can he inflict?
>implying my favorite anime isn't already written by him
He can't rewrite what he already wrote.
After Psycho Pass and Gargantia.
Urobutcher seems to be losing his edge[/spiler]
No thanks, Urobuchi can't write endings for shit.
I'd die from heartbreak
>Akarin never existed, she was Akane's imagination of what a sister would be like because her mother had a miscarriage
>All the items including, daki and pantsu is Akane's own creation, she made them herself for her imaginary imouto
>The club is never formed, other Yuru's never meet, they all go about living lives as hetrosexual females absorbed into the rotting society
>Ending scene shows Akane in a wheelchair in a corner of a mental institution singing the Yuru Yuri OP in a shaky and sad voice
It's shit, right? It's shit.
Joke's on him, I don't like any anime.
Yes he can
Even more suffering and no happy ending.
I smell a /v/ermin
How would Eva be changed?
Please god no.
What can be possible do to this trainwreck?
Shu's suffering cannot be matched.
Less people die.
It would rip open a black hole of suffering on the planet.
He would end up with Rei instead of Asuka in the end.
He makes madoka movie 3 as good as it should have been
Cuvie beomes QB, and recruits people for a magical battalion.
>Urobutcher is now in-charge of re-writing your favourite anime.
>What level of damage can he inflict?
To aru majutsu no index
not much kamachi is a fan of guro and drama like the butcher, there will be more fren/das though
... Lesbians and suffering. Where have we heard this before?
Some characters turn gay and some of them lose their head.
You will get body parts of Asuka instead of kimochi warui Asuka in the end.
Someone sabotaged the boats, they sink, the girls drown.
"No Lain, you are the entropy!" and then Lain was the entropy
>sabotaged the boats
No, it's out of theme.
More like boat accident where only Akari lives.
Don't touch my GTO
Onizuka doesn't deserve any suffering, urumi on the other hand.
GET AWAY FROM IT.
You have no idea how much I want a dark gritty nanoha remake where fucking everyone dies for virtually nothing and half the characters go full mindbreak because hayate/nanoha dies.
oh man it'd be good.
fate covered in blood cutting swathes through the mid-childan military complex oh god yes
Gangster fight to save a girl where Onizuka dead in the end don't seem so bad.
More dead admirals? I don't think he could produce much more suffering than there already is.
He's accumulating Urobuttenergy
I want to see yandere Nanoha
Nothing would be able to stop her
I'm normally not that edgy but I feel like nanoha deserves to be 10x more edgy than it is.
Less friendship, more killing your friends.
Ends at episode 22 with a WWIII epilogue.
I want mindbroken fate slaughtering civilians while nanoha just looks on crying
it would be so good.
i think there's something wrong with me
>Kaiki dies for real
Killing Ed, then Jet Black, then Faye and then Spike oh wait!
>being this delusional
Not my favorite, but...
>Kodomo no Jikan
>First episode relatively unchanged but nothing about Mimi harassment or Rin driving the old teacher away
>Second episode flashback to Mimi harassment. When the girls visit to her to talk about Aoki, they find Mimi in her room dangling from the ceiling. Her head is not visible but her limp body is.
>The shock affects Rin and Kuro differently. Rin becomes comepletely shut off from everything, not even flirting with Aoki. Kuro on the other hand becomes extremely violent and mad at everyone and everything, even Rin.
>Eventually Aoki helps them overcome their pain with some writing assignment about happy memories or some nonsense. Gotta make the audience feel a little better so the next bit hurts even more.
>Rin's mom. During the flashback we see that Aki has actually married Reiji and their lifes are super great and happy. Younger Rin tries to go swimming without her floaties and gets caught in a rip tide. Aki tries to save her and ends up getting caught herself. Her mother dies because of something stupid Rin did, not from cancer. Rin has always hated herself because of it.
>Reiji sexually molests Rin all the time partly because she reminds him of Aki, partly because he can't forgive her because he thinks she killed Aki with her stupidity.
>Shirai doesn't tell Kuro she'll grow out of being gay; instead she tells her that being gay is disgusting and wrong and breaks the pin Kuro gave to her right there telling her to never come see her again. Oh and Kuro isn't rich; she's poor as fuck.
>Rin reveals the truth about her sexual molestation to Kuro, Aoki overhears. Kuro wants to help Rin so she sets up a cell phone camera in Rins room to catch him in the act. She confronts him with evidence and he lures her into his game with promises of money. Kuro accepts and starts to join in with the molestation, sating her desires for Rin's body.
>In the end everything is fine though because fuck those little brats; Aoki ends up with Houin.
There are still newfags like OP who think Gen deserves to be called a butcher when people like Tomino or Go Nagai exist
I'm genuinely not sure how he'd change Higurashi. It kinda reeks with him to begin with.
>He hasn't seen Rebellion
I'm interested, actually. It would probably be pretty good too.
Please stop talking out of your ass.
But Rebellion has a happy ending, anon!
Exactly the same, but season 2 is just more loops and rika never fixes it
Not him. I still haven't seen it. The series felt like it had a perfect ending and I keep seeing people arguing that it was a horrible suffering ending. Then I see people arguing that it was actually a happy ending. I was waiting for the BD but I honestly can't tell if I want to watch it or not anymore.
I wouldn't even know how.
It was a necessary ending
>Eve no Jikan
>The café is raided by the police, everyone gets arrested and executed, Sammy becomes God
Can't butcher this any harder.
In the battle with Ramiel, Shinji is slower returning fire, or Ramiel is faster. Either way, the outcome is that, when the LCL is drained from Unit-00's entry plug, half of Rei's skin comes off — she's been boiled alive. She's still conscious when Shinji finds her. NERV personnel take her away before she dies and replace her with Rei 3.
The rest of the show proceeds similarly. NERV goes through about half a dozen Rei clones over the course of the series. Rei 5 commits suicide shortly after her creation; Rei 6 and onward are monitored more closely. The Angels are much more obviously Lovecraftian. Civilian casualties rapidly climb to the millions.
...or, alternatively, it basically ends up being Aeon Entelechy Evangelion.
Madoka s1 has a bittersweet ending.
Yes, no more witches, but: (no rebellion spoilers)
Madoka is gone forever
Homura is alone, she never got along with the other megucas and she works alone from what we see
sayaka still falls to law of the cycle
mami and kyouko are still locked into combat until the day they die
all magical girls still fight on against despair to keep their wish alive without any hope of salvation beyond death
humanity is still a craphole
incubators are still fundamentally powering their technology off the despair of 14 year old girls
hitomi is still a fucking bitch
Fun fact: the staff considered the end of the series as a sad ending and the end of Rebellion as a happy ending.
>hurr my mecha author killed like a BILLION PEOPLE in one of his space operas
>that means he's better at tragedy
japanese logic i guess
I want depressed Tomino back.
She doesn't open the coffin and save Anthy
It would basically be a rehash of Madoka.
>Urobutcher is healed
It's a more faithful adaptation of the LN.
He would make it more moe this time.
I can see the sense in that, but it still felt happy. I probably will watch the BD. Seeing the debate about whether it was good or not has been interesting though.
But he already did.
Madoka is pretty much Urobutcher's Hidamari Sketch, and that's my favorite anime.
It stays the same.
Cry more, newfag.
/a/ had more threads over Ga Rei Zero's first episode than Madoka's Mami episode.
Your tears are delicious.
Funny considering only plebs like you would give a shit nickname from your own asses for a hack like Gen
I liked 0079 and Turn A Gundam Tomino the most since he had more creative freedom with Turn A.
Yeah and look at all the Gai Rei Zero threads now. Oh wait.
It's not *bad*, it's bittersweet.
On the one hand, the magical girls don't suffer the most cruel irony possible as they die from utter despair, but on the other, the status quo is pretty similar.
Basically madoka took the final 'Fuck you' out of being a magical girl, it still isn't great, but at the very end you get to rest rather than becoming a physical manifestation of your negative emotion.
Back then, there was no need for general cancerfags like yourself.
The japs made the name, if you didn't realize.
I'd say the potential is limitless.
> Kyon pissess off Haruhi
> Endless Eight, except each iteration ends with Kyon dying violently
> He remembers everything
> Haruhi gets into Pokemon
> They go on a sea cruise, Kyon manages to make Haruhi sexually frustrated
> A tentacool emerges from the depths and rapes everyone
> Haruhi watches all of Urobuchi's previous works
> We meta now, no breaks on the Urobutcher train
> Haruhi gets slightly freaked out for the first time in her life
> Her subconscious starts bringing elements from Urobuchi's works into reality
> She gets more and more paranoid and insane
> Koizumi dies in closed space
> Mikuru activates an emergency protocol to get back to the future. There is no future. Mikuru ceases to exist.
> Nagato dies saving Kyon.
> It just keeps tumbling down, tumbling down, tumbling down
> Kyon and Haruhi are the only two entities left alive in the cosmos.
> Kyon tries to calm Haruhi one last time. He dies.
> Haruhi erases herself.
> Haruhi wakes up.
> Oh, it was all just a dream.
I mean, we have to return to the status quo somehow. Except Nagato remembers everything. Vividly.
>Haruhi gets into Pokemon
You lost me.
>Nagato still only has one expression.
Only now it's not a poker face, it's constant crying
>Mikuru activates an emergency protocol to get back to the future. There is no future.
The Integrated Data Entity considers erasing her and recycling her body, but decides against it, because her sickness might infect it. Instead it severs her link and leaves her as a severely traumatized normal human girl.
Rebellion ending is actually happy, but it's so fucking depressing at same time. You have to think a lot about it. I would say it's much better than original series ending.
Fake happiness that can be destroyed at any moment when Madoka "wakes up", and like the series, the end of the movie changes very little.
Just kill Fate and extrapolate naturally from there. No need to go to great lengths to try to be "gritty".
Relationships between characters are like chemical bonds: the stronger they are, the more potential energy/suffering they contain, to be released when they're broken.
Interestingly Urobotchi considers himself as a "healing type" writer so he might actually keep Clannad the same
I don't get why everyone thinks nanoha is the one who'd freak out, nanoha has lots of friends and family and has lived a normal life, fate is living off borrowed time, the only thing keeping her sane is nanoha.
She demonstrated crazy good mental fortitude when she found out her mom cloned her but I'm pretty sure she got through that because she had nanoha to fall back on.
Fate is dependent on nanoha, not the other way around.
He's also fairly grounded in cynicism as well. At the very least the ending would change for sure.
He should because Clannad would end up being a flop otherwise since Gen doesn't have a good track record for making good VNs.
But Butcher already wrote my favourite anime.
Fate's reaction would be too obvious, and thus not as interesting. Nanoha... has she ever lost anyone close to her, much less someone she cares about as much as Fate? I think you might be underestimating how much she'd blame herself if something happened to Fate. Seeing how she'd cope with that... it'd be *interesting*.
Every day someone loses someone close to them for the first time, and very few of those people snap.
Nanoha'd be fine. Hell, she doesn't even try to spend time with fate in strikers until vivio shows up, from what I remember, nanoha is really high ranked and fate was a bit lower, but nanoha/hayate have massive political power so they could have had fate with them if they wanted.
I thought people liked Saya no Uta.
The Gen the Butcher can't stand up to Yoshiki Tanaka the Mass Murderer.
200% more suicides and murder, I guess? I'm not really familiar with Urobutcher.
A mix of nuclear disaster plus climatic change holocaust makes it ideal for urobutching.
>Yu Yu Hakusho
Kuwabara and Genkai die for real, for starters.
Urobutcher can't do anything worse than Milky Holmes s3.
He looks like the bail bondsman from Jackie Brown
>Lelouch ends up choking Marianne to kill her when it is revealed she is 'alive'
>lelouch is forced to kill nunnally when she turns against him (or she really dies the first time)
>suzaku doesn't join lelouch willingly; he becomes mind broken after learning the truth about everything and Lelouch just uses the empty shell for his purposes
>schneizel ends up winnng
>lelouch and zero are cursed and hated, even by kallen
>C.C. lives but alone and in hiding. she is still immortal and wishes to die, but know she is tormented because she loved lelouch
>the world is a much better place because schneizel is the sole ruling leader, but it isn't as perfect as it could have been with Zero Requiem
Damn. Urobuchi is ugly.
