What did /a/'s Yuasa fans think of Kick-Heart?
I never watched wrestling anime before and I'm not beginning now
but I myself am also curious what the people who actually watch it actually thought. Was it worth the funding?
if you dont know what its about dont bother posting in the thread, its clear youve done zero research
It was shit. Cat Soup was much better.
It was good. I loved Tatami but I liked that he went back to a sketchier look.
It deserved more money.
Cat Soup is my least favorite Yuasa thing. And HIS least favorite work if interviews are to be believed.
200 thousand dollars required for a 15 minute anime done in flash
Tall about wasteful spending
Exactly, that's how shit it was.
It was bad.
If it really was done in Flash, that would be some really impressive Flash use.
I hate Kickstarters that ask for X money, get 20X money and try to deliver a product with 10X production values only to overspend budget and flop over.
Yuasa wanted X money. He used 1.2x money to make his film. All the rest went into fulfilling backer rewards.
>responding to obvious trolls
>still responding to obvious trtolls
>still responding to obvious trolls
I wonder if not having backer rewards would be better or worse in the long run.
Ping Pong will suck.
What was your favorite then, anon?
All tiers of rewards are profitable for the KS.
20$-DVD is probably 2-5 dollars actually used for the project after taking all the fees/rewards out
Meanwhile 500$ is probably 100$ towards project
Backer Rewards are a necessary evil to getting maximum money out of people.
I'll take your word for it since I know nothing about money.
Worse than Naruto, Bleach and Elfen Lied combined.
not even trying
Yuasa and Matsumoto is a great mix.
Flash is only a tool. You don't HAVE to use tweens. It's just the cheap way out so a lot of people do it.
