Is Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun (My Little Monster) really good? I'm half way through the series, but I still can't actually tell. I just feel compelled to watch.
If you liked shoujo, it's fun
If you didn't and don't like the whole "will-they-won't-they" shit, then it probably isn't for you.
I for one am enjoying it
Do to my shit internet I was only able to dl & watch up to ep6. I don't even like romcoms or shoujo. But I really like it so far and have a huge soft spot for it. Definitely gonna grab the rest when my internet stops being shit. Satellite internet is suffering.
I guess I agree. I've enjoyed what I've seen so far, but I just have this feeling in the back of my mind that something isn't quite right.
Is everyone here exactly half of the way through the series?
Someone post the shoujo screencap.
>If you didn't and don't like the whole "will-they-won't-they" shit, then it probably isn't for you.
I am not a fan of that shit, but the show actually managed to be pretty funny.
You know...the one shoujo screencap.
I love this OP.
It is a god tier OP, indeed.
natsume is the best girl
So what did you guys think of the manga ending?
You spelled mitty wrong.
What about Mitty?
Ah yes, Q&A Recital, listen to it all the time. Based Tomato.
Too bad s2 never due to poor sales.
How did the manga end? I enjoyed the anime but like most shojous, the endings are shitty so I haven't bothered with it yet.
When will the OVA be relaesed in 720p? I hate 480p, the quality is as bad as if you stream...
Haru and Mitty end up together. Timeskip. The fucking end.
There's also a spin-off chapter featuring Mitty's brother and class pres.
Fall 2012, a great season for shoujo.
Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun
Suki tte Ii na yo.
I need more shoujo adaptions. Fall 2012 spoiled me ;_;
Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha. this season is kinda nice.
All of them pretty much bombed. Tonari and Kamisama sold below the Manabi line, Sukitte didn't even rank. Shoujo is pretty much dead now, fujoshi-pandering is the new in thing now.
Meh, most shojo anime is just to prompt their manga anyway.
Did any of the manga's get any substantial boost? I don't think Tonari did, but what about the other two?
It's pretty funny at least.
i dropped it halfway after i realized the anime kept going around in circles. it was good while it lasted.
I'd _rape that watermelon, if you know what I mean.
So did baseball bro get with her or not?
Bump for Haru.
I love secondary couples.
It's good for best girl
>tfw no doujins
>doggy style thread
Yamaken should have won
Yamakan was shit. At least Haru stopped being such an autist.
We all know Sasayan and Natsume is where it's at though.
i think haru would of killed him before he could win
Yamaken a cutest.
the manga finish the last year so season 2 never
Isn't there rumored to be a spinoff? Though I agree we probably won't ever get a season 2.
It might have been good, but the lead male kind of ruins it.
I just wanted to see Natsume's arc finished
Is he actually a high-functioning autist? It seems like he's more of an Asperger than he is 'dense' in the normal use of the word.
Shota and Class rep shenanigans? I'm down
Read the manga when you're done. Only one chapter's left to be translated.
How different is it?
Sorry to bump, but I rather want to know this.
Loved the male lead for psychopathy. Everything else was shit. Still liked the show, though.
But...it had chickens. How could you not like those?
It was alright.
I liked Natsume the most. A shame her story didn't go to the end.
Haru was kind of interesting at first but he got way too he-must-have-a-mental-disorder for me.
Why is side romance always the better romance? Same for Kimi ni Todoke
