Why is every character in this show constantly crying?
Most forced drama I've ever seen.
Because its a daytime drama for teens
>not crying 24/7
It was still worth watching for Anaru and Jintan but the rest of the cast is so annoying.
Even Menma is too cute. Her cuteness just becomes irritating.
When they just started crying at the shrine at the end it was so fucking dumb.
Anaru's breasts especially were amazing, they looked so natural, her body just looked so realistic.
It clearly was not worth watching towards the second half of the series. Its somewhat insightful on Japanese social norms for what teenagers in their society believe to be appropriate reactions to certain situations (I will never get the cutting hair thing) but the plot was just fucking stupid towards the end. And when the growth and actions of the characters rely on the plot, everything goes downhill as a result.
One screenshot really doesn't do justice of Anaru as a character. She was portrayed quite realistically.
Here is another example of her realistic character.
The only thing that bothered me was the love hotel stuff when Jin-tan started babbling at school, that felt a bit out of place. The rest was just super natural drama with crazy traumatized teenagers, it was entertaining.
SLUT NTR'D BY A GHOST
HOW DARE YOU QUESTION ANARU'S PURITY
>Most forced drama I've ever seen.
Off the top of my head, Toradora's or True Tears' dramas were even worse. I still can't deal with all the stupid shit the mother of Shinichiro did.
Anaru was the only good thing about the show.
Toradora had perfect build-up to its drama. What are you talking about? Half the show was just comedy anyways.
The only forced drama in Toradora I can think of is Kitamura's blonde hair.
Don't forget Jintan who was a god-tier MC.
Toradora's drama was dumb as hell, like Taiga's fight with the council president or that time she ripped off her dress.
That felt pretty natural. More natural than the other stuff at least. Jintan was a hikki after all.
Poppo is a fucking bro.
Toradora, True Tears and Ano Hana have one name in common. Coincidence? Didn't think so
>dat head tilt
Fucking creepy, mang.
Why is this even a thing?
It's been like that since the show was airing, totally meaningless like "forced moe".
I cried a little at the end, just a little though. Am I a baby?
and "forced animation"
>They are actually driving the story in a direction they made
is the logic you go by when you say "FORCED DRAMA".
I don't fucking get it, of course they have to do stuff, if not, it won't progress
>BUT, BUT MUH FORCED DRAMA
You got too attached to the characters and their problems, that's the point of every story ever told and, since this was a drama, crying is just natural.
>Why is every character in this show constantly crying?
>Most forced drama I've ever seen.
What bothers me though is that I don't remember anything about the show except for the plot. Can't remember a single sad moment, just remember this feeling of empty and sad.
/a/ will never know how to use this word
F-f-forced ... r-reply!!!
Not sure if bait or if OP HAS NO SOUL
Nah, AnoHana is shit. Only cool animeys such as SnK and KLK are allowed here.
I don't know if i've changed or what, but back when I watched forced drama ghost edition, I forced myself to finish it and really thought it was absolute trash. That was like two years ago or something.
I recently watched madoka and the crying didn't bother me. It felt like they had actual reasons. Like very young girls confronted to that kind of shit felt normal for tons of crying. But hey, I don't know maybe it's just that i've changed. I should probably give ghost drama shit another try to see if I enjoy it this time.
Forced drama just means that it's superficial and out of place.
>Thre are actually people from /v/ who believes this
What's the point of wearing a bra if your nipples show through it anyway?
Not that I'm complaining.
>ghosts come back and you need to do things to find peace
>after death you are reincarnated as an angel and you need to do things to find peace
>the things both involved tons of drama and overreacting
>resolution in the end is dumb and obvious as fuck, all the drama that got put in between along the way was to have a story that is absolute shit
And this is why I hated angel beats, haiban renmei and that shitty anime op posted that I don't even remember the name of.
Although to be fair, out of the three I think haiban renmei is not actually bad, it's pretty good even. I just fucking personally hate that kind of story.
I'm sure he meant coppelion.
I think that bra is used to support your tits, so it doesn't matter if you can see the nipples or not.
I'm pretty sure nobody believes this and if someone does it's like two people who are exceptionally special.
Most people who say that shit are trolling and trying to get a rise out of you.
Good thing we asked for your precise opinion.
Every fucking time.
but he posted an image of madoka and then said
But Madoka's drama isn't forced, dealing with entropy and cat's from outer space is a thing real girls do every day.
>you will never have to deal with the dilema of turning into a magical girl for the sake of others
>you will never be a cute little girl who cries contently
why am I even bothering with life
Little girls fucking suck and are incredibly annoying and gay.
No one asked for my precise opinion, are you trying to be insulting or something? It's an anonymous image board, how would that even work besides for tripfags.
I'm not easily touched but the show at least made me tear up in places because it caught me unawares.
I was just looking for the source of an image back then when I found it and I was totally oblivious of "It's fucking sad!" comments.
The drama really seemed forced here and there in a way because all of it could've been solved easily if Menma started doing the poltergeist antics right from the start.
If there's anyone in the show that has a valid excuse to be crying, it was Popo. Seeing your friend drift away in a river sure is traumatizing and that was the only cry on the shrine that got me. Everyone else's was just selfish which to be fair, is the point of their characters.
If you really come down to it though, it was okay if you weren't expecting anything. It had top-tier sound direction. It's just that it's that kind of show that is better left to be discovered rather than recommended. Because most of the time people say "watch this, it will make you cry" and they watch it and wait for the "sad" part and they miss it and think it wasn't sad at all.
That's what he wants you to believe.
We sense your faggotry all across the world, dude.
i love the forced drama meme
What's the fucking problem, am I not allowed to have an opinion and express it? Should I just start shitposting and act like i'm on /v/?
Do you guys ever remember this strong feeling of being really surprised and fucked over except remembering what in the show caused it?
I specifically remember something from the show that I thought I had figured out but then really caught me off guard. It was really fucking hardcore.
The hairclip stuff?
No you are very much allowed to express your opinion, I just replied to your post.
By POSTING your opinion, you invite others to comment on it. Don't expect /a/ to be respect anything you say, nor treat you nicely.
Maybe you should stop the words "I", "I think" and "personally" so much in a single post when nobody even asked you anything.
What hairclip stuff? Can you please spoiler it real fast for me? I watched the show like 3 months ago and I don't remember shit.
Cross dresser confessed to Menma by giving her the hairclip but Menma wanted to chase Jintan.
Naw, it wasn't that. Maybe I should just rewatch it, it's worth it anyways.
The girl with the glasses picked it up when he threw it away.
What does forced drama even mean? English is not my first language so I don't really get it but doesn't every SOL qualify as forced drama unless it's made from a real story?
It's what /a/ use for drama that they think are over the top, out of place, doesn't fit the story, or any drama they don't like to be honest.
Which it wasn't it this series. It followed logically from what was happening. Melodrama is not the same as forced drama.
I'd watch that
