Is it true that <span class="spoiler" onmouseover="this.style.color='#FFF';" onmouseout="this.style.color=this.style.backgroundColor='#000'" style="color:#000;background:#000">Spoilers: Misaki never existed. It was all in his imagination?</span>
Also, YOU JUST LOST THE GAME
Welcome to the NHK; resistance is futile.
she did exist..
his friend the puripuri nerd talked to her and shit..
Is the manga still going?
Now I'm confused. In the manga she talks to him?
[spoilers]She existed in the novel, manga and animu. However, they only eventually had consensual sex in the missionary position in two.[/spoilers]

ended last year..
got all in dvd with the series and ost
and also im a NEET
What does kind of mean?
You know what really pissed me off? When Yamazaki finally got a job, as a host no less, got a shit load of money for that trap to get a sex change operation, and he just fucking rejected him. Seriously.
Hah. Oh man, that would just be cruel. I'd have been so pissed if that was the ending.
1. Misaki existed.
2. Manga is completed at 40 chapters.
3. PIC RELATED, HYPER SELF PLEASURE
this thread is great. A++
give me the ending of the manga please. I don't really want to read from where i left off.
This thread is confusing. ALL LIES!
Uploading last chapter. Pic related, because it's the first page.
Misaki confronts her father with HYPER SELF PLEASURE man's help and you lose the game
So which is best, novel, mango, or anime?
I'm quessing that everyone dies or something like that. Good ending would be kind of phony.
Oops, forgot to spoiler pic it. Meh, fuck that.
You're mean, anon.
I actually preferred the animu. The manga had quality moments but it felt kind of slow compared to the anime which I guess is to be expected, but things felt a lot more compounded.
Wait, there's forty pages. Should I just post the last two?
Does it end like the anime, or is it a different ending?
If you have time to upload them all, please do.
There's something Gar about this moment.
f5'ing like the fist of the north star
Personally I'd say
novel > anime > manga.
I put the manga last because it seems to lose it's focus and has a lot of weird stuff that doesn't make much sense in the later volumes.
Exact opposite of my opinion.
bah can't be bothered to keep checking the spoiler image box. You all know I'm spoiling this shit anyhow.
The ending NHK in each publication goes like this:
Novel: Bad ending
Animu: Good ending (which is not implemented by the creator himself)
Manga: 'life with an empty feeling' ending
It's the ending of a dating sim game.
How did the novel end?
post faster nigga
Why was the novel a bad ending? It was almost the same as the anime ending. I liked it a lot.
Tell me if I miss out on any pages by the way, might do that by mistake.
No need for the rest. Crappy ending to an awesome start.
It's not bad, I mean it ended on a negative note, which the creator was going for.
Well I don't really mind, although I guess I could use sage as to not bother cool people F5ing the first page.
hush, let us see how it plays out.
Nevermind saging, realized I can't be bothered to do that either, being a fag and all.
keep posting who cares about the frontpage jeez
The ending of each NHK publication is like the ending of a hentai game; there's a best ending, a good ending and there's a not-so-good ending.
Suicide always makes art instantly better.
Wait, what? Three pages into 39 and they just lie together naked?
When did this happen? Why did this happen?
WHERE IS MY MISAKI PRONS!??!?!?!!!!!!
Negative note? I thought it ended on an upbeat note, even if it was sort of ironic about it.
I didn't find the anti-suicide pact depressing at all. Sure all their problems weren't solved but they final found something to believe in - each other.
And that's basically the ending of the NHK manga.
chairman bro and sis.jpg
Weeping like a baby and F5ing at the speed of light
OH GOD OH GOD
I wonder if Megumi actually wincest'd her brother
They got together after all?
I don't get it...
Long distance relationship, yeah.
I found the manga ending really underwhelming personally
Such lame ending. I thought they were going to die as in real life they would have. For christ sakes there is no instant redemption for failures.
Same here. The very chapter itself started off really strong, but somewhere along the line, about when Sato reverted back to NHK-conspiracy mode, the momentum was killed for me.
Cute epilogue, though.
Superior novel ending:
Contact for Membership in the N.H.K.
[Nihon Hitojichi Kokankai)* Japan Hostage Exchange Club
The purpose of the Hitojichi Kokanakai:
Members will exchange hostages with each other; you offer your lives to each other, as hostages. In other words, it means, "if you die, I die, too, dammit!" If we agree to this, then we will be unable to act, like nuclear powers, glaring at each other during a cold war. And even if we want to die, we will be unable to.
blah blah blah...
I made this small decision.
N.H.K. Member #1, Satou Tatsuhiro, had been born.
I'M GOING BACK TO MY PARENTS HOUSE AND GETTING A CREATIVE JOB
WOW, THAT WAS DIFFICULT
so the anime ending is the same
How is this a good end? Unless I'm missing something.
You're missing something.
How is it not? They've agreed to be there for each other so that neither will be able to kill themselves. If that's not love I don't know what is.
NHK is DEEP.
Amazingly, the anime was the best. It followed the novel closely, but had more Kashiwa and the benefit of animation. Gonzo animation, but oh well.
Weak end is weeeeaaaaakk
enjoy your naruto
animation was pretty shitty, but considering it was from Gonzo, it was, on a whole, a pretty good production
I thought the manga had the best and most realistic ending. You don't just stop being a NEET/Hikomori over night.
for me the whole contract business, as well as misakis entire behaviour, means that she is afraid to love and is very insecure in forming any kind of relationships. that is why she needs to follow a written contract with Sato, and that is why she fines him 1m yen for breaching the contract. Sato realy plays along with it. for me the anime (havent read the novel/manga) was more interesting if you concentrated on misaki. sato is your regular paranoid guy - the sympoms are way to obvious, although it annoyed me how incoherent it was at times, and how he sometimes acted as if he was ok. he should be on some psychiatric medication ffs.
Hmm yeah, I see what you're saying. However I didn't like that in the manga Misaki was a much more depraved and confused individual. Sure she was depressed, insecure and needy in the anime and the novel. But the manga turned her into a psychopathic liar whereas in the other two versions she actually was abused and didn't come off as completely insane.
wow, now you got me interested in the manga, want to see how it was done there. dling now.
A breakdown for all of you:
Follows the manga plot, except Kashiwa plays an extremely minimal role. She doesn't even have a name. Satou did, however, bang her. Satou doesn't go to a maid cafe or anything, but does re-enact Fight Club with Yamazaki and sneak into Misaki's church to watch her be a total spaz. There is no online gaming or pyramid scheme shit at all. Yamazaki completes his game before leaving, but it is a suck-ass F-movie grade Dragon Warrior knockoff. Yamazaki is also fucking dark and crazy in this, seriously.
Anime: QUALITY Gonzo animation, but follows the novel closely and includes all the good stuff from the manga, minus the strange Fight Club narrative. No drug references at all.
Manga: Totally spins out in a different direction. Still good if derivative; really pushes the boundaries of believability, loses itself around volume 6.
I'm not going to go into details of it, but I see the only reason for the popularity of NHK the audience that relates with it. The plot isn't really that great and the concept is kind of lame. It by no means is realistic portrayal of anything and it really goes nowhere with its theme. It seem to actually need this anime for emotional support or something like that.
Just GTFO tripfag, you obviously don't belong here
He's working with Yamazaki on a freelance project. Also, Misaki goes back to High School and graduates. Satou's desktop is the group at her graduation. You can tell because she's holding her diploma in her hand.

Oh fuck, I agree with Meru.
What the hell is hapenning to me?
I apologize for not liking it. My only wish from now on will be becomimg as great personality as you are.
You're a faggot, that's what. Might as well make a tripcode right now and get it over with, you filthy jew.
