I'm becoming a rock, if you know what I mean.
Good, now you can never make shitty threads like this again.
Oh come on, you know the joke had to be made.
Anyway, Biomeat thread. Anyone other than me read this?
Surprisingly enough, no.
The series is basically a zombie manga, only instead of zombies, the monsters are these bioengineered trash disposal things that keep escaping and eating everyone. They come in two flavors: decapitated baby seaturtle (awwww, isn't it cute?) and lovecraftian horror (complete with chest-bursting action!).
Other interesting thing about it is that the main character, uhm, _isn't_ the main character. In fact, the spiky haired protagonist brat gets less focus than anyone else in the group.
translation error and/or Japanese pun, I presume.
In reality, wouldn't a cycle of creatures devouring each other like that end up dwindling in number quite rapidly, since you can't have 100% efficient digestion?
you're thinking too much
THERE IS NO BEARD !
The beard is a lie?
Meh, it just annoys me because otherwise it's a pretty good disaster scenario (the utter arrogant morons in charge of security aside).
I loved how brutal the first volume was, but I'm not sure I like this new arc as much. Still, pretty darn good.
The best part about freeing the biomeat isn't dooming humanity, it's telling all my friends online how I did it!
X-box Man ftw.
X-box Man lives on.
OK, so it also looks slightly like that.
