Why is Bones animation so... Bone-sy?

It's like, I can see half a second of something fron Bones and know that it's Bones. Why? Do they have some kind of assembly-line format with all animators and colorists working under the same super-strict guidelines?

A lot of studios just have their own recognizable style. I can tell who most shows were animated by.
