New chapter released
Would you protect this smile?
Is Ousen invincible?
Is Mouten still alive? Is she still the best girl? Why did Moubu call him his son?
Who is SHiN fighting next?
>Why did Moubu call her his son?
>Would you protect this smile?
Well, that other guy was fighting really fiercely against Tou so that he could bed her. He even got mad when she called back the attack.
>why did Mouten call him his son
you need to pay attention to what you read, turn off your animu music, close your paused videos, close all your tabs and just read the manga.
It is mean to call his daughter his son.
SHiN used to call Ten a guy, but that's because he didn't know.
The funny thing is that Karin got defeated because Ordo is a fucking idiot.
Ousen is such a boss. Always 20 steps ahead of everyone.
You're not being serious, right?
They were joking.
Where would you have Mouten in the best girl ranking?
Ordo saved Kankoku pass!
Ousen should be sitting on the throne right now. All this would have worked itself out.
Either way, the gates are going to be opened. I wonder what will happen.
Ousen is loyalty. He could have joined some other kingdom or escape the battle if he wanted to.
Also, how many other generals in the manga stayed their entire career in the same kingdom?
So, after the Duke, who is the next general that SHiN will follow?
Ousen (probably loyalist for Sen)?
Mougu (due to Mouten)?
Moubu (due to Mouten)?
Shin is going to rival the generals himself pretty soon
I can't wait for this
Oh shit, Shin finally uses a glaive!
Shin is not smart but it's easy to see him rival Ousen in future because of his loyalty to the king. Moubu has nothing to teach him. After this war only thing left for Shin to get enough strength to wield Ouki Glaive.
Ou Sen is loyal.
At some point he will either betray or leave the Qin for his own Kingdom.
You didn't read the history of the period, did you?
Having Shin as a subordinate has been the biggest death flag so far.
1. The hardass commander
2. Ouki's subordinate
4. Mougu's center commander
5. Mougu's arm
Although Mougu survived mostly intact so maybe there's hope for the Duke yet
He actually aims for his own kingdom in real history but nobody actually knows when he decided to follow Sei. My bet is it will be something to do with Shin in manga.
He doesn't have a loyal mind though.
Ousen has naked ambitions and desires his own kingdom in the manga, there's no ambiguity about it.
If you are a sovereign whose subordinate is Ousen, you would be foolish to call him loyal and then call it a day and hit the harem.
Why doesn't he defect? Ousen probably did his own calculations and figured that he would gain significantly more honors and future support if he helped one nation state prevail versus 5 others.
Ousen would also have to deal with the stigma of being a defector and likely would lose a lot of his initial influence as longer tenured coalition generals would steal all the credit.
If he stays with Qin, he's already on track to become the next Great General of Heavens since his only real peers are Moubu, Kanki, and Tou. Also he's the head of the Ou family, which means that he already has significant power and influence due to being Qin nobility.
History Spoilers: I know what the history says, and the manga won't deviate from him being the most successful general in Qin, but he can be disloyal right now, reigned in by Sei, and become an effective tool.
Also Sei is seen as a weak ruler right now.
Other nation states have more established kings and it's more difficult to usurp popular support from an established king.
Ou Sen never fought against Qin. It would make more sense for Mou Bu to join Sei's cause because of Shin.
It was not unheard of to have generals moving to other states. That was the case of Mou Gu, Ren Pa and there are some other generals that will do the same.
Maybe those are just rumours and the guy is really loyal.
When Sei finally has to defeat the Prime Minister or his brother, I can't see anyone but Ou Sen saving his ass. Who else could do it, other than Tou, that is mostly apolitical?
Only 1 chapter today
There were two yesterday. And too much Ousen could lead to an overdose of awesomeness.
Why dont they just go to Japan and get some Katanas so they can just cut through everyone elses swords
I'm not sure how much clearer you need to get than this.
And true but those other generals had understandable circumstances. Mou Gu had peaked as a pretty low ranking general, so he didn't lose anything by defecting. Zhao was literally going to kill Ren Pa so he was justified in doing so.
Ousen is in line for a fat ass promotion if he saves Qin right now, which could put him on track for his own kingdom.
I don't see Ousen playing a huge part in the revolt. Ousen's too smart to be on the losing side, and he's not going to squander his army unless he gets something out of it. Most likely, Ousen will deliver the final blow after the war has mostly been decided.
I actually think it's more likely that Moubu will defect to Shin's side since his father and sons are pretty loyal to Shin and Moubu has no real love for the Prime Minister.
>maybe there's hope for the Duke yet
anon... i'm sorry
Ousen and Kanki are beyond broken and they both work UNDER Mougu (or used 2) ergo Mougu is the best and most usefull general
Raw man as well, got to say Kyoukai & Karyo Ten are looking fine.
Who is gonna win the Shin?
hopefully not her.
Can someone who knows moon kindly translate what are they saying here? I have a hunch, but...
I remember someone translating it before- she says that she has 2 goals- becoming a general, and bearing shin's child.
harem is allowed
That's refreshingly bold. Shin doesn't seem exactly opposed to the idea either.
How can one man be so based?
He's one of my favourites beside Riboku because he fucking THINKS.
Though STRENGTH and ANGRY FACES have their own charms.
I know, but I wonder if the author will actually go with it in the end. I mean, it's still the main character we're talking about. I can't help but think it would not sit well with the Japanese readership.
Does anybody know a manga in which MC ended with an ACTUAL harem?
Technically Riboku did, because he gave Ordo a false impression with his 'advice'. If he simply worded it better and say be careful of Ousen's ambushes the entire thing could have been different since Ordo's 8000 troops were clearly a massive threat when unchecked.
The man just can't get a break.
>Undefeated in history
>Gets everything wrong in this entire campaign so far
Just like Renpa this is going to be a shit stain on his record, except Renpa actually contributed on his campaign.
Well according to history...
Kyoukai becomes a general mentioned in history first.
Found it in the archive
>I'll bear your child
>wha-wh-wh-what the hell are you sayin, kyoukai??
>no, I don't particularly mind, myself
>do you properly understand what you're saying?
>how babies are made...
>of course I know
>certainly, you link your power with a strong man, climb to the top of some high mountain, and once you've exploded something, the baby is bestowed upon you.
>S-SOMETHING IS WRONG HERE
It's also because he's fucking loaded. Notice how poor shit Duke Hyou who fights on front lines all day every day cannot afford many crossbows, probably because it would be a massive expense of arrows and shit if they did.
Meanwhile Ousen's army is the only army so far to have trained cavalry crossbowmen. That's not even fucking fair.
The author sure knows how to troll.
he's a duke, though...
Yeah, that spends most of his money on burning liquor.
Ousen is the head of the Ou/Wang's main family. Do you know what Wang's literal translation is in English?
Royalty. That's right. Guess who they were in the past?
Well he has his own lands and can have his own personal army but crossbows just aren't his style. He just charges in, slaughters dozens with a single swing and calls it a day.
I can imagine some arc where Shin and co have to dispose of him before he threatens to take over China as his own kingdom, leaving it a battle unrecorded in history
Also in an invason of Chu I can see Koyoku (chu sword guy) becoming the new Rinko to Renpa, who is still knocking around.
>At some point he will either betray or leave the Qin for his own Kingdom.
This is based on history of the unification of china.
PRO TIP SHINS SIDE WINS
He is a duke. I don't know Chinese nobility, but a Duke is usually about as high of a noble title as one can have.
The Dukes of Burgundy, the Dukes of Aquitaine the Dukes of Austria, etc were more powerful than most Kings (depending on the time, than all of them). Duke William II of Normandy is very famous in England.
SHin eventually wins but there's so much still left
He could serve under Kanki and get butthurt about his methods
Riboku is never defeated officially, he has to be politically dealt with
Then there's the Chu invasion
And the Wei guy seems like he will be a handful for a while
In history, Ousen is pretty much the most loyal general Qin has. And the best.
I can't see him getting in a war against Sei. Or losing to Shin.
>your face when there will never be a Total war type game set in CHINA leading up to the unification, through the han empire, and then the three kingdoms.
Feels bad man.
Yep that's my guess. Since Wang Jian has no recorded death and just disappears in history after unification, he could be the last opponent or second to last opponent.
But having to go up against Shin/Kyoukai/Ten/Yotanwa/Tou/Mouten seems a bit unfair. All Ousen gets is his son right now.
The man needs to get more pokemonz. His capture rate is 0 right now because he keeps using Great general Balls instead of Master.
I guess Sei reaches an agreement with him or something, showing how awesome he is in front of him.
It DOES have a very TW/MOBA feel to it all throughout, complete with the stats. A general's bodyguard is very capable of slaughtering through a few ranks of spearmen.
His expressions are great. It's always just like, "You are all such idiots."
No he isn't. He's just the general given the most power and didn't openly use it. He probably never had the ambition of becoming Emperor anyways given he was older than Ying Zheng by a decade or two at least.
What's the point of overthrowing someone younger than you and was your big backer? It's not like his sons claimed enough merit to justify it.
His mask has a mask. But yeah they are idiots all things considered and Shin will lose badly to a big opponent due to being an idiot, something he is called constantly. Without Kyoukai/Ten he's fucked.
Come on they even have lanes in this battle.
Not to mention most people died at age 45 in those days even with a good life.
>Come on they even have lanes in this battle.
no really you should just fucking die
At least call it ASSFAGOTTS.
>Come on they even have lanes in this battle.
>climbing over mountains left and right
>most of the battle has been in an open field so far and about formations and maneuvers of large units.
>siege warfare at the gate
Its like your not even reading the manga.
I also pity you that you see things in terms of LANES.
Go back to plebbit with your shitty image meme.
After that kill yourself.
>Undefeated in battle
>King is clearly competent and progressive
>King is also a few decades younger than you
>Your heirs are above average at most
>Let's decide to revolt for...what reason again?
Though to be fair, Tou, Kyoukai and Yotanwa are also historically undefeated they just didn't get much mention.
Ouhon is just above average?
It's because Mandate of Heaven was a bitch and everyone fancied themselves warlords. You can attribute centuries of warfare in Ancient Chinese history to those two facts.
It's like you can't even grasp how fake Kingdom is to begin with in terms of topography and has no merit being discussed as a RTS.
Stop crying and accept you're bronze status.
Making great allies is one of his skills. He's goign to become a great general through the power of friendship I bet.
YOU WANT TO COMPARE WHATS GOING ON TO A MOBA, ONE OF THE SHITTIEST GAME FORMATS IN EXISTENCE.
You seem massively butthurt give it a rest, also you have a very potty mouth, you are coming close to violating the community guidelines here, no bullying!
How do I become a great general of the heavens, /a/?
Compared to Ei Sei and Ousen? Very much so. The kid literally would get raped by his father in a duel, let alone actually being a general.
Mandate of Heaven didn't exist until China was unified, no idea what you're talking about. Yotanwa is a warlord historically, and never did shit but win battles for Qin.
Fact is, when you're on the WINNING SIDE, you don't ditch, specially since taking a hold of politics as a general is messy business.
By eating your vegetables and making a lot of angry feces.
Don't be a peasant
Be a noble
Have the king as a friend
Be very, very lucky
Come across weak enemies
It's interesting how this is also a search for divinity with becoming a 'war god', living on through death.
>making a lot of angry feces.
>Moubu's rage-filled shits
Ousen has a very high strength stat, he just never has to fight in person
>You seem massively butthurt give it a rest, also you have a very potty mouth, you are coming close to violating the community guidelines here, no bullying!
What the fuck?
I thought i was just being trolled by someone pretending to be a redditor.
I think we actually have one here.
>Most financially successful game format in recent years
>Most popular E-sport game format
Uh, no. No one really cares if you're some edgy nerd who's mad his star craft 2 got raped by the next generation of e-sports.
Your complete lack of composure alone is enough to tell everyone here how you're just a wannabe armchair tactician chuuni.
If you wanna discuss real armchair military strategies and tactics, you need to learn Chinese because Baidu is where it's at.
Reddit is really amazing, why even go here?
>want to play this in game form
>closest i can get is romance of the three kingdoms set hundreds of years after this period
>Its just not working for me.
what are his stats?
I don't know....I think he has the luxury of choosing when playing for keeps.
Kessen might be the way to go but that's Sengoku
*I don't think.
Just look at it man. Everyone who dares to rely on their strength in this level is dead.
And I can't take you seriously anymore.
Did you ever?
Because I'd rather stick pieces of broken glass up my ass than expose myself to that.
And why does your opinion matter faggot? Are you some armchair general of the US army?
No, you're not even that.
Still that's in the 90s man, he can chop through John Does no problem and smash Doukin types.
As I said:
You lose all legitimacy just by mentioning them.
>reading through old chapters again
>the art style is completely different
Where are the power levels listed? Can someone post a link?
>Because I said so so it's true
This is how losers who can't even win in video games argue I take it? God I would hate to see how pathetic he is in real life.
mangafox has actually pretty good threads run by baidu chinks[/spoiler[
Fujimura-kun Mates. Best harem end ever.
>implying he has a life when he has autistic rants over a simple comment
>implying he can remotely contain his autism around his peers
>something you can't do well in even if your families lives depended on it
>implying his family cares about him
Ouhon has better stats than Ei Sei. And likely much better stats than the next Emperors.
Ouhon: 91 str 87 ldr 89 int
Ei Sei: 78 str 98 ldr 88 int
Can you bull shit any harder?
shitposters like you are the reason kingdom threads always get ruined.
91+87+89 = 267
78+98+88 = 264
Just to bring it into context, Ei Sei's leadership is 3rd place of all of Kingdom right now tied with Renpa.
Ousen himself is outside of the top 10. Ouhon is...yeah..
>implying being the King/Emperor gives two fucks about strength stats
Good lord, this board.
>>Most popular E-sport game format
HAHAHAHA, kill yourself.
Ouhon will likely get depressed and become a drunkard and abuse whatever tropical drugs they have there
>can't prove it wrong
Bet you sucks dick at total war too. Or anything really.
>strength stats matter.
Yeah, that's why Ryofu, the other most important leader of this series, is way stronger than Moubu and Kanmei.
Charles Martel disagrees.
Only because he needed to carry the team. Do you see the Qin King needing to even set foot out of Kanyou so far?
Isn't Alexander doing his thing around this time too?
It's also really interesting to note that around 100AD most of the world's population was under the rule of two empires.
>Charles the Hammer smashing Moors like Moubu and making angry faces
Actually I wouldn;t mind a world-series of angry faces
>Roman Civil War and Punic War angry faces
>Peleponnesian War angry faces
>Thirty Years war angry faces
>Zulu angry faces
>Panzer angry faces
>Napoleon angry faces
>implying Napolean manlet wouldn't be Ousen staring instead
He can finally cleave through 10 men in one strike? His powerlevel is nearing that of a general's.
Still weaker than his subordinates though (raw spoiler)
>Comparing people on fancy clothing with some gigarnomous niggas on heavy plate
Those fancy clothing motherfuckers are stronger than any elite troops with heavy plates on.
So yeah, it's a poor comparison in that the armored motherfuckers are scrubs compared to them.
FANCY CLOTHING AND HEAVY ARMOR
GEE I WONDER WHICH ONE IS MORE DIFFICULT TO CLEAVE THROUGH
Why is Ousen so based? Can he get anymore based?
>Ousen constantly using the tactic of keeping a portion of his army hidden as cherry picking campers
>Chu campaign, people finally pick up on it and simply don't attack Ousen
>yfw the earlier traps also were to embed a false sense of habit and give Ousen the time to secretly train his troops and scout out the lay of the land in order to swiftly crush the entirety of Chu in a single attack once they start pulling out.
The soldiers in heavy armor are literally target practice in this manga and any random scrub can cleave them in half.
The fancy clothing motherfuckers aren't target practices and aren't easy to cleave in two.
If the comparison was what's easier to split in two, silk clothing or bronze armor, that would be correct. But that's not the comparison.
What about those buff assassins which harden their bodies with Ki?
>Gets raped by base form Kyoukai in an instant
Nevermind. Ki is shit unless you're high level.
Shiyuu clan are basically mythical tier assassins in this manga though.
Shukyou and Gouma were scrub tiers compared to them. Regular soldiers are also scrubs compared to scrub assassins.
So it's probably more impressive to kill 10 Shiyuu than 10 scrub soldiers at once
Kyoukai is best girl
I personally disagree.
So, would Charles the Hammer also go berserk when some moor general almost defeats Pepin of Herstal, like Moubu just did?
>Pepin will not die, he is a son of Charles.
