How long before her metabolism slows down so much that she can't maintain her glutinous lifestyle?

Not him, but your metabolism would need to be insanely fast to not gain weight from eating so much. And metabolic disorders severe enough to seriously effect weight gain are rare. It's one of those things a lot of people think they have (And blame for their weight) but don't. Your metabolism does slow a bit as you get older but not enough to get you really fat on its own.

tldr; If you get fat you have only yourself to blame, not your body.

Since a company has apparently invested a lot of money into her I'm willing to believe that they have her exercise and stay in shape regularly.

Not him, but I'm a sedementary guy (i.e. I sit infront of my computer all day), bare ever excersize, and eat titloads fo junk-food. I'm 6'0 and only weigh 160 pounds; if my metabolism was the same as anyone else's, shouldn't I be pushing 200 or something? I mean, I barely do more than five minutes of exercise a day.

Hyperthyroidism is pretty common. I don't remember the exact number but it's between 1 in ten women or one in a hundred women. (More common in women than men. )
