>>
>CGI
>ghibli

>>
My physical form is prepared.

>3D CGI
As expected of swedish turdfest. And Goro Miyazaki no less. Good job ruining this shit even more.
>>
>ghibli

No thanks.
>>
>>101281342
CG is the future!

I believe with Ghibli money, it will look good.
>>
>>101281797
Up On Poppy Hill wasn't bad.
>>
Can't he do anything modern?
>>
>>101281309
>CGI

Why?
>>
>>101281863
Sadly they probably will resort to CG now that Miyazaki's gone. I've been reading the English translation of "Starting Point" (basically a collection of everything Miyazaki's ever written, include transcripts from classroom visits, project outlines, stuff like that), and it's pretty obvious he doesn't like to use CG.
>>
>>101281943
Assuming doing 2D series to Studio Ghibli quality is too expensive, so they went with 3D to try keep quality, but cut down costs.
>>
>CGI
Well, I guess that's the last nail on Ghiblin's coffin. They're dead to me now.
>>
>>101281941
>implying it's plausible to do a Ghibli-quality series with CG
>>
>>101282039
You looked at a single screenshot. Do you even know anything about the way Ghibli works on films?
>>
>>101282094
Why wouldn't it be? It will probably easily outsell everything that season just like ghibli does in the cinema.
>>
>>101282289
The people behind the Ghibli-level films are skilled with traditional animation, not CG.
>>
>>101282362
Prove it.
>>
>>101282480
Watch any Ghibli film.
>>
>>101282531
That only proves they are skilled in traditional animation, nothing else.
>>
>>101281797
>turdfest
Who uses words like this?
>>
Didn't Astrid Lindgren refuse Ghibli when they approached her on adapting one of her books?
>>
>>101282624
The lack of CG says a thing or two about their experience with it.
>>
>>101281309
shitty art
>>
Is Miyazaki working on it? If not then who cares? Their name barely holds any weight without him.
>>
>>101282983
>Is Miyazaki working on it?
No, he retired.
>Their name barely holds any weight without him.
nice bait
>>
>>101282846
skill =/= experience good job moving the goalposts
>>
>>101282787
Pipi long stockings, but that was before Ghibli was even a thing (1979)
>>
>>101282983
>Is Miyazaki working on it?

technically yes.
>>
Fuck off Ghibli is casual shit. No one actually likes their work because it's good
>>
>>101283209
You cannot be this pleb.
>>
>>101283080
Back when you could put loli nipples on a cover.

with that shitty art? who cares about nudity, no one would fap to that crap
>>
>>101283956
Is that a challenge?
>>
>>101281943
Goro finally assumed he's unable to do decent hand-drawn animation.
