I can't wait.
the suffering begins
What happened to the old thread, did it fall off of page 15?
Four more hours?
>still watching NTRainwrecks
I NEED KANAME'S SWEET ASS NOW.
Also are those spoilers true about him losing his memories?
>not watching NTRrainwrecks
>smashing two buzzwords together to create this horrible mess of a post
Am I the only one that sees a red dot in her eye only in the thumbnail? I have perfect vision/not colourblind so I'm just wondering
She keeps touching her lips. What a slut.
There's no red dot.
There totally fucking is. Cyborg Miuna confirmed.
>best girl a slut
I don't mind.
Kaname's theme song:
The dot is white. Whatever resolution you're looking at is shit.
Haha you have shitty eyes. That dot is absolutely white.
this gif must be posted in every thread
1 hour 20minutes, the wait is killing me.
I have never been so anxious to watch a single episode of anime ever.
Miuna is doing is weird things to my heart.
lucky you I have work in an hour
She's actually chewing her nails.
>All that Miuna focus
Miuna confirmed for new main girl, Manaka will always live on in my heart.
MiunaxDoliMiuna selfcest doujin when?
No, I can see it too.
That's illegal since they are lineal relatives.
Well Manaka isn't exactly dead. Lets not forget the one that saved Miuna and made it to where should could breath underwater was all due to Manaka.
Welcome to the wonders of jpeg-compression.
>All this Miuna and Manaka focus
It'll be Chisaki's time to shine soon ;_;
I like to think that Manaka became like a spirit form, so she didn't feel the sea floor on impact. She might be the new sea god.
About that, Uroko is above land in the OP. He might be taking a vacation.
I'm talking about the centre you mongoloids.
That's just masturbation idiot.
I can't decided who is suffering the most in this show. I feel bad for Chisaki though.
>I like to think that Manaka became like a spirit form, so she didn't feel the sea floor on impact.
I hear she's pretty chummy with the Sea God.
Yeah, I know. I've opened OP's pic and yours before posting both times and it's fucking white in OP's. I don't know what's wrong with yours to make it look like that.
>Miuna confirmed for new main girl
Considering the second half of the series has been told pretty much exclusively from her perspective so far, she's basically usurped Hikari as the MC.
>This is what fishfags acutally eat
A-are you trying to make cry?
What the fuck am I looking at
55 minutes till stream.
One character is missing, Kaname's knife.
My body is ready.
THEY'RE NOT SALTFLAKES
THEY ARE ENAFLAKES
TSUMUGU WILL GAIN ENA
AND BURY HIMSELF INSIDE THE OCEAN
BECAUSE HE'S A SEAABOO LIKE THAT
Let's hope there won't be Itaru this episode
He's the literal anti-christ, bringer of the apocalypse.
This guy kind of looks like Akira.
Why isn't this a thing?
Most important question: Will there be more fart-boots?
You mean he's the father?
Doujins of him impregnating Akari fucking when
It is now.
Yes. Her suffering will start in 45 minutes.
One chick just wasn't enough.
I think I see it
My friend of African descent.
I'm kind of expecting another time skip at the end where everyone is old (around their 70s) and happy (sort of, as happy as anyone in this show could possibly get) and then suddenly Manaka shows up and ruins everything.
I now realize you were talking about the thumbnail and not the actual picture. Feel free to call me an idiot. Though, I don't know why you are obsessing over a compressed picture.
>You know I can turn you all into children again
It will happen.
>Am I the only one that sees a red dot in her eye only in the thumbnail?
>in the thumbnail?
Oh god, I sure hope that's not some foreshadowing. My heart can't take it.
>Miuna is now a mermaid
>Tsumugu found out about her ena
>Fell in love
>Hikari lost 2.0 Salty Boogaloo
2qt4me. Now we only need a decent scan and shoopfag to edit all of those text and shit out.
You shut the fuck up.
>I dream of the day we'll meet again...
I hope that's referring to Miuna and Hikari.
That was when she feel in last episode, you can ever see her missing pigboot.
>Atatakai mizu ni oyogu detritus
>Nagai jikan wo kakete ito wo tsumuginagara
>Sea is already warm
>Long time has passed
>implying ED1 is not about what happened after the second timeskip
Who was implying that?
Give us doujins Japan.
Hikari will die.
But his soul will chose to go back in time, the the time when he was happiest, and he will be at cour 1 first episode.
Miuna who loves Hikari want to be with him too and want to be in a time when Hikari'd love her, but since he already loves Manaka she'll go back in time before Hikari is born, and became his father.
Hii hii hii hii hii hii hiii~
I've been listening to that song uncounted number of times over the last week. Best ED of last season, next to Maware.
It's now my ringtone.
I want to put water in her bottle.
Than pencil totally looks like it was shooped into the image.
Is it just me or it's 3DCG?
>Manaka x Hikari
Yeah, I didn't read it properly the first time through. I realized when I scrolled up and reread it.
>Manaka x Hikari
>not Miuna x Hikari
Step it up senpai.
It's falling from her lifeless fingers.
15 fucking minutes.
That's not how you use a pencil.
40 hours until Underwater though.
She was probably in the middle of pen spinning. She is the 2nd last seat from the back next to the window after all.
I'll think I'll be giving in a getting HS before UW. Usually I can wait, but not with this series.
I want Miuna to hit me.
You've got ten minutes to learn moon so you can follow the stream without problems.
Who dolicon here?
Would you drink Miuna's milk?
Good quality stream or the standard shit quality?
can someone remind me of the stream name please?
Good old shitty stream. Only the truly desperate should venture there.
Aren't we all?
How you can love a girl if you can't drink her milk?
Doli is life.
We Dolicon here.
yoku yatta ne
Go on justin and search for Japanese streams on entertainment.
Get in the stream faggots, it's beginning.
Stream is set up.
Just a couple minutes now.
The pleasure of having coffee and watching chinese cartoons at work.
KANAME IS KILL
It's a coffee commercial, right? Please don't tell me I'm on the wrong channel ;_;
DAT SMOOTH KANAME
This OP is growing on me.
WHY IS KANAME SO FUCKING CAMP. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH
Fuck the Miuna part though.
That smooth mother fucker.
More BRAZZER pics incoming.
STREAM LINK PLEASE
I'm jelly, I don't have the code for the wifi at my work. I'm browsing on my phone.
It's living up to it's name I see
You could have installed flash and Firefox
I want Sayu to be happy.
CHISAKI'S LUSTFUL EYES
OH SHIT KAWORU IS LIVING WITH THEM
All that suffering.
Kaname suicide incoming.
HIKARI WITH THAT UNIFORM
He's gonna murder Tsumugu isn't he?
I'll do that when I get a new phone. It's not like I'd be able to watch even after that. This is the time where I have to start doing shit. Thursdays are suffering.
When does the killing start?
Time for Sayu to suffer even more.
Well you could buy Justin's app if you wan't
>He was about to go after her
DAT SEXUAL TENSION
It's only a matter of time now.
So how'd Chisaki and Kaname's conversation go?
No, that was a great flag for Sayu. I'm more positive about them now.
Nothing much. He told her she changed, and that he couldn't change because he was asleep for 5 years or something like that
Yeah he just gone and fucked up. Hikari played it all smooth with Chisaki though.
IF THE NIECE DOESN'T WIN. WE RIOT!
Did Kaname get BTFO?
Riots will solve nothing. We must target Okada.
Sayu is the fucking best.
Miuna is gonna be jealoous of Sayu if this keeps up.
Kaname ruined any chance for Sayu to be happy.
Miuna is really annoying, god damn it.
Underage fags please get out.
Miuna is getting closer to the Sea God.
The amount of Chisaki screen-time saddens me
They are going to search for Manaka, Miuna is going with them.
Fuck you, you piece of shit.
HERE IT COMES
It can't be helped.
>bringing back the girl that will NTR you
time for more suffering.
Miuna suddenly loses her ena undersea. Calling it.
Fuck, that was it?
"The world I do not know.....Hikari's world"
I didn't really mind until this episode but yeah she's pretty annoying now.
No need. They specifically stated her ena is still too thin. It will happen. ;_;
Miuna is like the female version of a beta MC. The only difference is that she's a cute girl.
And then Kaname has to mouth to mouth her... with tongue
Damn that was an uneventful episode compared to last week's.
So who predicted Miuna only got temporary water breathing?
I feel it coming.
Why is Chisaki always absent?
Not much kaname suffering from this episode? good.
Going undersea was a fucking stupid idea, but I guess we need that drama.
>tfw Chisaki is a background character and the focus is on the shitty dolis
shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio shioshishio
More train was ominously shown.
Miuna's little brother probably wants to swim too.
So who's going to die anons?
Because we Miuna now. No time for that slut.
That's what I was wondering, makes no fucking sense that Miuna goes underwater while Chisaki doesn't.
inb4 underwater village is deeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad
If miuna fucking dies I'm gonna be very upset.
Don't you mean Hikari will mouth-to-mouth her in front of Manaka?
Pre-time skip Miuna >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Shit >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Time skip Miuna
Chisaki doesn't want to go back to the sea. She just wants to live with Tsumugu
Busy with university shit and grandpa.
Time skip Sayu >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Shit >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Pre-time skip Sayu
Say that to my face not online and see what happens.
>not enough info from preview
>trying to prevent spoiler
well I guess it will be maximum suffering next week. Can't wait
I'm betting they get there and everyone is missing.
Do people even still like Miuna after this episode? I don't get it.
I'm here what are you gonna do.
Agreed on both accounts.
Why are people blaming Miuna for such a lackluster episode? Fuck you haters
I could see it being extremely hard on Chisaki mentally if she went back down there after all this time. That would just be kind of cruel.
I agree. Hikari was a much better MC. His crush was cute, her crush is obnoxious.
Because obviously Chisaki wants to find Manaka and, more so, see her reunion with Hikari.
Why not? What did she do bad?
She admit she is lovesick for Hikaru and then went to explore the underwaters with him.
Seems like a split episode.
>tfw: no shark boxers
I can't see any other possible development now.
As expected of Japan.
Is Hikari still likeable at least?
He was too fucking smooth this episode. Didn't realize how much I missed him.
No one is blaming her for a lackluster episode. What are you talking about?
Best girl still best.
Kaname x Restaurant Guy OTP
Sayu was awesome this episode. They really put a lot of effort into her reunion with Kaname.
Didn't you see her talk with Sayu? She had just seen Hikari say he would never stop loving Manaka and she said "Fuck it, I'm not going to give up on him either.". Miuna is in it to win, man.
All the Miuna haters are retarded. They don't like her because she's hogging all the screentime from all their favourite characters.
>Hey, Kaname. Meet my boyfriend Tsumugu
Add the BRAZZERS logo.
Why is he so perfect?
I read that as "Sit on my face". Can we do that instead?
Why does it smell like fish?
Uh, that's just your ena...
Actions speak louder than words. I'll wait untill she actually does something.
Poor little sea boy.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
She's the visible narrator now, so they're going to blame her for everything.
She's always in the middle, she's always yelling, she's always worried about things she has nothing to do with. It was cute when she was a doli, now it's just plain annoying.
Oh look, he smiles. Maybe its kaname that he likes.
Why do you Miunafags always get so defensive? I don't even dislike her but you can't deny that she's a pretty boring character.
She still loves him, but not sexually
Why would this episode change anybody's opinion?
You can see the exact moment Kaname's heart sinks.
I missed the earlier part of the stream. What was going on here?
Damn, they look great together.
Kaname longing for Chisaki, who was longing for Hikari, who was longing for Manaka.
She's only worried about things involving Hikari and she only yells when she's nervous, which is actually cute.
Waifufags are always defensive. It's not unique to Miunafags.
I don't think she's capable of that.
Hey fishfags, my name is Tsumugu etc....
Is it just me or do those eyes look menacing rather than heartbroken?
>mfw japan loves ChisakixTsumugu
She's diving underwater with Hikari and placing her fear of drowning aside. Phobias aren't easy to conquer, anon.
Why are people saying this episode was lackluster? I thought it was pretty good.
Were you really expecting Kaname to break as soon as he left the water or something?
>she only yells when she's nervous, which is actually cute.
Not him, but what is endearing to one can be annoying to others.
There's a surprising amount of hate for her all of a sudden. These threads were more fun when there wasn't waifu wars and everyone was enjoying the show.
Only fags don't like Hikari.
They're the eyes of someone who's willing to kill.
>Chisaki x Tsmugu is happening.
Well I didn't expect this to happen so quickly.
Sayu will heal his heart.
All of my dick.
>All these dicks around me... I want them all.
OUT OF THIS WORLD SUFFERING
I don't want this to happen. ;_;
Man, he wanted to tap dat ass badly. I mean just look at his hand.
Manaka going for Kaname will complete the cycle.
Hikari was looking out to the sea talking about the village and Manaka and Chisaki started looking at Hikari with those longing eyes.
They're hiding a lot of shit about sea village even in the pv, makes it kinda obvious that next ep will end with a great cliffhanger. Maybe Manaka's death, or something about Miuna
Fuck this shit. I don't want to win Chisaki.
Sayu the cutest
>There's a surprising amount of hate for her all of a sudden.
I've always disliked her though, but I do believe most of the hate comes from stupid waifu wars. Just ignore it.
This was a Sayu x Kaname OTP episode without a doubt. Every other one of his ships was sunk, minus the fishing co-operative.
Why is there people asking the non existent people why the episode was lackluster as though there was a majority perception of such?
>so many cocks around me... I want them all
I'm fine with that. We can agree to disagree. The original post said "Do people even still like Miuna after this episode? I don't get it." which is pretty different.
This episode was made relatively drama-free to prepare for what is to come.
>Every other one of his ships was sunk
I agree with that but I can't see him developing anything for Sayu. I guess we'll see though.
Too early for Manaka. Next episode they find out Shio is completely deserted. Then on the way back Miuna's ena fails.
I don't want him*
Compared to last episode, it was lackluster. Though last episode easily had the second best episode ending next to Manaka's seafloor planking.
I never implied it was a majority. There clearly are people saying it was lackluster and I wanted to know why they though that. Why is this thread filled with so much sperging today?
Miuna's Ena will start fading, and she'll need oxygen.
Kaname takes her lips for himself in front of Hikari
Why is Akari always blushing?
Hikari looks so off with that landfag uniform.
Eczema. Her ena is old and busted.
He's a slut.
This scene was all I wanted from this episode. Thank you Okada.
She's barely blushing if anything. There's this thing called skin tones, sometimes they're used to accentuate facial features.
He does. I hope Kaname doesn't end up wearing it as well.
I'm so fucked up.
>Then on the way back Miuna's ena fails.
You mean. while they're trapped in the village her ena fails.
She actually thinks Hikari will fall in love with her.
I've always thought that the brown uniform was for landfags. Come to think of it, it doesn't match Miuna's color-palete as well
Hikari sees it and doesn't feel one bit jealous.
/u/ senses is tingling
Bad at make up.
She gets over it later in the episode. She'll follow Hikari to the ends of the Earth.
THIS FUCKING SCENE. HOLY SHIT STOP BLOWING MONEY P.A .
THINK ABOUT YOUR SHIT SALES.
Are they back to fighting again?
>Not being bros over hoes.
You might want to recalibrate those /u/ senses.
It's just you.
Can't Chisaki be more active with the group?
Sayu was being a little drama queen, but they weren't really fighting.
[implied schlicking intensifies]
She probably can't because of PTSD.
b-but being angry and shouting at each other means they want to have sweaty and dirty couch sex!
PTSD is a real bitch. You can't get over it for a good six months at least. Source: two car accidents. The first time is the worst,
finally, a scene that I wanted to see.
I thought it was weird how they didn't even mention the pillar. As far as I knew, they thought it had killed Kaname.
And that's it... I hope the next episode shakes us up in a good way.
2 more months left.
The real suffering begins now.
Next episode is the return of Manaka.
It was worth it. Say will heal his heart and then die. There are no breaks on the suffering train.
>the return of Manaka
Too soon for that but something will probably happen to Miuna.
Give it 2 or 3 more episodes.
The current relationships need to be developed a bit more first.
Next episode is the return of Uroko.
>I better give your body a full examination.
They are traditional husband and wife and Japan loves that shit.
>Put your hands on the wall. Lean over. This won't hurt a bit.
Kaname is jealous of Tsumugu not of Hikari, deluded Hikarishipperfag.
>devoid of any emotion
Lelouch, did you watch the show at all? Chisaki's been tsundere for Tsumugu since the second episode. Kaname even acted more jealous of her growing attraction to him than whatever childish baby crush she had on Hikari.
Pretty sure Kaname's jealous of both. And if you're implying that I ship Hikari with Chisaki, I don't.
It's dangerous to leave kids behind with Chisaki.
Well anon, you can say "I love you" to your waifu everyday before you break up with her.
Or you can prove your love to her and stick with her forever.
This episode made it pretty clear that he's jealous of both.
Chisaki is hiding home, thinking about how she changed and can't appear be active with the group because of it. To show herself so changed in front of everyone, it's a shamefur dispray.
I want a doujin were Chisaki goes full ara ara~ on Hikari and Kaname.
So, ChisakixHikari 0% probability right?
I hate the fucking Landfag.
She's looking at his butt.
Did you not watch the episode? He's jealous of both.
She's busy making bento for her husband who is the leader of the team.
I am loving post timeskip Tsumugu in general.
Tsumugu puts his heart in hands rather than his mouth. Quite literally.
But Chisaki can't stop blushing and Tsumugu is finally starting to show emotions.
So I guess this episode proves that MANAKA STRONG and disgusting Miunafags BTFO
Manaka a shit.
You a shit.
Episode 9 was great for Manaka, yes. But we're on episode 17.
They are perfect together.
I like the simplicity of a domestic drama-free everyday comfort they display.
Your taste a shit.
I like Miuna but it feels wrong to pair her with Hikari. His feelings for Manaka will never waver and this episode just confirmed that even more.
It won't last, will it?
Not with that attitude.
They will when she dies.
Unless her parents awake and demand her to marry Kaname for drama or the old man dies, they seem very stable.
Chisaki is better now her friends returned.
I started disliking Manaka in this scene.
She was crying and he hugged her and she acted like he raped her or something.
It was a hug and you were crying in front of him - was he supposed to just stand there and watch you like a humongous beta?
HAHA SUCK IT MIUNA FAGS
That's it. Now I'm shipping Tsumugu and Chisaki.
I bet Hikari is going to give up on the sea during this cour.
Yep, best to go with the flow, anon.
But you don't understand pure anime girls!!!
She pushed him away because she felt attracted to him and it scared her.
Suck what? She's was upgraded to MC and the story is mostly focused on her trying to get together with Hikari now. I couldn't be happier.
You can watch anime without shipping anyone. Try it.
I wasn't shipping anything steady because
But I can't resist how they act together and fuck if they don't look hot. Tsumugu's new professor-brainy role is extremely appealing too.
Welcome to the majority..
It's funny you post this picture, because never had a ship felt so wrong after the shit she pulled here.
All this talk about Miuna dying.
Revving up them hate emails for Okada.
ur mother was wrong when she gave birth 2u
The whole point of Manaka is representing the most common trait of a teenage girl - not knowing what she wants and lashing at others, because they don't know either .
Well I usually ship characters as far as understanding relationships go, because I don't like to get my expectation of the plot wrong. But this series is pretty much all about the relationships, so shipping-like posts are expected.
Miuna sacrifices herself to revive Manaka.
The anal devastation will be glorious.
Just a reminder that tryhard girls who suffer from unrequited love is what Okada describes as her favorite to focus on, as "catnip."
See: Noe and Zessica of Evol.
Hikari sacrifices himself to revive Manaka.
The anal devastation will be even greater.
She seems like the sort of girl to do that. She's doing it already, in the map-room scene.
The amount of suffering this episode had was unsatisfactory. I want Kaname to break down in tears and lash out goddamnit.
That was the exact moment she became a shit.
In manaka's defense, she decided that she was going to come clean in a later episode.
Too bad what happened to her though.
You can't see tears underwater, silly.
What did Hikari say about Manaka in this episode?
Best choice. A mature relationship is way better than some 14 year old puberty shit.
Look at this pubey in the middle. He just started to become teenager. He is no match for 20 year old Chisaki.
Her butt was soft and he couldn't forget it.
He just keeps smiling...smiling...smiling.......
Who says it needs to be underwater? I wanted the faggot to fucking B'AAAAAAW his eyes out when he saw Chisaki and Tsumugu acting like a couple.
Holy shit man. I ship them too but you're getting too paranoid and defensive. Fucking chill, faggot.
That scene was enough to depress Miuna. Interpret as you will. The chat said she was niece-zoned though. It might not be about Manaka in specific, though he did mention her name about twice IIRC.
I think the episodes are making more obvious Chisaki cherishes her friends but she has shit to deal now and isn't going to pine after them or her old life anymore.
Her absence is telling for instance. Life happens, we come together, drift apart, and come together with other people. She's the one who is finally getting it.
Maybe, when he finally snaps, he will rape Sayu while he calls Chisaki's name.
Zessica also got the first kiss. As did Miuna.
Even if she doesn't win her fans are getting tons of screentime for her, so they ain't complaining. The journey is always more fun than the conclusion.
Quick someone shoop Miuna's face in
I want to see her happy though.
>Not Miuna x Sayu
Step it up, Kyoudai
The journey will be more fun than the trainwreck ending that's for sure.
You got me, anon.
>Her absence is telling for instance. Life happens, we come together, drift apart, and come together with other people. She's the one who is finally getting it.
And she was the one who didn't want anything to change - but too bad, time to grow up.
I like this development.
Lets take from all the shipping and Miuna bashing and realize that NnA has now broken the Manabi Line.
Okada also killed fan favourite, Jin. Miuna is also a fan favourite.
Has it actually?
Good news for everyone. Timeskip S2 when?
Hikari said he doesn't want things to change even more when Manaka wakes up so he decided he's not going to change either.
>*2,914 *5 Nagi no Asukara [DVD+BD]: 2013/12/20
Watched 5 episodes now, does it get better or is that all it is?
I doubt the line matters anymore due to inflation.
Put it this way anon, if the plot were Ena, it would be very thick.
No, you should drop it, and the threads too.
If you like drama and scenery porn, yes. If not, you're better off picking something else.
People ask this in every thread, just watch more if you want to or stop if you're not feeling it.
Im not feeling it yet. That's why im asking if theres some kind of turning point or shit
He did? Wow, he's going to be disappointed. I'd almost swear OP has Manaka looking significantly older.
For the love of God let her be a Noe instead of Zessica.
Zessica was angst's for angst's sake. While Noe's heartbreak served a purpose to make her emotionally mature, clean her act and get a fucking future.
There is a pretty big plot twist later on but the show still focuses on drama and relationships.
At the time he was killed, they didn't know he was the fan favorite. So they brought him back in the catfrog for the finale.
Go back and re-watch the first half, all those Tsumugu/Chisaki flags everywhere. Her affection for Hikari was always pretty shallow and stubbornly rooted in unseen affection (like Kaname's for her).
While Hikari and Manaka, as contrast, changed their feelings for each other during the cour.
Of course, revenue over expenses are the only real way to measure a shows profitability. Even so, most shows are usually held to that Standard, and considering that NnA was selling pretty badly I'd say getting to almost 3k sales is pretty good.
I have that feeling too. We were already spoiled with both the fact that there was a timeskip(Obvious) and the timeskip designs before Episode 14 aired. Moreso, there has an absolute lack of official Manaka art outside occasional shots of her sleeping.
I'm not sure why people were expecting something different, the preview didn't really suggest otherwise. There will probably be a lot more going on next week.
>So they brought him back in the catfrog for the finale.
I don't remember that at all.
>all those Tsumugu/Chisaki flags everywhere.
Before timeskip, I always thought they would just grow up to be good friends. I really liked their interactions but I didn't want to turn into shipperfag.
Did you watch the BD rip? They added that among other scenes.
Kaname was jealous of him and Chisaki acted like a tsundere half of the time, even jumping and blushing when their elbows brushed together. She was attracted to him and stubbornly in denial.
I didn't pick up the Chisaki/Tsumugu as much as I picked up Manaka/Tsumugu flags. I must be blind to not see it coming.
No, I didn't. Have you got a screencap of that scene?
Atleast they won't find Manaka next week.
Not him, but I had hints of it after their first chat by the bins when she said something like "You don't have to something so much for Manaka" to herself after he walked away.
But that was it, I didn't see much of it after that.
Really? This one was very obvious and early one. She's the one blushing and spending time with him and seems using as Manaka as scapegoat.
Keep in mind Chisaki refused to change and Tsumugu waltzed in and she reacted with hostility for changing. She reacted to him but not other landfags.
This. And it was implied that he meant specifically that he wouldn't stop loving Manaka.
I suspect that he's going to have the rug pulled out from under him. AGAIN.
I think he looks pretty suave tbh.
Might be forgetting some but:
>Chisaki storming out angrily every time he said something that offended her (while she didn't when other landfag did that).
>The entire cove scene with Kaname jealous and Chisaki storming out again
>Chisaki opening up to him for her problems
>Kaname jealous again after his confession and calling Tsumugu "you know who" with a resigned expression, Chisaki blushing at the mention
>Their shopping trip with Chisaki jumping when their elbows touch and blushing immediately moving away with Kaname reacting negatively
>The rescue scene was a huge flag, specially because Kaname had the pained smile loser written all over him
She won't be back so early. My bets on last 2-3 episodes.
She's in the other room servicing those old landfags.
Gif of budget blowing scene when?
>Kaname had the pained smile loser written all over him
Fuck you, it's a smile from the broest of the bros. He could have left Kaname to fucking die like the pig that he is and get Chisaki, but no, the bro inside him wouldn't let that happen.
It was even more dramatic and fluid than Hikari and Miuna's scene.
Why people likes Tsumugu so much? He's a boring character who does nothing and get girls without effort.
I have a feeling they're gonna put the entire cast in
I...I'm not insulting him, actually Kaname is my favorite guy. But he knew she was getting went for him and he still helped her (very brave). When she lost her shit he fell to the sea, he followed her and they exchanged this apologetic look that said it all to me.
>Two dolis waiting for their Sea men.jpg
Well pointed out.
Last time I checked, Tsumugu helped to save Manaka and Chisaki when they got ena dry also helped them with their problems, built them a nice pool to them and their friends, supported the sea people.
How is this exactly no 'effort'? All Kaname does to get chicks to dig him is smile and pat their heads?
I think one of the major parts of this show is subtle messages sent through pauses and facial expressions (or lack thereof). Tsumugu is a character that isn't quite explicit in his conduct but we can see that he has feelings (le sexual tension here) and that he has repressed them for quite a while. Tsumugu and Chisaki actually has had more development (and is a much likelier end) than Miuna and Hikari even.
Tsumugu has stepped it up lately, though, becoming a bit more defensive about his waifu.
On a side note, I'm very upset about the notion that deluded miunafags (11's and /a/utists alike) are going to threaten Okada if Miuna doesn't win the Hikarib owl. I personally like Miuna but I don't think she should win Hikari. (I don't really like Manaka, but I'd either have Hikari win her or have an open ended ending rather than some bullshit OTP because of death threats)
That was the funniest scene in the whole series for me. I couldn't stop laughing - I had to pause and stop watching for a solid 2 minutes after he fell into the water.
Headpats are pretty cute though.
Where's this from? I don't remember.
It isn't. It's a scene from the show with the older design of Sayu shopped in
I don't think most people were serious about the death threats. Most of us will just baw our feelings out on 4chan.
Honestly, as much as I'm personally cheering for Miuna, I think I'll be satisfied with any outcome if it were made without an asspull. I'm trusting Okada on this one.
I agree but they don't necessarily take effort.
Hikari's the loud supporter who is pushy and overprotective also very emotional, wants to take the lead and is self concious about his feelings too. He's brash and optimistic. Some girls like that.
Tsumugu's the stoic, reliant smart/tough guy who is a mystery about what he feels but he's kind, open mind and generous, good listener who is able to lift a girl of his age easily. Some chicks dig that.
Kaname is the friendly, charming supporter who seems cheerful like Hikari but suppresses as much as Tsumugu who is always there to watch the back of his friends, even if he has to do something they won't like. Some chicks dig that.
The three are 100% husbandos material. They are different flavors.
Just combined the two pictures together
Here a not so blurry one
Nope. That's that's the eyecatch from this episode (Sayu) shooped together with the eyecatch from the previous one (Miuna).
>mfw an /a/non actually feels that death threats on /a/ are actually significant.
Oh please, we have always said shit similar to that because we would feel jarred if our favorite waifu loses in any series. The worst /a/ has ever done that I've seen was when /v/ hijacked the KC Scandal threads and sent dick pics to Eri Kitamura through twitter.
Why the hell do you get upset over threats on 4chan?
The end pieces.
I don't want Miuna end as much as I want not-Manaka end.
Honestly I don't remember which ep contain this scene. 14 or 15?
This. Stop insulting them. The three boys are great.
>I'm very upset about the notion that deluded miunafags (11's and /a/utists alike) are going to threaten Okada if Miuna doesn't win the Hikarib owl
Prepare your anus and email inbox, Mari.
>The three are 100% husbandos material
And no effort.
Looks like two prostitutes working the street.
Will Mitsuhashi become husbando material? That's the question.
Oh wow. I'm totally mad. You shouldn't have said that about Miuna. Now my jimmies have been rustled like never before. Wow. You're a master troll.
He's kind of dull-looking. Van-kun is 100% husbando material though, as is Uroko-sama.
I will fucking fight you
Waifu wars really reduced the quality of the threads. As per usual one of the fanbases (in this case Miunafags) is incredibly hostile and turns any criticism or discussion about other potential ends into shitposting.
Why is everything in the town so neglected?
Everything looks worn out and rusty, even before the timeskip.
>The three are 100% husbandos material. They are different flavors.
I agree, but Tsumugu is the husband-iest
Chisaki was so attractive in this episode.
Chisaki is attractive in any episode.
I wanna tap that ass
Stop reminding me that I'll never have this.
Hikari and Kaname are some people's kind of guy, though. The honestly remind me of real people unlike most anime characters.
Singling out a fanbase completely nullified your point but I agree. I think we should try to be as close as we can so when the inevitable suffering arrives we can help eachother through it.
God yeah look at this guy
I can get Hikari, but Kaname is about as anime as you can get.
To you. It's all subjective. I like him the best too. But I favor kuudere/dandere female and male.
Yeah because Miunafags are the ones shitflinging on Manaka/Chisaki/Sayu. So far I've seen, since Episode 15:
>Miuna a shit
>Miuna is so boring
>How can anyone even like her
>Miuna a slut
>Miuna gonna lose
If anything, Miuna's hatebase in reaction to her getting MC status is the one responsible for the reduction of quality in the threads.
What if Hikari starts cross-dressing as the MANaka?
Really? I actually think he resembles me, personally, in that he isn't afraid to speak his mind and is kinda a bro. I'm not as charming, though.
I don't think this was supposed to be her attraction to Tsumugu. This scene was supposed to show just her jealousy of Manaka. As in: "Why do all guys like her?"
This. And I'm not even a character-fag.
This is the pair most likely to happen; the only drama involved in this would be whether or not Chisaki would be okay going into a relationship after her friends and former love interests just recently came back.
Also Tsumugu is too tactful to try to lay out his feelings while he's convinced she's still in love with Hikari.
To be far there's been as much hate directed towards Manaka too. Anyway, we're all better off letting all of that be water under the bridge and just ignoring people who try to stir up waifu wars.
Yeah, but I can't say that they are all Miunafags anymore than I can say that its only Manakafags that shit on Miuna. Hence, hatebase.
They reenact the Ofunehiki in the last episode but, this time, Manaka is free.
Can someone .gif Sayu's head pat?
Disappointing episode. I'm counting on the new KlK episode to rid me off the awful taste.
They weren't relevant before, they are not relevant now, Miuna started getting all this hate because the fanbase is obnoxious as hell. Don't forget this is /a/, people hate things mostly because of its fans and not for what they are.
Water under the bridge anon. Even if you're right, the more posts you waste in trying to prove it, the more the shitposters win.
Part 1 with Hikari as the MC was in essence a Bildungsroman. Part 2 with Miuna is a ... I don't know. The overarching theme is change.
Am I right or have a failed 10th grade English again?
>FIRST FOR MIUNA
>Miuna a best
>Manaka a shit
>I want to protect Miunas smile
>Who dolicon here?
>IF THE NIECE LOSES WE RIOT!
>Chisaki a slut
>Manaka please stay dead
Miunafags started being obnoxious as soon as the timeskip happened. I'm pretty sure people are shitting on them now because they just want them to shut up already. Sitting on the outside of everything, both sides are annoying as fuck and I wish that we could just enjoy the damn show.
Rather than the death threats actually coming to fruition, it really pisses me off, the general attitude for Mari Okada because their waifu doesn't end up with MC or some other crap.
Miunafags are ironically shitposting. It's the haters that takes them seriously. Anything that can give them a reason to jump at them.
You're annoying as fuck. I'd rather have shippers.
It's mostly in retaliation to all the Dolicons and Miuna worshipping clouding these threads.
Are you the local shitposter?
I had to check the dictionary. Anyway I don't think the first part could be considered a coming of age story because it lacked resolution. Hikari matured during the first part, but his main conflict wasn't resolved at all. Also, the overarching theme has always been change and still is.
Atleast you know that we have gotten popular enough to merit our own little shitposter trying to stir up the threads
I was trying to reply to >>101203479 but I fucked up with the quote.
We used to, but then the show became more and more popular. It's sad really. Smaller fanbases are always better.
So you admit that you're shitposting now?
Most people are really enjoying Okada's story or else they wouldn't be so invested in the show. You need to know what kind of posts you can and can't take too seriously here.
I don't see that anywhere in my post try again.
>The threads are shit
>Let's make it even worse
Sounds like a pretty good strategy. Yeah, I'm totally on your side now.
Of course, the story is still ongoing and the only definitive resolution would be on the last episode. Regardless, Hikari went from a closed-minded immature fish to an open-minded maturer fish.
As per the MC, I don't know, a lot of the story has been getting perspectives from all of the gang, but to me it seems that the spotlight this cour has shifted from Hikari to Miuna.
Only about fifteen minutes left.
Uroko will show up next episode to bring more suffering and extreme suffering. Calling it
You win, I'll never make a post about Miuna again. Holy shit, you guys have to ruin everything, don't you?
RIP NnA community, we had a good run during the first 10 or so weeks.
17 weeks. It started going to shit around episode 15.
Same, I'd rather have good threads.
Don't waifufags generally not want their favorite girl to win the MCb owl and remain untainted?
It was already shit last week and the week before. Basically, after the timeskip. It attracted too much attention.
See you next week, you over-dramatic cunts.
Again, Episode 15. Episode 14's threads were perfect and early 15 as well. since then its been all shit.
>Implying I won't be in the occasional NnA threads that occur until next week.
What's title of next episode?
Speaking of which, how did sickness come into play in this episode?
The day wafiufags are banned, is the day /a/ becomes good again.
So many niggas in the thread. Since when does /a/ have reasonable opinions about anime?
It was fun to mutually recognize that a lot of people were starting to like Miuna a lot until people turned it into a war because apparently it was too obnoxious to do what /a/ always does when it likes a girl.
We'll be sure to recognize you when you start shitposting about how bad the threads are.
Sayu says that her and Miuna liking the fishboys was a sickness.
>reading through this thread
Jesus christ what the fuck happened? a few weeks ago the disussion about his anime was top notch even the waifufags kept that shit to a minimum
Why can't we just go back to discussion/speculation?
Well that puts things into perspective, that also implies said sickness can be cured.
The anime got popular
And yet, shit sales.
Japan has shit taste.
I don't know. It seems everyone is carrying an extra dose of mad today. I just hope people won't continue to be so oversensitive and loudmouthed in the future, cause I really like NnA threads.
People who have been watching the series since episode 1 like me have grown an emotional attachment to the plot and characters, while people who jumped on the bandwagon after the timeskip are only in it for the girls. It's pretty simple. One part of the fanbase just wants to have a normal discussion while the other circlejerks about the girl they like.
>[HorribleSubs] Nagi no Asukara - 17 [480p].mkv
Wait for it
When we talk about boys and not little girls.
I root for all the boys and girls except for Manaka. All I want is for them to be happy.
It's a pun about the famous japanese proverb about love being a sickness doctors can't remedy.
As soon as someone brings something up, it opens the floodgates of replies. That's how waifu wars start and that's how this whole bitchfest started.
That's a lot of assumptions on the first part, but I mostly agree. I just think there really isn't that much a distinction between people who came in earlier and people who came in recently. The threads just got too crowded and that almost invariably leads to shitposting.
I'm not even trying to defend myself, I was here from episode 1 too. I just think there must be people who came recently after seeing the burst in popularity who probably wanted to discuss the show too and not just call other people's waifus names.
Wow, it makes sense to me now but it also sucks because NnA isn't even a romance, it's just a very character focused drama.
If they want a romance they should go back to White Album 2 and it's buggery of an ending
>Hating on true love
Setsuna got BTFO
It's cause the girls in this anime are nothing special whereas the boys are great.
>[HorribleSubs] Nagi no Asukara - 17 [720p].mkv
>NnA isn't even a romance, it's just a very character focused drama.
>White Album 2 and it's buggery of an ending
You do realize that wasn't really the end right? It's more like the end of the first season, except they might never actually animate the second season.
>they might never actually animate the second season
Not that anon, but this make it even worse. It's incomplete.
What does BTFO mean? I haven't seen it used until this thread.
Blown the fuck out.
I want to lick those scales.
The story is complete in the VN. They just might never animate it.
Has this term gotten very popular lately or are you just one person always using it?
Its gotten more popular.
Nice damage control.
Just let it die. Shitposting is inevitable. Fuck everything.
Somebody's going to make one now that subs are out anyway, so you might as well.
It's not that I didn't want touma to win but she didn't, they just shagged then she still goes to italy.
I didn't really understand it at all, am I missing something?
Should I have watched the original white album first?
It's more about how circumstance effects peoples relationships, romatic and otherwise, and how the characters deal with it. Thats the only reason the romance stuff is in there, at least thats the impression i've got from the show
Is the VN worth playing through?
I'm suggesting a motive for it. I don't participate nor care particularly
It would be nice to have a little discussion after the episode is out.
Haruki is in love with her, she won.
>Is the VN worth playing through?
I don't know. I never played it. I just meant to say that you shouldn't judge the anime ending because it really isn't an ending at all, the story continues much further than that in the VN's.
The ending made it seem like they never meet again though so it's a loss in my book
It's a drama with the primary driving force for relationships being love interests
Yes, but it's hard to say it "isn't even a romance" when every main character has been on both ends of a one-sided crush.
They do meet again. In Coda, that is.
How is that not the definition of the romance genre?
I was just trying to say that while the romance stuff is there, it's there for a reason (character arcs/to show how the characters have changed and matured) rather than in an actual romance wherethe romance is at the forefront and all the characters arcs progress at the mercy of the romance.
To put it another way, in NnA the changes in circumstance push the plot forward by effecting the characters relationships with each other whereas in White Album 2 the plot is pushed forward by the characters acting out on their feeling for each other.
The romance in NnA is a plot device, the romance in White Album 2 is the plot
My post is probably relavent to yours aswell
>it's there for a reason rather than in an actual romance where the romance is at the forefront and all the characters arcs progress at the mercy of the romance.
I would say this is more the difference between a well-done romance and crappy paperback novel-style romance.
