What's wrong with enjoying powerlevel fueled anime like Fate Zero and Raildex? They're pretty fun. I mean It's not all I watch.
is that a seal balancing on a ball in her eyes?
There's nothing inherently wrong with that, as long as they're not horribly inconsistent with how strong characters are
Nothing at all. Contrary to /a/'s new opinions, there's nothing long with liking anything as long as you're respectful about it.
People actually care about /a/'s opinions?
There's nothing inherently wrong with watching stuff in the same vein as Fate Zero and Raildex. But there is something wrong with specifically watching Fate Zero and Raildex because those are terrible shows.
There is nothing wrong with enjoying it. The problem comes when you mistake that enjoyment for a legitimate indicator of quality. Cliche ridden, lowest common denominator targeting and juvenile entertaining trash is still trash. Accept it for what it is and don't try and pass it off as a masterpiece to try and justify your enjoyment of it.
(Fate Zero is legitimately good though. Same cannot be said for FS/N, and yes that includes the VN)
That's the secret OP, there's nothing wrong with it.
The Index novels are a deconstruction of the powerlevel genre
>anything but endless suffering and fukou da
>That problem when you mistake the purpose of entertainment as being something that entertains.
Yeah, we have a faggot on our hands.
>The problem comes when you mistake that enjoyment for a legitimate indicator of objective quality.
FTFY. Enjoyment can be a subjective quality.
