Admit it, you tried doing this for 3 years straight.
nigga I can't even do 50 situps without my stomach cramping up
that doesn't sound impressive
I wish I did.
I'm like 400lbs and I can do 100 no problem, what is wrong with you?
You could space it out. One set of twenty-five through out the day until you reach one-hundred.
The push-ups are really the only thing that are in anyway difficult.
It's a simple workout, but doing that for 3 years straight would still make you incredibly fit.
So no, anyone on this board would not have done that for 3 years straight.
dunno, don't really care enough to find out
if you split up the pushups they're weaksauce
it's the running 10km every day that will fuck you up
>doing that for 3 years straight would still make you incredibly fit.
And you would be able to kill people with one punch right?
Screw fitness I have anime to watch.
Hm splitting is easy-mode, though I'd have to split push-ups for the first week, after that I'd probably be able to do them all at once, maybe two weeks. Running is easy, you just would have to get a bit more rest every night and this all is easy.
Your legs might shit out if you do 10km every day with no rest days, but 70km a week is no problem.
Nigger, I lost 45kg two years ago by starving my ass to death and doing push ups, I'm not doing any of that shit anymore.
Whatever, it worked.
And now for some reason I've got a decent metabolism and know how to control myself.
In all honesty here, OPM and Teppu together inspired me to work out more. It feels pretty good.
you're doing it wrong
>10 km running
How am I supposed to do that if I don't go outside?
Order a treadmill off of Amazon. Mount monitor to wall, watch animu while you run
Run around your room
That's actually a really good idea for people who have dosh but don't want to go outside.
Hoodie up, earbuds, run at nights.
I'm autismal as fuck, but running at past 0:00 feels amazing.
>Hoodie up, earbuds, run at nights.
Holding up a sign saying "Cops please get on my ass" sounded too cheesy, right?
With my luck I may end up arrested by some insomniac cops because it's creepy to run all alone.
listen, not that I don't believe you people, but 100 push ups nonstop is a hardmode exercise even for healthy people. It's not possible to do it unless you're actually pretty fit, and I'm talking atlhetic fit. You won't be able to do it so easily, unless you're doing it wrong.
It's inspiring and motivating, the feeling of being...
welp not shit you don't want to go outside.
buy a treadmill
Run from the cops.
Depends on bodyweight and height.
Skinny manlets can bust dozens of them untrained.
While someone at 6'4 will struggle more even if he is no newbie to fitness.
>implying I live in burgerland
Night is the time sandnigger lurk at night so the cops are often around arresting whatever looks remotely human with a hoodie.
true, but it's still hard to achieve it easily even being, at least, healthy and active, which I bet is not common around most /a/nons
i think that running 2km a day is ok but the knees should rest twice or three times a week at least
>people on /a/ exercising
I mean some people probably do, but I doubt many people are fitness buffs.
Maybe not murrica but apparently just as bad.
In muh country where even the most shady guys in neighborhood don't interrupt my training.
>tfw skinny manlet and bigger friends get mad I can do more pushups than them
>tfw my ankles start aching in <1km of walking
God damnit, I walk often but this pain never goes away.
This pain, like someone's driving a metal pin from the bottom of my feet right into my leg, it's horribe.
You should probably get that checked out.
Visit doc, this is definitely not normal unless you are like gravely obese.
You're dying anon
2km is nothing. A good run lasts at least 30 minutes.
Find a podiatrist or at least go to a specialty running store.
I do 50 push-ups, 20 pull-ups and 50 extend your legs sitting on your ass whatever-the-fuck-it's-called and then hold them for 30 secs, every day. Mostly for fun and to get rid of excess energy.
I build it up slowly from 20 push ups and 3 pull ups, I recommend it.
They might say that 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and 10km running is standard training, but that shit isn't easy. You'd have to build that up too. Starting from zero, it might take a whole year just getting to that level.
Also, try running barefoot, and focus on landing lightly. It's easier to get your form right (midfoot/toe strike) when you're running without shoes on.
Good running shoes are better than bare feet.
this, people who say otherwise clearly don't even work out
Some think that's the price to pay for losing WW2.
Also I'm curious, are any of you in good shape?
Like doing sports or stuff thanks to anime/manga?
But, more importantly, I need to buy this shit. Localize it already, for fuck's sake.
If working out more often put me on OPM level I'd be all over that shit.
Situps are easy as hell though. I could do 50+ situps easy even when I couldn't do a single pushup.
>-30C weather recently
But seriously, I'd find it easier to stick to that type of regime than to hit the gym.
Source doesn't disapprove of what I have said.
Don't bother going to the gym, just buy a set of weights for yourself. Save money in the long run, and it's a hell of a lot more comfortable/easier to work out at home than to travel to the gym to work out.
I've actually been doing this workout sans the 10k run. It takes like 5 minutes, so I feel like I have no excuse not to do it. Right now I'm doing 3 sets of 50, rotating between pushups, situps, and then squats with no breaks. I check my max every other week and I've recently just hit my last goal of 100 pushups in a row. Squats were never a problem since I have strong legs and I hit 100 situps a couple months ago. It's taken me 5 months to reach this point, and I honestly feel great. My arms have never been bigger and I actually have substance in my chest now. My new goal is the make 100 reps of each with no splitting a daily workout.
I was doing 10k twice a day during summer in high school for cross country, so I might throw that in once it's spring time, although I might be too lazy for it.
Nigga, I tried to train like him but I fail to do a simple push-up.
No nigga I fucking prayed and punch 10000 times a day
That's an inferior workout. You can't even crush an ant with it.
As great as OPM is, you shouldn't take it seriously.
I started going to the gym everyday thanks to my waifu
If you find a way to do pull-ups it would be a good idea to start.
You think that is autismal. For two months I went to a park at night, drunk some alcohol alone and started watching anime on my mobile phone.
its piss ez except for running 10 km, shits fucking retarded
My family has a treadmill, stationary bike, and some free weights. The only reason I don't work out is because I'm a lazy sack of shit and I'm too self-conscious to do it while others are present. It's not like I'm in bad shape though, I used to work out a lot. I was super inspired the first time I watched Ben-To. Recently, a distant relative I saw even commented on my physique.
I'm a manlet (only 177cm) so I don't want to work out.
UFC middleweight division fighter
I feel the same man, the exercises take no time at all. It's just the running that's a bit boring. I take the bicycle to work every day though so I use that as excuse to slack off.
>tfw 180cm and 145-150lb
100 push ups, sit ups, and squats collectively is nothing compared to 10KM of running
Or maybe I suck at running.
>a distant relative I saw even commented on my physique.
Give her your physically improved D.
No, I have a Western name.
It was a man. Trust me, I would be aware of my opportunities.
One Pump Man.
Motherfucker dont mess with me, im like a ticking time bomb
That's the lamest excuse I've ever heard. You should work out for strength, not appearance.
The fuck do I need strength for in the year 2014?
>ITT: /a/ - /fit/ Local Branch Office

>1x100 push-ups, 1x100 sit-ups, 1x100 squats
>for 3 years
Enjoy your nogainz
What can a powerless man do to protect a smile?
The power of Love!
Rape doesn't count.
>10 km running
I actually did get there, all of these things you just have to build up to
Funny enough I used this guide to get me there in combination with the other one to get started
100 push ups or squats will literally do nothing for you other than act as a glorified cardio exercise
no strength here lads
To punch holes in giant monsters you silly goose.
You would only impress some normalfag whores with strength. Call me again if strength can pull out 2D girls out of my computer screen.
>even if you can't find one, just remember all of your friends online that are getting fit and running, too!
Emi's a cool grill.
>All these lazy fucks on /a/ not working out, striving to become a perfect husbando for their waifus.
Shame on you. All of you.
>power of Love!
I feel positively reinforced just from reading this.
Time to put the caramel bar down.
>legless slut giving running advice
>I'm like 400lbs
Sit-ups aren't even the best ab workout. Do planks.
You must be from /fit/
fitness ≠ gainz
Well, the car DID stop.
She still runs better than you, faggot.
What does it matter when you can have both?
She's the fastest thing on no legs.
That's because she has springs for legs.
RIP in peace Nagai
You're an idiot.
>She's the fastest thing on no legs
Pretty sure that would be this bird right here.
But they are a type of spring.
General fitness is easier to attain and far better to fit in an everyday life. Getting gainz a far greater task that involves devoting most of your time.
you're obviously doing them incorrectly
>A spring is an elastic object used to store mechanical energy
Tell me again how these aren't springs.
I would wear that sweatshirt so hard.
>loli that is almost weightless with specifically for running designed weightless artificial limbs having a diet that contains mostly sperm is faster than some neckbeard
Who would have thought?
Then your form must be shit.
>even commented on my physique
That can be either positive or negative.
I can only do 30 sit-ups at a time due to back problems
I can do about 40-50 pushups at a time
I can only run a mile before getting tired out, no way I'm doing 5 or more
this except for the 10 km
>having a diet that contains mostly sperm
Has /fit/ confirmed it worked yet?
I built up to be able to do thirty straight after three weeks. And this is from not being able to do a single one for the first few days.
>diet that mostly contains sperm
Don't forget the lemons.
Diet is 90% of weight loss anon, read a book sometime.
Still waiting for my cook book.
ONE STILL HASN'T FINISHED THE CHAPTER
I'm not a nutritionist but I can safely say that it probably isn't possible to sustain yourself on a diet of primarily sperm
I mean what nutritional benefits would sperm be able to provide
>I mean what nutritional benefits would sperm be able to provide
The same nutritional benefits that egg whites provide.
Plenty anon, plenty.
Your waifu disagrees.
>60 minutes of running
>total 70 minutes
She's physically disabled, not mentally disabled. This shit ain't right.
cool, now let's see how long it'll take to do a hundred in one go.
Plus, there's always that fag that does like 1 pushup/second, it's suposed to go slowly like every other exercise.
5min warm up
5min cool down
I thought that too until I realised in included a warm up and warm down
>accuses Emi of being mentally disabled in the guide when he didn't notice the warmup or cooldown included
I do everything except 10km running everyday (for now)
Fucking 3 inches of snow outside
I replace it with skipping rope though, bretty gud cardio as well.
you'd be in bretty good shape if you followed that routine, though if you're fatmerican and 300lbs the 6 miles of running a day would murder your knees.
He said she isn't mentally disabled.
The girls in KS are just physically disabled.
It's funny because VN girls are normally mentally disabled
Fuck, I guess I'm mentally disabled. I'll just show myself out.
Undoubtedly, if you did this you would become the most powerful being in the universe.
you aren't properly doing situps, fatty.
Bitch, my hair is the most fabulous thing ever, so no. I'm like the fluffiest nigga in my town.
You would be surprised...
>mfw i'm on week 3
feels good man, well i'm a lazy piece of shit so this is a big achievement to me.
I will run the entire earth with a partner like this
For some reason, I knew it.
>>be fatass 3 years ago
>>decide to workout and get gainz
>>decide to put on a dress
>>manly dude in a girly dress
I'm getting there. 195lb 5'10" reporting in.
I do 2KM running
I don't think squats would be very useful my legs are developing pretty evenly without it.
I think 5KM is as far as I want to go.
Now, seriously, why didn't this get released in the West already?
There's something about that picture I can't put my finger on. Even though this person is a guy.
they could do a live action with bruce willis
>replacing Murata's art with anything
I'll fight if it comes to that.
You're doing great anon just keep working at it
Everyone's gotta make exceptions sometimes.
can only do knuckle pushups since I fucked my right hand up and can't really bend at the wrist without it hurting
Fifteen squats, fifteen presses, fifteen pulls, and 10l whole milk
EVERY OTHER DAY
knuckle pushups are harder for me than regular push ups for some reason
>but doing that for 3 years straight would still make you incredibly fit.
Doing a 10 km run every day for 3 years with no rest day would destroy your legs.
or make you the strongest being in the universe
>10l whole milk
Nigga that's 2 1/2 gallons of milk holy fuck
DON'T YOU WANT TO BREAK 1000lb?!
>would destroy your legs
Why? I'm just curious, I'd never do 10km every single day.
>10km ever tim for 3 years
Good luck with those knees bruh
How lazy are you?
> implying I'm gonna follow a routine like this.
Tomorrow I planned to go jogging, I usually go on a 4-5 kilometers road that I accomplish in something between 30 and 45 minutes ( never look at the time ) , fuck this weak-ass build-up training.
It will destroy your knees from overwork. I had to remove my broken meniscus after running 8-10km every day for four or five years.
>devoting most of your time
3 hours a week.
I spend more time mastubating.
I imagine your cartilage won't last long at that rate and intensity.
Like i said i'm pretty lazy, but great for you /a/non
god post more.
I do several hundred pushups/situps each day as I have for the past half year. No running though. I do squats occasionally.
I can do 40 one armed pushups with my right, 30 with my left
>Another rule is to never use your air-conditioner be it summer or winter
I don't think I have what it takes guys.
>100 push ups
>100 sit ups
Nope Nope Nope
In a row sure they're pretty hard, I usually only hit 80-90 in a row, but on good days I can hit 100. 100 in a day is extreme easy though
>sophomore year in high school
>be fat and strong
>no definition because too much fat
>go on a diet over the summer
>maxes went down but don't really care about that since just lifted and such to stay in shape
>definition goes way up
>OH ANON YOUR SO SKINNY NOW
>Anon how you lost all that weight?
>Nigga yo momma don't cook nomore?
60 pushups 60 squats 200 jumping jacks, every day, usually a couple hours apart.
i used to bike a whole bunch but then ~weather~ happened.
Wouldn't it be better to do 25 or so every hour that you are awake?
I'm sure you wouldn't feel as tired either.
1. Is that strength functional?
2. Did it bulk up your arms/shoulders/chest?
3. Sorry /a/.
Yeah I look more muscular. I don't realy have anything to test it against, but I would think the strength is functional.
Maybe so. When I watch anime I do as many pushups as I can, then about 50 situps each episode and by the time the next episode starts I'm not tired.
opm is fucking shite. Where is the fun in having a completly over the top invicible main character that will fuck shit up in one hit every-single-time.
Like you would know about having fun.
Look guys we have a dumbass over here
You are the peak of physical fitness - thank you for validating yourself on an anonymous imageboard
Actually, general fitness is a lot harder to obtain than gains.
There are a lot of different aspects of fitness whereas there is only a few involved in making gainz (they're still important though, nonetheless)
